Very unusually, a £100 security deposit was demanded before the code to the lock-box was provided and this was paid into an account in Dubai which sounded like a scam but the £100 was returned eventually. The electrics were a bit 'iffy' and using the toaster tripped the power as did using one of the other lights. The toaster was replaced when we complained. "
