Welcome to our home away from home, our 1650 SF cabin is located in a perfect part of the secure and gated Pine Mountain lake gated community and walk in distance to the Pine mountain lake country club. This cabin is a ideal base camp to see Yosemite most famous areas, Yosemite Valley, Glacier Point and around areas. Cabin is sitting on a 3/4 acre lot with a great backyard.

It is equipped with a great kitchen to prepare nice meals for your family in a relaxing and comforting environment with high ceiling and open floor plan. The dining table can easily sit 10 guest. So as the sitting area with nice and lovely large leather couch located perfectly to watch a movie on a 42" flat screen while you prepare your meals.

Bedrooms / Sleeping /Lower level
The lower level of the house has two completely enclosed bedrooms with two comfort mattresses on wonderful sleigh beds. Each room offers its own large closet for storage,
both rooms has one queen bed each and a twin bed in each room. Each room is decorated in its own theme and share a full bathroom with tub and shower.

Upper level
The master bedroom is very spacious and has two comfortable queen beds and master bath with tub/shower and toilet. It has its own closet.

The Patio deck overlooks the backyard, and has deck furniture and a propane BBQ (propane included) for your out door entertainment. We do have a Pool table , Air Hockey , mini ping pong table and few games. Kids just love the game area.

The open floor plan and its high cathedral ceiling and a great place to sit back and relax with great deck area open to the backyard green, also there are many things to do around the area , hiking , walks in the morning, tennis, lake, golf etc.

The area looks pretty country style with rich trees and rich nature , yet you can get to a store in few minutes or to a gas station. Deer and wild birds and sometimes wild turkey we see them just crossing roads every now and then. Its an amazing the feeling how beautiful the nature is...

Grocery store just less than one mile. Pine mountain lake world class Golf course has a Club house to relax after a golf game or even if like to have a snack or dinner or lunch , just 5 minutes walk to the Grill. You don't have to play golf to go and have nice dinner or lunch there. In our opinion very reasonable prices for most of the meals and snacks.

Our rustic cabin is located on a large, private cattle ranch and captures the Western spirit and style of the Gold Country. Although the cabin feels remote, it is closely situated to Groveland (less than 5 miles) and Yosemite National Park (first gate less than 30 miles). One can hike and explore the ranch for miles in all directions. The flora and fauna are beautiful! It is a charming, picturesque, romantic, and tranquil space for couples and solo travelers to unwind from life's daily stresses and great outdoor adventures.

The cabin was once a hunting and mining cabin and was relocated next to an old sluiceway utilized for gold mining. The small cabin measures about 330 sq. ft. and includes a new bathroom and well-supplied kitchen (i.e kitchenware). It has a spacious wrap-around front porch and side deck. A rustic, Western-style outdoor kitchen for barbecues is located behind the cabin with a bar area. Situated on the deck are chairs and a table with umbrella for outdoor dining, as well as a Weber gas grill.

You can explore any place on the ranch. The ridge visible to the right of the cabin when looking at the front porch, is a special place to view spectacular sunsets over the Central Valley. Take the camping chairs and enjoy a glass of wine or cocktail while watching the sun go down.

Located Near Yosemite National Park Breckenridge Lodge is one of our Latitude 37 vacation rentals. We are happy to share our lodge with our family, friends, and guests. Our newly remodeled cozy modern lodge is 1,024 square feet and can accommodate up to 6 guests.

The two spacious bedrooms include: room #1 Primary suite with a king bed, en suite bathroom and a beautiful view of the pine trees. Room #2 has a queen bed and two twin beds. We offer provisions such as coffee & teas and snacks to our guests. Our house is fully stocked with everything you might need for an adventurous getaway!

Step outside on our spacious deck that features an outdoor dining area, lounge chairs, and a cozy hammock. While relaxing on the decks you just may see the deer, wild turkeys, and squirrels that like to visit Breckenridge Lodge as well. We always enjoy drinking our morning coffee out on the deck. Or relaxing in the hammock with a book enjoying the fresh air and the lovely smell pine trees.

The rustic wooden cabin takes you back to a wonderful time while the brand new kitchen provides you with the comfort that you deserve.

The space
Spacious wooden cabin around 1500 sq ft. with large living area with views, a rustic family room with fireplace and brand new updated kitchen and bathroom, new memory foam mattress and a lot more. Walk out to a large 2 level deck with beautiful views of the Yosemite mountains, normally snow-covered in the winters. Mature pines, cedars and oaks surround you. Jays, quails, turkeys and deer may visit you. Very quiet neighborhood.

Mildly remote area so spotty cell coverage and power outages can happen at times. Switch to "Wifi Calling" for improved phone calls. This home is highly recommended for those that want to get unplugged, re-charged, relax and enjoy the outdoors. There are plenty of board games available to entertain everyone. Guests are able to access the entire home, deck area outside the home, carport outside the home and sitting area behind the home. Guests are welcome to explore the beautiful property staying on the trails in the property.

The home has been outfitted with a smart lock for your convenience. You will be provided an access code shortly before your stay.

For added security and the safety of our guests we have installed external security cameras. They have been strategically placed to provide both safety and privacy for you. The cameras only view the front and back doors.

Other things to note
Access to the fastest internet available in the mountains via Starlink. Cell phone signal is poor on the property.

Cabin is in the woods and driving around 1 mile on an unpaved road is required to access the home. Home is accessible by regular cars (including sedans) year around, except when there has been a recent winter snow storm, when an all wheel drive vehicle might be required. An extensive guidebook is provided with detailed driving directions with pictures to ensure a smooth check-in process.

The home is not part of a gated community and there are *NO* additional fees to access the home.

- "Great space, only wish I could spend more time there" - "we have stayed 4 nights and could stay longer if we had a time. The challet is in a great location, less than an hour from Yosemite valley, Hetch Hetchy dam or Sonora, but in a very quite location at the end of a road. You can get there easily, just go to the end of paved Hells Hollow road and then keep straight on the dirt road until you reach 2111 and the gate. Just drive very slowly on the dirt road especially at the times when is so dry and hot like now as driving fast gets a lot of dust in the air. We were suprised how fast was internet and how well was equipped kitchen. Overall we had very nice and enjoyable stay."

The home is .5 miles to Dunn court beach, 25 miles from Yosemite and close proximity to many other adventures!

Pleasant Villa offers an open concept living area both up stairs and downstairs! Up stairs there is a wrap around deck off of the dining & Living room for you to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning and a beverage of choice at night! there are two bedrooms 1 bedroom has a King the 2nd has a queen. The living room has a 55in smart Tv with all the apps loaded onto it, there is basic cable as well. there is a full size washer and dryer located in the main hallway with fragrance free detergent to use at your disposal. The kitchen has all the items you'll need!.

Downstairs there is a larger living space with a 55in smart Tv, twin plush ottoman conversion twin XLs and a pull out full size couch, there is a dry bar with plenty of board games for all ages, Foos ball, ping pong and corn hole for the patio. With our home you will gain access to a blow up paddle board, 2 single kayaks, floats, beach toys, beach towels, beach chairs etc.

There is a ring flood light camera on the exterior of the home for safety but no cameras inside.

Located in a quiet area, the cabin features a wrap-around porch and a cozy fireplace. Guests have access to Pine Mountain Lakes gated resort community with 24-hour security.

The community includes an airport, an 18-hole championship golf course, a country club with indoor and outdoor dining, tennis courts, a community pool, and horseshoe pits. The equestrian center and three sandy beaches provide additional recreational options. The Marina Beach is the largest and most popular, offering a sandy shoreline, designated swimming area, BBQ pits, picnic benches, a snack shack, and seasonal rentals for sailboats, kayaks, paddleboards, and paddle boats.

The golf course is open year-round, while beaches and water activities are available during the summer months.

Gated Community Access & Fees
Pine Mountain Lake is a gated community requiring an access permit for each vehicle. The Pine Mountain Lake HOA charges a one-time fee of $50 per vehicle, payable directly to the HOA. This fee is non-refundable. Stays of eight or more nights may require additional fees per PMLA regulations.

Additional Details
Sheets, bath towels, comforters, blankets, and pillows are provided. Beach towels are not provided.

Outdoor fires are strictly prohibited.

HOA. Please note this price is subject to change without notice. Access permits are

you can rent sailboat / kayak / paddle board / paddle boat rentals at the main Marina

Beach in Pine Mountain Lake.

5. In addition to the marina offerings Pine Mountain Lake offers an Airport, 18-hole

championship golf course, country club with indoor & outdoor dining, tennis courts,

community pool, horseshoe pits, equestrian center, and three sandy beaches on the

lake. The Marina Beach is the largest most popular beach and offers: an expansive

sandy beach & lawn area, designated swimming area, BBQ pits, picnic benches, snack

shack, and the sailboat / kayak / paddle board / paddle boat rentals. Beaches are open

during the summer months only. Golf course is open year-round.

6. Past guests have loved the property so much they often want to celebrate special

moments here, but please no confetti. Cleanup after celebrations is not included in the

departure cleaning fee. Guests will pay an extra cleaning fee if housekeeping must clean

any celebration debris.

7. Propane for any gas BBQ is not provided. You may either order this on the Temporary

Resident Registration form for an additional fee or provide your own propane. You can

purchase propane tanks at the local market or hardware store. Firewood is also not

provided. The current rate for a propane tank is $65 (subject to change without notice).

8. All outdoor fires (not contained in approved fire pits), candles, smoking, firearms and

fireworks are strictly prohibited on the premises.

9. PET FRIENDLY PROPERTIES ONLY: Pet must be declared & registered with Yosemite

Region Resorts prior to arrival. Pets must be well-behaved, housebroken, and

non-destructive. Pets are not allowed on the furniture. Unsupervised pets must be

crated. Guests are responsible for cleaning up & disposing of all debris left by their pet.

Pets are not allowed on Pine Mountain Lake beaches. Pets must be on a leash at all

times within the gated resort community, per Tuolumne County leash law. Pets do incur

an additional fee of $35 per night per pet.

- "The checking in process is smooth, we were able to communicate with Carlos who’s local. The house is very nicely maintained, spacious open space with living, kitchen room. My older daughter loves the bunker bed. Backyard open to the forest, you can see a lot of deers and birds. Overall we’re very happy with this family trip, highly recommend. There’s minor issue that it’s a little bit dangerous when you leave the house to get on the main road, since it’s right on the curvature and you have to be careful with the car on the left."

I turned the garage into a game room with an epoxy floor. We have foosball, Ping Pong and Darts, and a side room with two couches, TV and half bath. We also have a bag toss game, a Giant Jenga, and tons of board and card games.

It's just one block to the Lake Lodge Beach, two blocks to Fisherman’s Cove, each with new playgrounds. Rent kayaks, motorboats, sailboats, peddle boats at the Main Marina Beach. Grab breakfast, lunch, snacks, souvenirs, sunscreen etc. at the Marina Cafe and store — open seasonally May through October.

Upstairs features a new spacious kitchen, deck with gas and charcoal grills and a wood burning firepit.

Tons of room to relax. Small office off of the master bedroom and lots of spots to sit and view the lake, the bald eagles and wildlife. The small den room with a Queen futon is a great place for a few kiddos or a few adults to watch a movie.

My favorite spot of the home is our front porch with amazing lake views. Relax any time of day or night and take in the serene sights and sounds. Spot the deer in front and in back yard.

Yosemite is 30 minute drive to the front gate. Downtown Groveland is a terrific quaint old Gold Mining town, with restaurants, Pizza Places, a full supermarket, Hotels and a few local restaurants & bars (Iron Door Saloon) and a new brewery (Around the Horn).

Other scenic road trips to Jamestown, Columbia, Herch Hetchy, ski resorts and casinos are within a one-hour drive.

Year-round golf and fine dining at the Grill at the Pine Mountain Lake Country Club.

- "This is a wonderful home for family gathering with kids. Home is roomy and well decorated for the Christmas holiday. Pretty much all the amenities needed are there. Deers came to visit us in our backyard. Front patio came with beautiful lake view during daytime while back patio with fireplace was perfect for star gazing at night. We would have stayed in the house all day long if only Yosemite was not just a hour away. Host was caring and easy to reach. He even set the heater on before our arrival to ensure a warm and welcoming visit. Great house & excellent host. Highly recommended!"

- "We loved this house. Right on the golf course, this house was large enough for our seven person family. It was big and open and everything seemed updated with comfortable furnishings throughout. Had a Blackstone grill in the backyard that we used multiple times. We also loved its proximity to Yosemite which we visited for Thanksgiving. While checking in was easy and the home is close to the front gate for the community, every time you entered the community, you had to wait at least 15-20 min while they registered each vehicle at the gate. The community needs to develop a better process for guests who have already registered. Also, we don’t know who it was but someone came through the front door the morning we were checking out but quickly apologized and left once they realized we were still there. We weren’t thrilled about that but checking out was also very easy and simple. We still had a wonderful stay and would definitely rent this house again in the future."

There is a front unit “B” that our co-host and family are in charge of and also an upstairs unit “C” where the handyman Mike resides. We live in the house up the street at the next driveway but are always available by text.

Guests can enjoy the spacious deck and cook on the gas BBQ (propane not included).

Yosemite Villa is a spacious two-level retreat located near Lake Lodge Beach and playground in the gated community of Pine Mountain Lake in Groveland, California. Guests can take the seasonal water taxi from Lake Lodge Beach to the main Marina Beach. Fisherman’s Cove is just 0.5 miles away, the tennis courts are 0.9 miles away, and the country club and community pool are only 3 miles away.

The space
This 3,019-square-foot home features four bedrooms and three bathrooms, along with a large deck with a retractable awning and deck furniture for six.

The home is equipped with WiFi, three televisions (in the living room, game room, and main bedroom), satellite TV, a DVD player, a VCR, and Bluetooth speakers in the living room and master bedroom.

For comfort, the home has central heating and air conditioning (except on the lower level), two pellet stoves (one upstairs and one downstairs), and ceiling fans.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and espresso machine. A washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board are also available.

The game room features a pool table and a wet bar. The game room, wet bar, and fourth bedroom are accessed via a separate entrance only.

2. GATED COMMUNITY ACCESS PERMITS ARE REQUIRED BY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION:   
A copy of your drivers license will be required within 24 hours of booking.  
Pine Mountain Lake HOA charges $46 per vehicle (one time fee) to enter the gated community with 24 hour security. The entire fee goes to PML HOA.  
Price subject to change without notice.  
Access permits are non-refundable.  
A stay of 8+ nights will require additional fees as per PMLA.

4. Guests are not allowed to launch their own SUPs, boats or watercrafts of any kind on
Pine Mountain Lake, per Pine Mountain Lake Association rules. However, Lake Don
Pedro is just 20-minutes away & perfect for a day trip with water toys! And remember,
you can rent sailboat / kayak / paddle board / paddle boat rentals at the main Marina
Beach in Pine Mountain Lake.

5. In addition to the marina offerings Pine Mountain Lake offers an Airport, 18-hole
championship golf course, country club with indoor & outdoor dining, tennis courts,
community pool, horseshoe pits, equestrian center, and three sandy beaches on the
lake. The Marina Beach is the largest most popular beach and offers: an expansive
sandy beach & lawn area, designated swimming area, BBQ pits, picnic benches, snack
shack, and the sailboat / kayak / paddle board / paddle boat rentals. Beaches are open
during the summer months only. Golf course is open year-round.

6. Past guests have loved the property so much they often want to celebrate special
moments here, but please no confetti. Cleanup after celebrations is not included in the
departure cleaning fee. Guests will pay an extra cleaning fee if housekeeping must clean
any celebration debris.

7. Propane for any gas BBQ is not provided. You may either order this on the Temporary
Resident Registration form for an additional fee or provide your own propane. You can
purchase propane tanks at the local market or hardware store. Firewood is also not
provided. The current rate for a propane tank is $65 (subject to change without notice).

8. All outdoor fires (not contained in approved fire pits), candles, smoking, firearms and
fireworks are strictly prohibited on the premises.

9. PET FRIENDLY PROPERTIES ONLY: Pet must be declared & registered with Yosemite
Region Resorts prior to arrival. Pets must be well-behaved, housebroken, and
non-destructive. Pets are not allowed on the furniture. Unsupervised pets must be
crated. Guests are responsible for cleaning up & disposing of all debris left by their pet.
Pets are not allowed on Pine Mountain Lake beaches. Pets must be on a leash at all
times within the gated resort community, per Tuolumne County leash law. Pets do incur
an additional fee of $35 per night per pet.
