A completely refurbished + modern home on the shores of the beautiful Rogerstown Estuary linking directly to the Irish Sea. Situated in the friendly village of Rush 25 minutes from Dublin Centre + only 15 minutes from Dublin Airport. Our house is wonderfully quiet, only 5 minutes walk from the beach and the local golf.
The house has an open plan kitchen - living area which is very spacious and light with views over the estuary and is well equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, quooker tap and breakfast bar, dining table for 6 and tv area with comfortable couch. A separate lounge and study area, facing the estuary.
