2. Security Deposit:
A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.

4. Towels:
Towel sets are available upon request at a small charge. Please contact our Call Centre or the Property Manager to arrange (you will find the Property Manager's contact details at the Arrival Info document sent to you in the final payment confirmation).

This very spacious home is perfect for a family. The diwnstairs consists of a large kitchen and dining room. There is a very comfortable separate living room. It has an extra srating area which is set up to enjoy the garden view. It has lounging furniture and provides a really good area for entertaining. It has a small downstairs bathroom. Upstairs, there are 3 large bedrooms and a separate office room. It has plenty of space for a large group of guests.

Swords is a beautiful area of Dublin. It offers so much in itself but is so accessible to every part of Dublin. You have the Pavillion Shopping Centre which offers everything you may need. You have beautiful parks to enjoy, (Newbridge, Malhide Park, Saint Anne's Park) You can easily go to Malahide, Skerries and Howth, (lovely beach areas and picturesque parts of Dublin).

I LOVE Dublin! I mean, I honestly love my city so much,I know so much in depth history about the city that no other host could even come close to telling you all of my fun facts. I love being able to pass my knowledge of local restaurants, local parks, local take aways and local sports events onto my guests. The thing I love to pass on the most os my opinion on the Irish pubs and I have a few 100 I can always recommend that you visit. I can recommend a different bar for every day of the week (seriously, some pubs are only busy on certain days) . I can always tell you where you can get a cheap pint of Guiness and a great shot of Irish whiskey. I love advising my guests on the funniest places to go dance and the best places to go to talk absolute bullshit with strangers.

A lovely homestay in swords village. We have a spacious 3 bed house with ample of parking space and a backyard garden. We would offer one double bedroom with shared bathroom and an extra toilet.(You may have the extra toilet to yourself)
We have acess to garden, lake and park to play for kids.

We have great connectivity to airport and shopping malls. There are plenty of great restaurant and pubs nearby.
Nearest bus stop is 600 meters away.

The living room and kitchen is on the ground floor and three bedrooms on the first floor.
We have a lovely backyard and one extra parking space.

I am a ten-minute taxi ride from Dublin Airport.

My home is tastefully decorated for warmth and calmness as I work from home as a writer.

Malahide Castle (which is spectacular) Avoca Restaurant and Gardens is a 20-minute walk away.

Howth Castle, Swords Castle, and Ardgillan Castle are 10- 30 minutes' drive/bus from me.

Malahide, Skerries, Rush and Portmarnock Beach are within a 20-minute drive

I have 2 small very friendly Maltese Yorkshire terriers. They will be in their crate for your arrival.

It contains one bedroom with a comfortable double bed with two single duvets (we're part Danish so we have dressed our bed European style for your convenience), storage space for clothing, & an ensuite bathroom with loo, wash basin & shower. Don't forget to say hello to our friendly free ranging chickens, ducks, dog & cat!
