The property is located by a working stable business and this policy is for your own safety. I'd like to make you aware that even though it is not particularly noisy, my working livery business is close to the property and whilst, I will endeavour not to disturb you on my way to work. I have dogs myself and do work countryside hours.
Various ducks turkey and chicken free roam the site as well as dogs and horses so please drive carefully.

The Loft room is a large room with a comfortable double bed, and ample storage,. There is a table and two chairs, ideal for eating breakfast or working. It has truly lovely views over the park behind the cottage. During the day, it is a very light and airy space, but come the evening it becomes quite cosy.

Located at the top of the house, it is very private.

There is a small fridge, microwave, tea and coffee facilities and crockery etc. Breakfast is continental style left in the Loft room.

The space
The cottage was built in 1885 so has lots of original features.

There are three floors, and the The Loft Room is a conversion and is at the top of the house. This makes a great space, very light and airy with lots of room. The room is quite quirky, and offers a slightly difference experience to a standard bedroom. Please be aware the bathroom is on the first floor.

There is original brick wall which shows the two chimneys from downstairs, joining and climbing up to the chimney stack outside. There are truly lovely views from the window. It really is the nicest room in the house.

The Loft room is private and accessed by stairs which no one but guests have access to.

The loft room is a large room and has a very comfortable double bed, and ample storage for your belongings etc. There is a table and chairs which are ideal for someone wanting to work. It also has really lovely views over the park behind the cottage.

During the day, it is a very light and airy space, but come the evening it becomes quite cosy and private.

There is a small fridge, and microwave in the room, as well as tea and coffee facilities. There will be mugs, crockery, cutlery, glasses etc for you to use.

Box village lies about 5 miles of east Bath, set in the beautiful Bybrook valley, with the Bybrook river running through it. Perfect for rambling and exploring the nearby villages and towns.

There is a regular bus service into Bath, which I would recommend as driving into Bath and parking is becoming increasingly more difficult and expensive.

My place is in a unique, award winning eco community development in a very friendly neighbourhood. Here you will have a cosy double room with use of your own private bathroom. The house is a mile outside of Stroud, close to canal walks, local parks and amazing woodland on our doorstep. Stroud is a fun and quirky place to explore, the weekend farmers market has won awards and not to be missed. With stunning Cotswold countryside close by its a good base to explore the area.

Single room in two bedroom bungalow. This B and B is for women only. There is free on-street parking or if you are coming by public transport, it is a 20 - 25 minutes walk from the centre of Stroud or there are buses to and from town. Simple self service breakfast included. Views up to Rodborough and Selsey Commons, easy walking distance of Stroud Canal, the Cotswold Way and the Nailsworth-to-Stroud cycle track. Our cosy double room is a super, value-for-money bolt hole just 4 minutes drive from the centre of Chipping Norton but enjoys doorstep countryside views.

The space
The property is a cottage of a few hundred years old but alas it’s dated and has not been terribly well looked after… so I’m slowly bringing it back to life.

There is little in the way of kerb appeal and the gardens are vast and need updating too but the views are wonderful and the bedroom itself is perfectly lovely.

The view at the back of my house at breakfast time is spectacular. You are assured of a restful night's sleep because my house is in a quiet cul de sac. In the summer you can either sit in the Conservatory or on the terrace after arrival, to enjoy the wildlife of birds, squirrels, foxes and cows. The conservatory is available as a very relaxing workspace . Power shower as well as hand held shower in private bathroom. Free parking in the road outside the house.

Guests can use the kitchen to heat up food and may use the conservatory as their private lounge and to eat dinner if you wish to have a take away or heat up a ready meal.
