I would absolutely book this home again!" - "We really enjoyed this rental. Comes with a golf cart that you can take the maybe 200 yards to the gated beach parking. The gated community has good amenities also included the outside pool, pond fishing and activities like ice cream social that you can attend. When looking at staying a week or more it is the best option to rent a house and this house had all we needed for the my wife, son and I. Kitchen to cook some food and grill to feel just like at home. Plenty of games to play, screened area with TV and ahose by stairs to rinse that sand off. Grocery store is also super close by. Way cheaper than hotels or resorts with the house you can eat and in and like us can grill the fish you catch in Murrell's Inlet as we did after catching some nice flounder. Easy to get to the attractions of Myrtle Beach right up the road without dealing with a hotel elevator that's packed walking to car in a garage or trying to find parking. Also after the days at the beach you can easily do some laundry in there full size washer and dryer. I know we thought we are on vacation not going to do laundry but it ended up being used to get the sand out those beach clothes. The neighbors were friendly no noise at night to keep you up and the AC in this place is extreme. Maybe after getting a sunburn but man we set it to 73 as we do at our house and when we would walk in from the crazy 95 heat and humidity it was actually freezing feeling. So if your like me and sleep better feeling cool you will sleep great... Maybe set it to 75 though. Kim the property manager also is spot on. She was very accommodating even letting us check in a few hours earlier without concern. She also supplied us with beach chairs and umbrella to us as this wasn't even shown included."

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!! 2 bedroom/1 bath PET FRIENDLY downstairs unit in Oceanside Village-- located in Surfside Beach "The Family Beach". Fully furnished with towels and linens, pots/pans, utensils, etc.. Oceanside Village is a Private Family Friendly Community with Indoor and Outdoor Pools, Hot tub, Children's Splash Pad/Pool, Playground, Community Center, Basketball, Tennis and Bocce Ball courts! Private Oceanfront Parking and 24 hour security! NOTE: You can walk to the pool from our home!

Master bedroom has a Queen size bed. In the second bedroom there are a set of bunk beds, a trundle and a single bed. TV's in the living room and master bedroom, DVD player, ceiling fans in all rooms. Both bedrooms furnished with dressers and closets with hangers so you can unpack and make yourself at home. Bathroom is furnished with plenty of towels for your use, there is no extra charge for bath and linen service. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you should need, small island with extra seating, pots, pans, utensils, coffeemaker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher and more. Dining room table seats 6 when extended. There is an outdoor shower for you to rinse off in after your day at the beach or pool. Enclosed shed area for you to lock up your personal items (bikes, surf boards, boogie boards, etc....)

Rainy day?? We have plenty of board games and a Wii gaming system to keep your kids entertained, some video games have been left for your use. If your child is a reader, there are plenty of books to chose from, cards your thing.... we have those too! Free WiFi and basic cable TV through Roku.

PLEASE NOTE: This is the downstairs unit only, we have family members who live upstairs full time.

Our #1 Rule is that you HAVE FUN! But please note, we only rent to families and at least one adult needs to be 25 or older. Maximum occupancy is 6. Check in time is at 3 p.m. and check out time is at 10 a.m. We also will consider less then a week stay in some cases (usually during off peak season). Smoking is NOT permitted inside the home. Pet are welcome with a $50 non-refundable deposit. Golf carts are available at the Oceanside Village Office for rent

The community is easy to navigate with little ones, we rented a golf cart to get around. The pool being so close was wonderful, beach is only a 5 minute drive away. We had everything we needed and more as the house was stocked with many extras with families in mind.
