- "The property was very nice and new. Seems like it has been recently built. The location is convenient and near Dublin. The backyard and surrounding area is spacious. Everything was good except for a few essential issues: #1. One of the bedroom was hot, some reason it was very hot the entire time we were there. We were sweating in the bed while it's 50 degrees outside. We contacted the owner but nothing was done about it other than giving us directions how to set the thermostat. We tried to turn off the heating but that didn't work. The house only have 8 total towels, 6 forks, no bath soap, shampoo, paper towels, etc. Basically, many of the essential things you normally find in a rental are missing. So much potential to be a great property. "

Our beautiful converted stone barn, dating from the 1800's. It’s 90 feet long and 30 feet wide.Perfect for a Wedding, a jamboree or corporate training. Original timber beams with exposed cut stone walls and yet thoroughly modern kitchens and bathrooms. Lovely atmospheric photos by the famous Ivor Prickett documentary photographer adorn the walls. The space
It’s been through several incarnations - originally built as part of the courtyard. This would have house workers on the farm, horses, cattle, sheep and workshops. It was then re built as a model milking parlour sometime in the last century. When we bought it over 20 years ago it had been converted into a riding stables for a school. We kept horses ourselves for a while but as the birds flew the nest and the animals were sold off, we found running it was more of a headache than anything. So we took out all the stables, stripped off the plaster and revealed lovely semi-cut stone walls with gorgeous brick surrounds. It was a labor of love & everyone has such a great time here!

This is a lovely just renovated attic converted space at the top of our 3 beds semidetached house 10 minutes away from Navan Town Centre.
All the service and amenities are close by like supermarket, petrol station, shops and coffee, also easy access to the M50 for Dublin northbound or Cavan. You are also 15 minutes driving away from the beautiful Trim town centre and 5 min from Hill of Tara. I leave here with my family and we have an intense and busy life but we will be available to help.

The attic has been designed to be a private space where guess have their own en-suite bathroom and in the room there is a big space to allow guests to be independent from the rest of the house. There is a coffe table with tea, coffee and kettle and a smart tv with Netflix. Transfers and breakfast are available on request .

Hand painted mural is a gorgeous backdrop to the pull out double bed. Plenty of storage with a wardrobe and drawers under the bed. Desk for working in the corner and a lovely rocking chair to relax in.

There is a shared kitchen with a dining table. Washing machine, dishwasher, kettle etc available for use. Feel free to grab tea and snacks laid out for arrival.
Bathroom has both a shower and a bath for use also, with shampoo/conditioner/body wash etc available.
