This cozy and charming cabin is approx 1,500 sq. ft. that has an open loft that can sleep 2 adults and 2 small children and 2 bedrooms that can sleep 4 with 2 bathrooms. The kitchen and main floor bathroom have been totally remodeled! We have two showers now, one downstairs and the new one on the main living area. There are 3 Smart TVs, wireless internet, microwave, dishwasher, oven, washer and dryer, forced air heating, air conditioning, wood stove, mudroom/laundry room and outdoor deck with a gas grill. We have security cameras around the perimeter of the cabin, but are not inside the cabin. These cameras are reviewed by the property manager only if there was a complaint or an issue. The cabin is walking distance to the Tenaya Lodge, which has restaurants, bar, bike rentals and horse carriage rides. It is a short 2 mile drive to the southern gate of Yosemite and Mariposa Grove. Bass Lake is just 13 miles away. There is also Horseback riding and the famous Sugar Pine Railroad within 2 miles. The community of Fish Camp is a location where parking can be difficult to find, but our cabin has off-street parking enough for 3-4 cars and a drive-thru driveway, which you will find to be very convenient. Our cabin is a non-smoking cabin, NO SMOKING EITHER IN THE CABIN OR ON THE DECK! Please respect this policy, we would appreciate that. Enjoy our cozy family cabin!

Our unique home overlooks the upper reaches of the Lewis Creek watershed at an elevation of nearly 5000 feet. In the summer, the climate here ranges from comfortable daytime highs that average in the upper 70's (~25 degrees Celsius), to cool evenings with average lows in the low 50's (~10 degrees Celsius).

At this elevation the sun is intense all year round. There is nearly always a gentle breeze blowing during the day. There is very little or no rain during the summer months so humidity levels are very low and swimsuits air-dry quickly. Spring and early fall are the seasons of dynamic color and wetter weather. Late fall, winter and early spring are quiet seasons of incredible beauty. Along with this beauty comes the possibility of ice and snow on mountain roads and on our steep driveway.

Our prime location puts you away from the crowds, yet close to everything Yosemite has to offer. The southern entrance to Yosemite is less than four miles up the road. If you love the outdoors, this is the place to call home. There is so much do to here that you could easily fill your day with excitement without ever entering the park itself!

The house itself was well equipped with pots and pans and kitchen utensils. The beds were very comfortable. Nice big sunny deck. The little general store is a short walk, and has a decent selection of things you may need, and they have a great little sandwiches for lunch. Good little pizza spot right around the corner. Also very close to the Yosemite Sugar Pine, Railroad, which was a fun experience with the kids. We suggest the moonlight tour. Would definitely stay again."

Surrounded by tall pines and just minutes from Yosemite's southern entrance in the residential community of Fish Camp, This unique mountain cabin can be your family-friendly home away from home while exploring the natural beauty of Yosemite National Park. The Little Pine cabin is the smaller of two cabins at the Yosemite Forest Lodge.

To get here it's just a short drive off of Highway 41, through the forest along a narrow road that was once a railroad right-of-way. When you arrive you'll find your home situated in a gently-sloped clearing surrounded by a majestic grove of gigantic pines. Outside your home there is an open yard area, a private deck and covered porch areas so you can enjoy the forest environment comfortably in any weather.

It's best to contact us by email but you can also call and leave a message if you prefer. When checking our calendar remember that we normally need a full calendar day between groups in order to prepare the house. Happy planning!

The elevation here is just over 5000 feet; it is nearly always cool and shady in the summer, with comfortable daytime highs that average in the 70's (~20 degrees Celsius) and cool evenings with average lows in the low 50's (~10 degrees Celsius). There is very little or no rain during the summer months. The low humidity means your towels and swimsuits will air-dry quickly.

Our prime location puts you away from the crowds, yet close to everything Yosemite has to offer. The southern entrance to Yosemite is less than two miles up the road. If you love the outdoors, this is the place to call home. There is so much do to here that you could easily fill your day with excitement without ever entering the park itself!

We've worked hard to have one of the NICEST homes in the area. Everything is first class including our customer service. We have a new central heating and AC system throughout the house. We have 6 modern flat screen, smart TVs on 4 receivers, a well equipped game room, unlimited hot water and custom wiring and lighting. See our pictures for more details and read our stellar reviews. Our beautiful home is located in the quiet little town of Fish Camp, California at 5,100' elevation. It is spacious, comfortable, and in great condition after being completely, custom remodeled and modernized. Two of the 3 floors have an extra-large bedroom, large bed(s), full bathroom, TV and large closet. All 3 floors have full bathrooms. Complimentary secure wireless internet (WiFi) is included and available everywhere on the property.
We have a first class 60Amp/220V, level 2 EV charging station with a 24' cord set up for all cars. That gives you a robust 11Kw capacity.
The main (middle) floor has the master bedroom, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and cozy living room with a beautiful, easy to use, gas fireplace. The kitchen has a 3'x5' "island" topped with a laminated solid oak cutting board. The dining room has a solid oak table with seating for 8. This main floor has a large front deck with 2 tables, chairs, 2 chaise lounges and a large gas BBQ with utensils. There is also a private backyard with a table and chairs.
The first floor has a large game room with pool table, dart board, TV, piano, guitar, easy-to-use gas "wood stove" and adjoining bathroom and laundry room. This game room has a kitchenette with a sink/garbage disposal, microwave, blender, coffee maker, dishes and a large beautiful bar. There is a large patio outside the first floor with a table and chairs.
The third floor has a large bedroom with TV and full bathroom.
Our home comes with 6 state of the art, flat screen, remote controlled TV’s. Our DIRECTV satellite system lets you watch 4 different shows at the same time as well as lots of music stations. You can choose from over 140 channels plus many of the sports channels.
Our home has the biggest "on demand" water heater available for unlimited hot water. We recently put in large, tall toilets with "elongated bowls" for your comfort and convenience. Two of the bathrooms have built-in heaters in addition to the central heat/AC. This home is very well furnished and comes with everything you need to have a great time at Yosemite, Bass Lake and the surrounding mountain areas.
Anne and I have lived and worked in these mountains for 40 years, are well connected and will be glad to advise you on all of the amazing activities inside and around Yosemite. There is also plenty to do right in Fish Camp and the surrounding mountain communities of Bass Lake, Oakhurst, Mariposa and beyond. Once you have booked your reservation we will send you lots of hospitality info and our website address. There you will find hiking, dining, and activity suggestions including the very popular, historic "Yosemite Mountain Sugar Pine Railroad". Nearby is horseback riding, mountain bike rentals, hiking, fishing, ATV rentals, and the quaint Fish Camp general store.
A half mile from the house is the Tenaya Lodge that has 2 restaurants as well as a deli. There's also a large bar, and pizza parlor on the property. They also have a fully equipped, luxurious spa.
Our family home has always been an allergen free environment so we insist on no smoking inside the house and NO PETS of any kind. There are ash trays conveniently located outside every entrance for those that want to smoke. We don't allow parties. This will be strictly enforced, NO EXCEPTIONS.
It has a nicely built, but steep lower driveway. 9-passenger vans have made it up to the top and turned around but that is pretty tight. RV's need to park on the street if that's what you are travelling in. The upper parking areas are level and have parking for 2 cars/vans or 3 smaller cars. See photos.
This is a 3 story house and is not recommended for handicapped guests. Thanks so much for your interest in renting our home.

Crazy Horse Memorial is 1,457 miles away and if you’d like to visit South Dakota, we would certainly recommend different lodging. (Really, just ask us.) However, we are near everything you would want to do and see, in or around our wonderful 748,436 acres of Yosemite National Park. That’s a lot of park. In fact, that’s larger than the state of Rhode Island! So, you should expect a little travel time depending on your day’s adventure.

Our continuing mission is to offer guests lodging with a level of comfort and convenience that will satisfy even the most distinctive traveler. From security night lighting to convenient charging ports to the softest blankets you’ve ever used, we’ve got you covered.

We can be pretty particular when it comes to aesthetics, functionality and our guest's experience. We started Firefall Lodge from the ground up, which includes custom hand-crafted furniture, luxury mattresses for every suite and of course quality bedding. Here are a few important notes, we want you to have all of the information you need to make the best choice...FOR YOU!

SLEEPING AREAS: Firefall Lodge has four individually private guest quarters and a pull out sofa in the living room. If you plan to use the pull out sofa, let us know and it will be made up and ready for you.

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT TIMES: Standard check in is 4P and check out is 11A. However, this is subject to change based on occupancy, especially during the peak Spring and Summer seasons. 5P check in and 10A check outs are often required.

SEASONS & WEATHER: We enjoy all four season at Firefall Lodge. At 5000' ft of elevations, the weather can be unpredictable, especially in Spring and Winter. Make sure you stay up-to-date with the area forecast as you plan your trip. Snow is always possible in the early Spring, Fall and Winter. During snowy weather, the access to the Yosemite area may require snow chains. In rain and snow, the outdoor furniture and grill may not be available. The home has central heating to keep you cozy (the fireplace is not available for use) and ceiling fans keep you cool, bringing in the lovely mountain area breezes. Looking for peak Fall colors? The last week of October is sure to please. Planning for the holidays? We can point you in the right direction for events in the area. For safety reasons, Christmas trees (real or artificial) are prohibited. Let us know if you have questions about the seasons and what to expect!

WINTER ADVISORY: During Winter storms, snowfall can be abundant. It is a beautiful and unique time to be in the mountains. But be advised, services are limited in this remote Sierra mountain community. Access to the neighborhood roads, driveway and home entrance could be limited and sometimes impassable depending on the amount of snowfall. So if making plans to visit in the Winter, be flexible, bring the proper clothes and get ready to shovel! It can be a great adventure when you are prepared.

KITCHEN ITEMS: Firefall has just about everything you need to cook great meals. (Pots, pans, utensils, dishes, glassware, etc. ) If you think you need anything specific, just ask! Due to covid compliance and sanitary reasons, Firefall does not have any shared pantry items, including cooking oils, coffee and tea. We will provide some general spices, however the amount is not guaranteed. The town of Oakhurst has grocery stores with everything you need to stock up on your way! And the Fish Camp Market (within walking distance) has many standard items available.

EXTRAS: A Pack & Play is available for an additional cost. If you are looking for something specific that you don't see in our listing or in the information sent to you after booking, just ask. If we can source it for you, we will!

Visit the Yosemite National Park trip planning website or the NPS App for details, exceptions, and how to make a reservation. This system ensures all visitors, whether they plan in advance or decide last minute, can experience the park each day. It also spreads visitation across the day so that visitors have a better experience.”

Reservations will be available on Recreation.gov beginning Tuesday, May 6, 2025, at 8:00 a.m. PDT.

A reservation will be required to drive into or through Yosemite between 6:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. on the following dates.

The open living area invites you in to a cozy living room with beautiful deck views, and a stone fireplace. The vaulted ceiling opens to the upstairs hall and bedrooms. The kitchen has been updated and is fully equipped for cooking and dining at the house. Please be advised that this home has a narrow and steep driveway with sharp turns for access.
The home also has a washer and dryer.
The cabin is also near the Wawona History Center and 9-hole golf course — the only golf course in a national park.
Bass Lake is less than 15 miles away, where you can enjoy boating, skiing, fishing, swimming, hiking, and bicycling. The Pines Village at the lake provides restaurants, a general market, bars, shops, and a full-service marina with rental boats, jet skis, and kayaks. The town of Oakhurst is also nearby, with shopping, restaurants, bars, a movie cinema, and a live stage theater.
Bass Lake is less than 15 miles from the southern entrance of Yosemite National Park. Bass Lake reaches its peak water levels in the summer months and is lowered by 50 percent during the fall and winter months annually. Because of this summer water levels vary each year depending on the winter season rain and snowfall.

The Neighborhood:
Our quiet, friendly neighborhood is perfect for walks, hiking, biking and fishing. We are only a stones-throw away from Big Creek where you can take the kids swimming if you dare BRRRR it's cold!

Across the way is Fishcamp's local pond with plenty of wildlife to view while hiking along the marked trail.

Within walking distance Tenaya lodge has a few restaurants and offers a variety of seasonal family friendly activities such as ice skating, biking and archery or you can get a massage at the 5-star Ascent spa.

Yosemite horse trails is 2 miles south of us. Reserve a trail ride into the famous Mariposa Groves- Home of the Grizzly Giant.

Sierra Jeep Tours is always a treat located in Oakhurst. Call for reservations

Visit the Fishcamp General Store for a friendly smile and one of their freshly made to order famous subs.

Getting Around:
Although most guests prefer their own vehicle, you can catch the Yarts bus about 1/4 mile South of us into Yosemite Valley, then ride the free shuttle to all the popular attractions. Tenaya lodge has a great service into the park available to the public.

We offer 2 covered parking spaces in front of the cabin and a 3rd in the back (Apr-Nov only)

WARNING - during snowstorms our parking is not maintained on a schedule. Snow shoveling may be necessary to access the cabin. Shovel provided. You must have an SUV with clearance all wheel drive or 4x4 with snowchains. 2 wheel drive vehicles are not permitted during winter months.
We are not responsible for your vehicle if you get snowed in or out.

**** Refunds and cancellations will be considered on a case by case basis during the winter months. Travelers insurance is recommended.
Also be advised that we may have to cancel your reservation during an extreme winter storm. Sometimes we can get anywhere from 5-10 feet of snow in 1 storm. This will impact public road conditions as well.

This Fish Camp cabin is ideally situated less than two miles from Yosemite's south entrance. Big Rock provides the quaintness of a cabin with the modern amenities and comforts of home.
The cabin opens to a wrap-around deck where you can cook on the gas grill, dine at the table that seats eight, and take in the gorgeous mountain views with tall pine and cedar trees, and a meadow of ferns. You'll see the seasonal creek, and the giant boulder that was the inspiration for the cabin’s “Big Rock” name.

Inside, the open living room has wood-plank walls and a vaulted ceiling, with a wood-burning stove and a flatscreen TV. The kitchen is well equipped. The dining table seats six, with four additional stools at the kitchen bar. The main bedroom opens to a covered deck sitting area. Privately tucked away at the end of the cul-de-sac, this cabin has parking for multiple cars and even a trailer.

The cabin is also near the Wawona History Center and 9-hole golf course - the only golf course in a national park. Bass Lake is less than 15 miles away, where you can enjoy boating, skiing, fishing, swimming, hiking, and bicycling. The Pines Village at the lake provides restaurants, a general market, bars, shops, and a full-service marina with rental boats, jet skis, and kayaks. The town of Oakhurst is also nearby, with shopping, restaurants, bars, a movie cinema, and a live stage theater.
Bass Lake is less than 15 miles from the southern entrance of Yosemite National Park. Bass Lake reaches its peak water levels in the summer months and is lowered by 50 percent during the fall and winter months annually. Because of this summer water levels vary each year depending on the winter season rain and snowfall.

This remodeled home is just two miles from the south gate entrance to Yosemite National Park. It is perfect for exploring the park, hiking the Sierra National Forest, or resting on the spacious deck surrounded by beautiful trees! Every effort has been made to make this a comfortable and fun experience for your family and friends. Fish Camp is just outside Yosemite National Park's southern entrance, surrounded by Sierra National Forest, located at 5,000 feet elevation, which means cool summer mornings and evenings and comfortable daytime temperatures. Ten miles to the south is Bass Lake, with fishing, boating, and swimming. There's horseback riding, short hikes to waterfalls, and the Sugar Pine Railroad two miles away. Just inside Yosemite's gate, three miles away, is the Mariposa Grove of Giant Sequoias - some of earth's largest, most breathtaking trees. Twelve miles to the south is Oakhurst, with shops, grocery stores, entertainment, and art galleries. The Sage House at Yosemite is only 2.8 miles from the south entrance of Yosemite National Park. The tranquility of this place is unbeatable. Smell fresh pine trees, listen to the water rushing in a seasonal creek, and take in the feeling of being surrounded by trees.

The space

This spacious home is perfect for your party of six. You will enter via the upper floor where you can enjoy hanging out on the spacious, comfortable sofa, and prepare and enjoy meals in the Chef's kitchen and spacious dining area. Shoot a game of pool, or head outside to the upper decks where you can enjoy sunrise yoga, a meditation session or simply relax. The upper floor also has a full bathroom.

Head downstairs to access the Half Dome master bedroom which has its own private bathroom with a large shower, jetted bathtub, seating area, and access to the lower deck. Watch TV while enjoying the electric fireplace. The lower deck can also be accessed via another separate door. The second Yosemite Falls bedroom has queen size bed and a shared full bathroom. The third El Capitan bedroom has two full (double) size beds. All bedrooms have outdoor views. The laundry room is also here on the lower level.

Take stairs down the lowest level to access the back lot/yard. Enjoy relaxing here listening to the running water in the seasonal creek, and taking it all in.

Guest access

Safety first, the wood fireplace in the upstairs living area is not available to light fires. Electric candles can be operated using a wireless remote. Owner's closets and maintenance rooms are also not accessible to the guests. Other than that, you will have a full home to yourself.
Other things to note

The upper level has no sleeping arrangements. All bedrooms are on the lower level accessible via stairs.

Cameras: There are three cameras around the perimeter of the house:
1. Front porch (facing the driveway)
2. Upper deck (east side of the deck, facing the woods)
3. Basement level (below the lower decks, facing straight towards the playhouse)
Please do not turn off or block these cameras. Doing so may result in the cancellation of your reservation without refund.

E-signing allows you to go straight to the property upon your arrival, instead of coming to our office to sign and get a key!

Access to Yosemite and Nearby Attractions- Yosemite National Park, like many others across the United States, has implemented a reservation system in recent years to manage visitor numbers effectively. We highly recommend that visitors planning a trip to Yosemite stay informed by regularly checking the National Parks websites and affiliated sources for any updates regarding the reservation system. While we strive to provide our guests with an exceptional experience, it's important to note that access to Yosemite or nearby attractions cannot be guaranteed, especially during peak seasons. By staying informed and flexible, visitors can better navigate their travel plans and make the most out of their trip to this beautiful region.

Kitchen- Our housekeeping team leaves out salt, pepper, and a can of cooking spray. Friends, family, and other guests sometimes leave spices, aluminum foil or ziploc bags at the home. You are most welcome to use any of these items, but if something is particularly crucial to the success of your meals, we do recommend bringing it along with you. Kindly note, this home does not have a BBQ.

Linens- Our vacation homes are some of the few in the Yosemite area to use professionally laundered linens. All linens are professionally serviced for each and every reservation. The linens are washed in commercial grade washers with stronger hypoallergenic detergent than you would find in a residential washer. All linens are then pressed with an iron at 300° F, vs. a standard home dryer that only reaches 160°. You are not likely to find this level of service in other vacation homes.

Fireplace- Kindly note that any type of wood burning is typically unavailable in the summer and fall months, due to heightened fire risk in the area. Since the property has an adequate heating system, firewood is not provided in the winter and spring months. You are most welcome to bring any for your own ambiance if you wish, or you may use any that might be at the property left by friends, family, or other guests.

Pets- This property is NOT pet friendly!

There is parking for 4 cars. Many of the local roads are privately owned and privately maintained. We appreciate you not exceeding the maximum parking limit.

Early or Late Check-ins- Early check ins are often difficult for our team to accommodate. If you would like to check in early, please reach out to us after 2PM on the day of your arrival so we can check with our team. If you need guaranteed early check in, we recommend booking the night before your arrival so that you may check in as early as you wish. For checkout, most vacation homes have a 10AM check out in our area. We provide an 11AM checkout, and unfortunately can rarely offer a later checkout.

Occupancy- Maximum occupancy of 8 guests regardless of age. Infants are included in the total. This is strictly enforced. No having events/weddings/large dinner gatherings/guests over just to visit.

Security Cameras- There are external only cameras on the premises that face certain entrance points of the home.

Chains- California Highway Patrol and the National Parks Service may require chains in wintery/snowy/icy conditions. Please ensure you are bringing a vehicle and necessary equipment capable of navigating in these conditions.

No Smoking- The Smoke Remediation Fee will be a minimum of $500 for smoking in the house and could be higher depending on the extent of the damage.

Insurance- Travel Insurance is provided as an option during the checkout process. Please note that as hosts, we cannot protect your trip from flight delays, illnesses, weather, job loss, or other circumstances that may prevent you from making your trip. We truly wish we could! We STRONGLY suggest purchasing some type of Travel Insurance so that you may protect your vacation investment from unforeseen circumstances that may prevent you from making your trip. It's a nominal cost that can absolutely pay off!

Mail- Due to locked neighborhood mailboxes, we ask you not mail anything to the property. You are most welcome to mail items to our office (Love Yosemite! Vacation Rentals) in Oakhurst. Please reach out to us to make arrangements.

Calling Us - After booking, you are always welcome to call us at our main phone number, 24/7. That number does not receive text messages, but you will receive a text from us after booking and you can respond to that text thread any time you like. We check text messages regularly during the day and early evening.

Please note that this property is nestled in the Sierra Nevada Mountain Range, a beautiful escape into nature. However, being in such a pristine, natural environment means we occasionally encounter some of nature's residents, such as ants, spiders, insects, mice and cobwebs. While we take every precaution (including regularly scheduled pest control) to minimize these occurrences, they are a natural part of the mountain experience. Please do inform us if you experience any of these during your stay, so that we have the chance to address them to give you a more comfortable experience.

Neighbors- Please do not trespass on the neighboring properties. We appreciate you respecting the local neighborhood!

Internet- Peer-to-peer (for example bit torrent) and downloads of copyrighted and illegal material are strictly forbidden by United States law and our internet provider actively monitor these activities. Guests are fully responsible for any illegal uploading or downloading of content and for other illegal activities. By agreeing to the House Rules, you agree to not perform any illegal activities using the home`s internet connection. Any copyright infringement by guest is subject to release of guest's information to copyright holder.

Simple Checkout Instructions-
1. Check out time is 11:00am, not 10am like most vacation homes up here!
2. Please do not do any laundry, it's all professionally serviced off-site.
3. If you have time to start the dishwasher, that would be helpful but not necessary.
4. Kindly throw your garbage in the large green dumpster, located out by the parking! It really helps us keep the critters away!
5. Most importantly, please return any furniture you may have moved during your stay.

Really, the only complaint is that the queen bed upstairs was not super comfortable. It was not awful, but not great either. I know how hard it is to keep a cabin clean since I've owned one for over 15 years. All the amenities were there, including toiletries which were a nice touch. The only downside of the location is the distance to Yosemite Valley. Even though the location of the cabin is 3 miles from the entrance, it still takes an hour to get to the tunnel and into the valley. Instead of going down the valley a second day, we chose to go to Mariposa Grove, just inside the entrance and only a 10-minute drive from the cabin. It was a great short trip and a nice hike to see the Grizzly Giant and Tunnel Tree. We also did the SugarPine Railroad which is 5 minutes from the cabin. Wonderful trip, great cabin, and forever memories! Thanks!!"

For the adventurous, take a stroll down the steep (but doable) hillside and dip your hands and feet in the cool water. You won’t be able to go fishing or swimming here, but if that’s your pleasure, we’ve got you covered nearby.

- SOLITUDE - Cedar Creek Cabin sits on just over 2 acres and is one of the most secluded and private locations in Fish Camp. Located off of a charming local road and down a windy driveway, this cabin is an ideal quiet mountain retreat. With just a few homes in this neighborhood, you will feel refreshed being away from the hustle and bustle, but not too isolated or disconnected from the peaceful energy of Fish Camp.

• WRAP AROUND DECK - At Cedar Creek, you will be surrounded by views of the forest, the creek and the mountains. And you can take it all in, right from the wrap around deck of the cabin. Grill, chill and watch the trees grow!

• GENERATOR - No matter what season you’ll be traveling in or what the weather might bring, you’ll sleep soundly knowing your vacation won’t be spoiled by power outages. Our whole house generator automatically turns on when the power goes out and you’ll continue enjoying your stay without interruption.

• YOSEMITE CONSERVANCY - Need a reason to feel even better? We take care of the places we love and play. Portions of your stay are donated to the Yosemite Conservancy to provide continued support for our park and its future.

SLEEPING AREAS - Cedar Creek Cabin has one individual private queen size guest room and one queen size pull out in an extra large sectional sofa, adjacent to the private room on the 2nd floor.

SEASONS & WEATHER - We enjoy Spring, Summer and Fall at Cedar Creek Cabin, closing the doors in the Winter season. At 5000' ft of elevations, the weather can be unpredictable, especially in Spring and late Fall. Make sure you stay up-to-date with the area forecast as you plan your trip. The home has central heating to keep you cozy, a gas fireplace to sooth your soul, central air conditioning to keep you cool and fans to keep you breezy. Looking for peak Fall colors? The last week of October is sure to please. Planning to visit during a holiday? We can point you in the right direction for events in the area. KITCHEN ITEMS - Cedar Creek cabin has just about everything you need to cook great meals. (Pots, pans, utensils, dishes, glassware, etc. ) If you think you need anything specific, just ask! For sanitary reasons, Cedar Creek does not have shared pantry items, including cooking oils & coffee. There is however a variety of basic spices, salt and pepper available. (Quantity not guaranteed.) The town of Oakhurst has grocery stores with everything you need to stock up on your way! And the Fish Camp Market has most of your basic necessities.

2025 Vehicle Reservation Policy

“Visitors who plan to enter Yosemite National Park between 6 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Memorial Day weekend, any day between June 15 and August 15, or Labor Day weekend are likely to need a reservation. Visit the Yosemite National Park trip planning website or the NPS App for details, exceptions, and how to make a reservation. This system ensures all visitors, whether they plan in advance or decide last minute, can experience the park each day. It also spreads visitation across the day so that visitors have a better experience.”

Reservations will be available on Recreation.gov beginning Tuesday, May 6, 2025, at 8:00 a.m. PDT.

A reservation will be required to drive into or through Yosemite between 6:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. on the following dates.

The kitchen is equipped with dishes, cups, and basic cooking and eating utensils. Basic necessities like coffee, tea bags, salt, pepper, oil, etc. are also provided.
The house has a full-size washer and dryer.
The main room has a wood-burning fireplace with wood stacked up for you. Please keep the fireplace cover closed unless you are trying to start the fire.
There is a picnic table on the deck.

Surrounded by tall pines and just minutes from Yosemite's southern entrance in the residential community of Fish Camp, this cozy mountain cabin can be your home away from home while exploring the natural beauty of Yosemite National Park. The Little Pine cabin is the smaller of two cabins at the Yosemite Forest Lodge.

The space
The Little Pine cabin is located on a forested residential street in Fish Camp, about 5 minutes from the southern entrance to the park. The Tenaya Lodge is just across the highway, about a 5-10 minute walk away.

This is not your typical vacation home! You can travel light because you'll find that all of our homes are stocked much as you would stock your own home. In the kitchen you'll find a full complement of cookware, utensils, and dining ware, as well as most herbs and spices. The pantry includes cooking supplies, coffees, teas, even hot chocolate! We supply laundry detergents, fabric softeners, paper goods, and complementary toiletries of all kinds. There are plenty of towels, bed linens, and blankets for everyone in your group.

Guest access
You'll have private use of this 1 bedroom, 600 sq ft cabin its front deck. You'll share the yard space and parking with any guests of the Big Pine cabin in front.

When checking availability note that we now require at least 1 full calendar day left unoccupied between groups. Airbnb's calendar system may NOT take this into account automatically!

Other things to note
We have configured our AirBnb listing to require at least ONE FULL CALENDAR DAY left unoccupied between each group of guests. However for some reason AirBnb's system does not always honor that requirement. So when requesting dates, be sure to check our availability calendar to make sure you will have that unoccupied space both before and after the dates you want to request.

Our cozy mountain cabin has only a gravity furnace in the main living area, and like most homes in Fish Camp there is no A/C. Even in winter the floor furnace does a great job of heating the main living areas, and we do provide both electric space heaters and plenty of extra blankets. You'll want to be careful with the space heaters though because if you use too many at once, you can trip a circuit breaker. The best strategy is to plan to dress warmly if you visit in the winter.

The following is a copy of our rental Terms and Conditions, and our Cancellation Policies for your reference. You must agree to these in full to rent our home; no exceptions are possible.

LITTLE PINE CABIN SHORT-TERM RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Thank you for your interest in renting our vacation home!

This document tells you specifically what you must agree to do if
you want to rent our home ("the Property"), and what you can expect
to receive from us if you do. Please read it carefully.

These Terms and Conditions, including our Cancellation and Refund
Policies, our rate quotation and our reservation confirmation, together
form a legal contract ("the Agreement") between the individual
identified as "the Renter" (also herein as "You" and "your")
and "the Owners" of the Property or their designated representatives
(also herein as "We" "our" and "Us").

We require You to accept the entire Agreement in full before we can
permit You to occupy the Property.

We require all guests accompanying You during your rental period
(hereafter "the Guests") also accept this entire agreement in full. You
alone agree to take full responsibility for maintaining the compliance
of all of the Guests.

Note that to accept in full, You will have to accept BOTH the Terms and Conditions, and also separately our Cancellation and Refund policies.

After we receive your reservation request and acceptance of our Agreement, we
indicate our acceptance by sending to You a written Reservation
Confirmation. Without that Confirmation, there is no completed Agreement
between us, You do not have a reservation for the Property and You cannot
occupy the Property.

1 YOUR REQUIREMENTS AND OBLIGATIONS

1.1 AGE: You agree that as of the date you request the reservation, You are at
least 18 years old. NOTE: if You are under age 25 You also agree to provide
a larger cleaning deposit amount, as specified in the Quotation.

1.2 RESIDENCY: You agree that You will be residing at the Property with your
group of allowed overnight guests, as specified in the Quotation (hereafter
"the Guests") during the entire rental period.

1.3 MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: You agree that the total number of persons on the Property,
regardless of age or duration of occupancy, will not exceed the maximum
rental occupancy of the Property at any time during your rental period.

1.4 EXCLUSIVE OCCUPANCY: You agree that the overnight occupants of the Property
will only be those specified in the Quotation. You will not share the Property
or sublet it to any other persons during your rental period.

1.5 RESIDENTIAL USE ONLY: You agree that You and the Guests will only use the
Property for strictly overnight residential purposes. You agree that you and
the Guests will not use the Property to host events or for any other
non-residential use.

1.6 FALSE REPRESENTATION: You agree that false representation by you is a
serious and material breach of the terms of this Agreement, which also may
expose You, the Renter, to liability for Fraud.

NOTE: For your own safety and protection, if at any time the facts of your
visit change in any way from that described in the Agreement, contact us
immediately so that we can accommodate your changing needs to the best of our
abilities.

1.7 PREPAYMENT IN FULL: You agree to deliver to us all payments required by the
Agreement, on time and in full, prior to your occupancy under its terms. Any
changes to the terms of the Agreement requiring additional payment are null
and void until and unless we have received that additional payment in full.

1.8 PAYMENT CONFIRMS ACCEPTANCE: Since no reservation is possible without
accepting this Agreement in full, You agree that when you send us the reservation
deposit specified in the Quotation, you are also confirming your acceptance
of the Agreement in full.

1.9 DAMAGE PREVENTION: You agree to ensure that all occupants will use and
operate all appliances and furnishings properly, including all electrical and
gas appliances; plumbing fixtures; electronic home entertainment property;
heaters and stoves; barbeque grills and all other items of any kind or nature
whatsoever provided to You and the Guests during your rental visit.
Instruction manuals are available -- please read them. Call us if you have
any questions at all.

1.10 CLEANLINESS: Maid services are not available during your visit. The
Property will be cleaned only before your arrival and after your departure.
You agree to ensure that all occupants will leave the Property in a reasonably
clean and orderly condition, so that no extraordinary housekeeping is required
after your departure. Instructions, guides and suggestions are posted inside
the home for your benefit. We use your cleaning deposit to pay for the effort
to clean after You leave, and then refund any remaining balance to You. So your
cleaning efforts directly influence the amount of your refund.

1.11 PETS: You agree that no pet is allowed on the Property unless it is both
approved by The Owners prior to your arrival and paid for in full. This
applies to each and every pet on the Property during your rental period.
These charges will appear in the Quotation. You also agree to expect that
your cleaning charges may be higher because of the presence of a pet.

1.12 DAMAGE NOTIFICATION, REPLACEMENT AND REPAIR: You agree to notify us,
the Owners promptly when damage of any kind occurs. We expect there to be
normal wear and tear during your visit and we do not hold You responsible for
that type of damage. However, You agree that damage discovered by us only
after your departure is presumptively not "normal" wear and tear. It is in
your best interest for You to notify us of any and all damage that occurs
during your rental visit.

1.13 REIMBURSEMENT FOR REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR: You agree to reimburse the
Owners' cost required to remedy any loss, damage or destruction of property
caused by You or the Guests, and for any extra cleaning required. We will
notify You of the costs of damages or extra housekeeping within ten days of
written notice to us from our cleaning and maintenance contractors. On your
request We will provide you with copies of the receipts or invoices that
document these costs. You hereby authorize us, the Owners to charge your
credit card or otherwise bill you for any such documented costs.

1.14 NO SMOKING OR UNAPPROVED FIRES: You agree that smoking is not allowed
anywhere within the home. Due to the risk of forest fires, You agree that
no outdoor fires are allowed unless approved by the Owners in advance.
In any case, You agree to assume all liability for any fires that may occur
on the Property during or immediately following your rental period.

1.15 THE RENTER BEARS FULL RESPONSIBILITY: No matter who might perform any
obligation of yours in this Agreement, or who might violate any of its
terms, You, the Renter, agree that only you bear full legal responsibility
for your obligations and performance in this Agreement.

2 OUR OBLIGATIONS TO YOU

2.1 EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO OCCUPY: In return for the full satisfaction
of your obligations in the Agreement, We will allow You, the Renter, and
the Guests accompanying You to have an exclusive right to occupy the
Property between the arrival and departure dates specified in the
Quotation.

2.2 CONTINGENCY: This right to occupy is entirely contingent on all occupants
complying in full with all terms, conditions, and policies described in this
Agreement, for the duration of the rental period. This contingency applies
to any occupant of the property, regardless of whether the occupant is an
overnight Guest or not.

2.3 REMEDIES FOR NON-COMPLIANCE: If any occupant fails to comply with any
terms of the Agreement, the Renter and Guests agree to vacate the Property
immediately upon demand of the Owners. Failure to vacate immediately upon
demand may expose You, the Renter and the Guests to forcible ejection and
prosecution.

2.4 AS-IS CONDITION: We pledge that We will try to provide the Property to You
in a comfortable, home-like condition to the best of our abilities. As with
any home, we cannot predict the failure of utility, infrastructure, furniture
or appliances or the occurrence of similar problems before or during your rental
period. Once You inform us of a problem we will do our best to correct the
problem promptly. However at times we must wait for outside service or parts
delivery. You agree to expect the Property to be in AS-IS condition,
and to accept that We have no obligation to provide You with any partial or
full refund due to any inconvenience such problem or failure may cause.

3 ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

3.1 ARRIVAL TIME: The Renter agrees that the Property will not normally
be available for occupancy until 5pm on the arrival date.

3.2 EARLY ARRIVAL: The property may be available to the Renter and Guests
as early as 3pm on the arrival date, but only if the Owners or a designated
representative (typically the caretaker or a cleaning contractor) permits
it.

3.3 NOTIFICATION WHEN READY: The Renter may request to receive at text
or similar message when the Property is ready to be occupied. If requested,
the Renter agrees to permit the Owners to share your contact information
with contractors who will send the message. The Renter agrees that failure
to receive this message, for any reason, shall not in any way constitute a
material breach of this Agreement.

3.4 DEPARTURE TIME: The Renter and Guests agree to fully vacate the
Property by the normal departure time of 10:30am on the departure date.

3.5 LATE DEPARTURE: The Renter's exclusive right to occupancy expires
at normal departure time. If the Renter or the Guests have not fully
vacated the Property by that time, they must allow others unrestricted
access to the Property on demand.

3.6 DEPARTURE TIME LIMIT: If the Renter or any Guests have not fully
vacated the Property by 12:00 noon on the departure date, the Renter agrees
that this will constitute material breach of the Agreement, and furthermore
exposes any remaining occupants to the risk of immediate ejection by
force.

3.7 EXTENSIONS: The Renter agrees that no extensions in the rental period
are permitted without prior written approval from the Owners, and also payment
in full of any additional amounts due under the terms specified in that
approval.

3.8 LATE ARRIVALS AND EARLY DEPARTURES: The Renter agrees that the Owners
have no obligation whatsoever to provide the Renter with any refund for
a late arrival or early departure of the Renter or any Guest, regardless
of the reason, unless the change has been approved in writing by the
Owners.

4 PRIVACY, PERSONAL SAFETY, AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

4.1 OUR PRIVACY POLICY: It is essential that We collect personal information
from You and the Guests in order for us to rent the Property to You. We
respect the privacy of You and the Guests; We will never sell your personal
information and We will only share it on a need-to-know basis with our
contractors, or with your expressed permission. We will take reasonable
and appropriate steps to insure the security of your personal information.
However We cannot guarantee that leaks to unauthorized persons will never
occur, for instance due to circumstances beyond our control. If We learn
that a leak such as this may have occurred and may have included your
personal information, We will inform you of the facts as We know them at the
time We discover the leak. You agree to release us from liability for
any unauthorized release of your personal information, intentional or otherwise.

4.2 WEATHER AND WINTER CONDITIONS: The Property is located in high elevation
mountainous terrain. The local area experiences all four seasons, which can
bring unexpected stormy weather and possible power outages at any time of year.
Winter driving conditions can become severe. The roadways may not be passable
during and after Winter storms. We advise You and all Guests to monitor the
local weather forecast during your visit, and we strongly advise that you
carry tire chains in your car during the months of November through April.

4.3 LIMITATION AND RELEASE OF LIABILITIES: We advise you that the Property and
surrounding mountainous area include natural hazards that are an essential
part of the Property's character and environment. We the Owners make no specific
guarantee or assurance as to the safety of the premises, particularly for small
children, disabled or infirmed persons, or during bad weather. You and all
Guests assume full and complete responsibility for your own safety. You and
all Guests agree to indemnify, save and hold harmless the Owners from any
personal injury, loss, liability, damage or cost You or any Guests may incur,
for any cause or reason, during your visit to our Property. You and all
Guests agree that (1) IN NO EVENT SHALL WE THE OWNERS BE LIABLE UNDER THE
AGREEMENT FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE
DAMAGES WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT OR ANY OTHER THEORY AND (2) THE OWNERS'
AGGREGATE LIABILITY UNDER THE AGREEMENT IS LIMITED TO THE NET AMOUNT RECEIVED
AND RETAINED BY THE OWNERS IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT.

5 SEVERABILITY, AMENDMENTS, DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND JURISDICTION

5.1 SEVERABILITY: You agree that the invalidity or unenforceability of any
provision of this Agreement shall not affect the validity or enforceability
of any other provision of this Agreement, which shall remain in full force and
effect.

5.2 EXCEPTIONS, AMENDMENTS AND MODIFICATIONS: You agree that any exceptions,
modifications or amendments to this Agreement must be expressed in writing
and approved by both You and the Owners, after which they become incorporated
as a whole into this Agreement.

5.3 DISPUTE RESOLUTION: You agree that any dispute arising under this Agreement
shall be mediated subject to the rules of the American Arbitration Association
at the branch office closest to Mariposa, California.

5.4 JURISDICTION: You and the Owners agree that any disputes arising out of
or in connection with this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction
of the Courts of Mariposa County, CA.

LITTLE PINE CABIN SHORT-TERM RENTAL CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES

You, the Renter, acknowledge that cancelling a reservation Agreement may
subject the Owners to significant material losses, including but not limited
to lost rents and wasted administrative time and effort.

We, the Owners, acknowledge that cancellations may still be unavoidable, and
so both the Renter and the Owners hereby agree to the following Cancellation
and Refund Policies.

1 FOR RESERVATIONS CANCELLED BY THE RENTER

1.1 GREATER THAN 30 DAYS PRIOR: If the Renter cancels the Agreement
more than 30 days prior to the arrival date, the Owners agree to provide
to the Renter a full refund of all payments made in consideration for the
rental under the terms of the Agreement.

1.2 LESS THAN 30, BUT MORE THAN 7 DAYS PRIOR: If the Renter cancels
the Agreement within 30 days of the arrival date, the Renter agrees to
forfeit the entire reservation deposit amount. The Owners agree to refund
to the Renter the remaining balance of all payments already made in
consideration for the rental under the terms of the Agreement.

1.3 WITHIN 7 DAYS OF ARRIVAL: If the Renter cancels the Agreement within
7 days of the arrival date, the Renter agrees to forfeit 3 times the nightly
rental amount or the total rent amount, whichever is less. The Owners agree
to refund to the Renter the remaining balance of all payments already made
in consideration for the rental under the terms of the Agreement.

1.4 TAXES AND CLEANING DEPOSITS: If the Renter cancels the
reservation at any time prior to arrival, the amount refunded will include
all cleaning deposit amounts received from the Renter, and also any tax
amounts that the Owners are not required to pay to the corresponding tax
authority on behalf of the Renter.

1.5 AFTER ARRIVAL: If the Renter cancels the Agreement at any time
after the arrival date, the Renter agrees that the Owners have no obligation
to provide any additional refund at all beyond any cleaning deposit refunds
that might be due under the terms of the Agreement. THIS INCLUDES
CANCELLATION DUE TO POWER OUTAGES OR ADVERSE WEATHER CONDITIONS. The Renter
agrees that an early departure of the Renter or the Guests after arrival
does not change the terms of the Agreement in any material way.

2 FOR RESERVATIONS CANCELLED BY THE OWNERS

2.1 ABSOLUTE LIMIT: In the unlikely event that the Owners must cancel
the Agreement, the Renter and the Owners agree that the Owners will under
no circumstances be obligated to refund or pay to any third party aggregate
amounts that exceed the total amount paid to the Owners in consideration
for the rental under the terms of the Agreement.

2.2 PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: If the Owners must cancel the Agreement prior to
the arrival date, the Owners agree to provide to the Renter with a full
refund of all payments made in consideration for the rental under the
terms of this Agreement.

2.3 AFTER ARRIVAL: If the Owners must cancel the Agreement after the
arrival date, the Renter and the Owners mutually agree that the Agreement
will be amended with the date of cancellation becoming the new departure
date. The Owners agree to refund to the Renter any amounts overpaid in
consideration for the rental under the amended terms of the Agreement.

Important Note About Power Outages
For your safety, utility companies may occasionally shut off power in mountain areas during high fire-risk conditions. While this is a precaution to help prevent wildfires, we understand it can be an inconvenience.

To ensure your comfort during these times, we provide battery-powered lanterns and phone chargers for your use.

Please note that as these outages are beyond our control, we are unable to offer refunds related to power shut-offs. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

We are happy to ship any items left behind. Guest is responsible for shipping fees and $25 to pay the cleaner for the extra service.

The cabin is also near the Wawona History Center and 9-hole golf course — the only golf course in a national park.
Bass Lake is less than 15 miles away, where you can enjoy boating, skiing, fishing, swimming, hiking, and bicycling. The Pines Village at the lake provides restaurants, a general market, bars, shops, and a full-service marina with rental boats, jet skis, and kayaks. The town of Oakhurst is also nearby, with shopping, restaurants, bars, a movie cinema, and a live stage theater.
Bass Lake is less than 15 miles from the southern entrance of Yosemite National Park. Bass Lake reaches its peak water levels in the summer months and is lowered by 50 percent during the fall and winter months annually. Because of this summer water levels vary each year depending on the winter season rain and snowfall.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.

We've worked hard to have one of the NICEST homes in the area. Everything is first class including our personalized customer service. We have a new central heating and AC system throughout the house. There are 6 modern, "smart", flat screen TVs on 4 receivers, a well equipped game room, unlimited hot water and custom wiring and lighting. Our beautiful home is in the quiet little town of Fish Camp, California at 5100' elevation in the Sierra mountains. It is spacious, comfortable, and in great condition after being completely, custom remodeled and modernized. Two of the floors have an extra-large bedroom and large bed(s). All 3 floors have a full bathroom, TV and large closet. Complimentary secure wireless internet (WiFi) is included and available everywhere on the property. We have a 60Amp/220V level 2 EV charger with a 24' J1772 universal charger cord as well as a Tesla adapter and 4 other 220V receptacles for every American EV, Tesla and hybrid car.

The first floor has a large game room with pool table, dart board, TV, piano, guitar, gas "wood stove" and adjoining bathroom and laundry room. In addition to a full kitchen on the main floor this game room has a kitchenette with sink/garbage disposal, microwave, blender, coffee maker, dishes and a large, beautiful bar. There is a patio outside the first floor with a table and chairs with an ash tray. See pictures.

The second floor has the Master bedroom, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and cozy living room with a beautiful, easy to use, gas fireplace. The kitchen has a 3'x5' "island" topped with a laminated solid oak cutting board. This main floor has a large front deck with tables, chairs, and a large gas BBQ with utensils. There is also a private backyard with a deck and chairs. The third floor has a large bedroom with TV, on its own channel, and a full bathroom.

Our DIRECTV satellite system lets you watch 4 different shows at the same time as well as lots of music stations.

Our home has the biggest "on demand" water heater available for unlimited hot water. We recently installed all new large, tall toilets with "elongated bowls" for your comfort and convenience. Two of the bathrooms have built-in heaters in addition to the central heating/AC. This home is well furnished and comes with everything you need to have a great time at Yosemite, Bass Lake and the surrounding mountain areas. Fish Camp is a very safe area; but we have a "hotel safe" to securely store your valuables while you are out. We have NEVER had any trouble with break ins or anything. Anne and I always like the convenience of having one when we travel.

Anne and I have lived and worked in these mountains for 40 years, are well connected and will be glad to advise you on all of the amazing activities inside and around Yosemite. There is also plenty to do right in Fish Camp and the local mountain areas of Bass Lake, Oakhurst, Mariposa and beyond. Once you have booked your reservation we will send you lots of hospitality info and our website address. There you will find hiking, dining, and activity suggestions, including the very popular, historic "Yosemite Mountain Sugar Pine Railroad". Nearby is horseback riding, mountain bike rentals, hiking, fishing, ATV rentals, and the quaint Fish Camp general store.


A half mile from the house is the Tenaya Lodge that has 2 restaurants with dining from casual to elegant. This includes a large bar, deli, and pizza parlor. They also have a luxurious spa.


This home has always been an allergen free environment, therefore, no smoking inside the house and NO PETS of any kind. No parties. This will be strictly enforced, NO EXCEPTIONS.

It has a nicely built, but steep lower driveway. It's not suitable for very large vehicles (RV's, etc). They can park on the street if necessary. The upper parking areas are level and have parking for 2 full size cars. See photos. This is a 3 story house and is not recommended for handicapped guests. Thanks so much for your interest in renting our home.

Coffee nook is conveniently located in the corner to not disturb your other guests sleep while you make a morning cup of Joe. K-Cups and sugar are provided.

Olive oil, salt and pepper are provided as well!

BATHROOM
The bathroom is stocked with towels for 4 guests, makeup towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash for guest use. There is also a hair dryer.

LAUNDRY ROOM
The laundry room is attached to the North side of the cabin and has a separate entrance. It's locked and a code will be provided at check in. It's also a great storage space for guests traveling with things that need to be bear proofed.

DECK + FIRE PIT AREA
The front area has a dedicated fire pit! Enjoy your evening under the stars and stay warm by a wood burning fire. The back deck is equipped with 2 sun loungers, outdoor dining area and a BBQ to maximize time outdoors in nature during your stay.

Guest access
Guests will have private access to everything pictured in the listing. The upstairs of the cabin is used for storage and is not accessible to guests.

Other things to note
CELL SERVICE
Most major cell service providers have service at the Blackwood cabin but service can be spotty between Oakhurst, CA and Fish Camp, CA. Have all directions and maps downloaded prior to heading into this area. Have WiFi information written down so you can connect on the deck if you don't have cell service at the cabin and have questions at check in.

WEATHER & TERRAIN
The cabin is down a dirt road and in a neighborhood. Most cars are just fine driving down the dirt road in normal weather conditions. If you plan on booking during a month where there could be snowfall, please be mindful of the vehicle you are taking and that weather is very unpredictable at this elevation. We are not responsible for weather.

YOSEMITE RESERVATIONS
Visitors who plan to enter Yosemite National Park between 6 am and 2 pm every day through August 15 or Labor Day weekend (August 30–September 1) are likely to need a peak-hours reservation. Visit the National Parks website to plan your reservation.

BEARS + WILDLIFE
There has been unusual bear activity in Fish Camp this Summer. Please understand that we are not responsible for any loss associated with the bears and guests are required to take all precautions while on property. This includes securing all food and trash behind locked doors. Not leaving anything outside overnight. If you do encounter a bear, be still and report it to the forest service.

NEIGHBORS
Surrounding neighbors have owned their cabins for decades and quiet hours and guest counts are strictly enforced. Please be respectful of the neighbors and park in designated areas and follow all listing rules.

POWER COMPANY
This is a very high elevation and high fire risk area and the power company is constantly monitoring trees, weather conditions and doing maintenance work. It is not uncommon for power to be shut off or go out from time to time depending on conditions. However, it's usually not for very long and the power company is quick to resolve.

The space
For four people, this is a large cabin which allows everyone to stretch out and relax. Approx. 1400 square feet.

A fully-equipped modern kitchen with everything you'll need to cook a gourmet meal including a 5-burner gas stove/oven, modern sink and a new dishwasher. Outside there is a gas BBQ with side burner.

Large Washer/Dryer for your convenience.

Spiral staircase leads to cozy loft bedroom with comfy queen bed (plus 2 optional single air mattresses). Upstairs bedroom has a 32" TV, dresser and area to hang clothes. No bathroom upstairs. Downstairs common area has a queen size futon in a separated sleeping area.

Large cozy living area with natural rock, knotty pine and a wood burning stove, (not a fireplace) for extra heating and ambiance (wood provided). Door to the wood stove must be closed at all times & there is no view of the flames. Home Theatre system featuring a 55" smart 4K TV with a 5:1 home theater surround sound system, and Bose sound bar...great for watching movies, or the game. TV has internet access to Sling TV with all major channels including ESPN & CNN, plus a guest NETFLIX account. Free high Speed WIFI throughout. Board games are available. Propane heating with thermostat keeps the cabin very warm in the winter.

Romantic dining nook with seating for four (six with extension) and a bar area for additional seating.

Outside large patio and garden area with sunflowers and herb garden (in season) and a 4-person modern jetted hot tub for soaking and relaxation. There's a large patio table with umbrella for outside dining from Spring till Fall amongst the the "baby" sequoia trees and tall pines.

4 person private hot tub, is located on our front patio and not shared with others. Open year round, with the exception of extreme snow storms, where shoveling may be required.

Two full bathrooms are downstairs, including a unique large natural-rock rain shower in one bathroom and a full bath/shower combo in the other. All linens, towels, and deluxe spa robes provided during stay.

Onsite parking for two vehicles. During heavy snow there is only room for 1 vehicle.

Queen Bed sleeps 2. Futon can sleep 2, and air mattresses are also provided. Linens and pillows provided for 4 people.

Guest access
Guests have access to the whole house and outside area.

Other things to note
You will be 2 miles from the Yosemite Southern entrance, and 15 miles north of the town of Oakhurst. Come prepared for the mountain adventures. Be prepared for an early start to most Yosemite hikes and outings! Check with Yosemite NP as reservations may be needed.

Our wood stove is available Nov 1-April 30. This is not a fireplace, it’s better! However the door must be closed and you will not see the flame.
It does keep the house very cozy in the winter. Wall heater is also available for heat.

We do not give refunds based on poor weather conditions, or change in dates do to our changing mountain weather outside of the cancellation period. We provide snow removal, however guests may be required to shovel walkway under some situations, shovels are provided.

We have a steep paved walkway they may be uneven in the winter depending on conditions.

Parking for one car may be available during heavy snow.

And we have a charger for your Tesla or other electric vehicle!

The space
A spacious home with 2 available bedroom units, each with its own private bath, just 2 miles from the South Gate to Yosemite National Park -- delightful, architecturally-designed spaces. Setting is just off main highway to Park and adjacent to Sierra National Forest. Our house grew from a simple wood frame cabin (circa 1946) to a spacious mountain retreat on 3 levels - a mixture of contemporary classic with 'tones' of yesteryear.
Our residence is spacious, has lots of light, lovely outdoor spaces -- patio, balcony on the 'national forest' side of the house, and additional patio and hammock in the front yard. There is a shared family room, with TV/DVD and lots of guidebooks - with information about surrounding places of interest. Our desire is to have your experience be warm and inviting - and for you to feel that you are a welcome guest/traveler.

In addition to The Sentinel Dome Room -- actually a suite -- a spacious bedroom and the private bath with double sinks/vanity area and separate walk-in shower -- guests will have breakfast in the family dining room, and will also have use of the common area on the main floor, complete with TV/DVD (and internet for your laptop) and books/pamphlets/information about Yosemite and surrounding area.
There is parking at our front driveway -- we face Highway 41- the South entrance to Yosemite National Park --and the gate is ~ 2 miles from our driveway.

During your stay
As experienced hikers, Ron and Bette are both avid "Yosemite Lovers" and are quite knowledgeable about the Park and surrounding areas. We can provide lots of ideas and information about places nearby -- including some 'off the beaten track' options to enjoy!

Other things to note
Fish Camp is just outside Yosemite National Park's southern entrance surrounded by Sierra National Forest - located at 5,000 ft. elevation -- which means cool summer mornings and evenings and lovely daytime temps.
10 miles south is Bass Lake -- with fishing, boating, swimming -
2 miles from horseback riding, and short hikes to waterfalls, etc.

3+ miles to Mariposa Grove of Giant Sequoias (most massive trees in the world!)
12 miles south is Oakhurst - shops, grocery stores, antique shops, art galleries

MANY restaurant options within a few miles - some within a mile -- we have menus of most locations.
There is limited bus service from Fresno International Airport to Fish Camp. But best option - and the one with most flexibility - is driving your own vehicle. There is a bus service (YARTS) from nearby in Fish Camp to Yosemite Valley for those who choose not to drive, but having your own transportation will provide more flexibility.

Fish Camp is at 5,000' elevation -- which means it has 'seasons' -- mornings and evenings are cool - mid 40's to 50's - even in the summertime - mid day is delightful (70's) - ALWAYS bring a jacket and prepare to dress in layers. Fall and Spring are cool (and beautiful, too!) -- In the late fall, winter and early spring, be prepared for showers and -- snow! If you travel in winter, you are advised to carry tire chains or have 4-wheel drive. The National Park is strict about chain control if snow is forecast.

The Sage House at Yosemite is only 2.8 miles from the south entrance of Yosemite National Park. The tranquility of this place is unbeatable. Smell fresh pine trees, listen to water rushing in a seasonal creek, and take in the feeling of surrounded by trees.

The space
This spacious home is perfect for your party of six. You will enter via the upper floor where you can enjoy hanging out on the spacious, comfortable sofa, prepare and enjoy meals in the Chef's kitchen and spacious dining area. Shoot a game of pool, or head outside to the upper decks where you can enjoy sunrise yoga, a meditation session or simply relax. Upper floor also has a full bathroom.

Head downstairs to access Half Dome master bedroom which has it's own private bathroom with large shower, jetted bath tub, seating area and access to lower deck. Watch TV while enjoying the electric fireplace. Lower deck can also be accessed via another separate door. Second Yosemite Falls bedroom has queen size bed and a shared full bathroom. The third El Capitan bedroom has two full (double) size beds. All bedrooms have outdoor views. Laundry room is also here on the lower level.

Take stairs down the lowest level to access the back lot/yard. Enjoy relaxing here listening to the running water in the seasonal creek, taking it all in.

Guest access
Safety first, wooden fireplace in the upstairs living area is not available to light fires. Electric candles can be operated using a wireless remote. Owner's closets and maintenance rooms are also not accessible to the guests. Other than that, you will have the full home to yourself.

Other things to note
Upper level has no sleeping arrangements. All bedrooms are on the lower level accessible via stairs.

The space
Yosemite Big Rock Cabin

This Fish Camp cabin is ideally situated less than two miles from Yosemite's south entrance. Big Rock provides the quaintness of a cabin with the modern amenities and comforts of home.
The cabin opens to a wrap-around deck where you can cook on the gas grill, dine at the table that seats eight, and take in the gorgeous mountain views with tall pine and cedar trees, and a meadow of ferns. You'll see the seasonal creek, and the giant boulder that was the inspiration for the cabin’s “Big Rock” name.

Inside, the open living room has wood-plank walls and a vaulted ceiling, with a wood-burning stove and a flatscreen TV. The kitchen is well equipped. The dining table seats six, with four additional stools at the kitchen bar. The main bedroom opens to a covered deck sitting area. Privately tucked away at the end of the cul-de-sac, this cabin has parking for multiple cars and even a trailer.

The cabin is also near the Wawona History Center and 9-hole golf course - the only golf course in a national park. Bass Lake is less than 15 miles away, where you can enjoy boating, skiing, fishing, swimming, hiking, and bicycling. The Pines Village at the lake provides restaurants, a general market, bars, shops, and a full-service marina with rental boats, jet skis, and kayaks. The town of Oakhurst is also nearby, with shopping, restaurants, bars, a movie cinema, and a live stage theater.
Bass Lake is less than 15 miles from the southern entrance of Yosemite National Park. Bass Lake reaches its peak water levels in the summer months and is lowered by 50 percent during the fall and winter months annually. Because of this summer water levels vary each year depending on the winter season rain and snowfall.

The space
The Big Pine cabin is located on a forested residential street in Fish Camp, about 5 minutes from the southern entrance to the park. The Tenaya Lodge is just across the highway, about a 5-10 minute walk away.

This is not your typical vacation home! You can travel light because you'll find that all of our homes are stocked much as you would stock your own home. In the kitchen you'll find a full complement of cookware, utensils, and dining ware, as well as most herbs and spices. The pantry includes cooking supplies, coffees, teas, even hot chocolate! We supply laundry detergents, fabric softeners, paper goods, and complementary toiletries of all kinds. There are plenty of towels, bed linens, and blankets for everyone in your group.

Guest access
You'll have private use of this 3 bedroom, 1800 sq ft cabin and surrounding decks. You'll share the yard space and parking with any guests of the Little Pine cabin behind you.

When checking availability note that we require at least 1 full calendar day left unoccupied between groups. Airbnb's calendar system may NOT take this into account automatically!

The following is a copy of our rental Terms and Conditions, and our Cancellation Policies for your reference. You must agree to these in full to rent our home; no exceptions are possible.

BIG PINE CABIN SHORT-TERM RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Thank you for your interest in renting our vacation home!

This document tells you specifically what you must agree to do if
you want to rent our home ("the Property"), and what you can expect
to receive from us if you do. Please read it carefully.

These Terms and Conditions, including our Cancellation and Refund
Policies, our rate quotation and our reservation confirmation, together
form a legal contract ("the Agreement") between the individual
identified as "the Renter" (also herein as "You" and "your")
and "the Owners" of the Property or their designated representatives
(also herein as "We" "our" and "Us").

We require You to accept the entire Agreement in full before we can
permit You to occupy the Property. You can indicate your acceptance
by selecting the "I accept" options at the bottom of this Agreement.

We require all guests accompanying You during your rental period
(hereafter "the Guests") also accept this entire agreement in full. You
alone agree to take full responsibility for maintaining the compliance
of all of the Guests.

Note that to accept in full, You will have to select to accept BOTH
the Terms and Conditions, and also separately our Cancellation and Refund
policies.

After we receive your reservation request and accepted Agreement, we
indicate our acceptance of it by sending to You a written Reservation
Confirmation. Without that Confirmation, there is no completed Agreement
between us, You do not have a reservation for the Property and You cannot
occupy the Property.

1 YOUR REQUIREMENTS AND OBLIGATIONS

1.1 AGE: You agree that as of the date you request the reservation, You are at
least 18 years old. NOTE: if You are under age 25 You also agree to provide
a larger cleaning deposit amount, as specified in the Quotation.

1.2 RESIDENCY: You agree that You will be residing at the Property with your
group of allowed overnight guests, as specified in the Quotation (hereafter
"the Guests") during the entire rental period.

1.3 MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: You agree that the total number of persons on the Property,
regardless of age or duration of occupancy, will not exceed the maximum
rental occupancy of the Property at any time during your rental period.

1.4 EXCLUSIVE OCCUPANCY: You agree that the overnight occupants of the Property
will only be those specified in the Quotation. You will not share the Property
or sublet it to any other persons during your rental period.

1.5 RESIDENTIAL USE ONLY: You agree that You and the Guests will only use the
Property for strictly overnight residential purposes. You agree that you and
the Guests will not use the Property to host events or for any other
non-residential use.

1.6 FALSE REPRESENTATION: You agree that false representation by you is a
serious and material breach of the terms of this Agreement, which also may
expose You, the Renter, to liability for Fraud.

NOTE: For your own safety and protection, if at any time the facts of your
visit change in any way from that described in the Agreement, contact us
immediately so that we can accommodate your changing needs to the best of our
abilities.

1.7 PREPAYMENT IN FULL: You agree to deliver to us all payments required by the
Agreement, on time and in full, prior to your occupancy under its terms. Any
changes to the terms of the Agreement requiring additional payment are null
and void until and unless we have received that additional payment in full.

1.8 PAYMENT CONFIRMS ACCEPTANCE: Since no reservation is possible without
accepting this Agreement in full, You agree that when you send us the reservation
deposit specified in the Quotation, you are also confirming your acceptance
of the Agreement in full.

1.9 DAMAGE PREVENTION: You agree to ensure that all occupants will use and
operate all appliances and furnishings properly, including all electrical and
gas appliances; plumbing fixtures; electronic home entertainment property;
heaters and stoves; barbeque grills and all other items of any kind or nature
whatsoever provided to You and the Guests during your rental visit.
Instruction manuals are available -- please read them. Call us if you have
any questions at all.

1.10 CLEANLINESS: Maid services are not available during your visit. The
Property will be cleaned only before your arrival and after your departure.
You agree to ensure that all occupants will leave the Property in a reasonably
clean and orderly condition, so that no extraordinary housekeeping is required
after your departure. Instructions, guides and suggestions are posted inside
the home for your benefit. We use your cleaning deposit to pay for the effort
to clean after You leave, and then refund any remaining balance to You. So your
cleaning efforts directly influence the amount of your refund.

1.11 PETS: You agree that no pet is allowed on the Property unless it is both
approved by The Owners prior to your arrival and paid for in full. This
applies to each and every pet on the Property during your rental period.
These charges will appear in the Quotation. You also agree to expect that
your cleaning charges may be higher because of the presence of a pet.

1.12 DAMAGE NOTIFICATION, REPLACEMENT AND REPAIR: You agree to notify us,
the Owners promptly when damage of any kind occurs. We expect there to be
normal wear and tear during your visit and we do not hold You responsible for
that type of damage. However, You agree that damage discovered by us only
after your departure is presumptively not "normal" wear and tear. It is in
your best interest for You to notify us of any and all damage that occurs
during your rental visit.

1.13 REIMBURSEMENT FOR REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR: You agree to reimburse the
Owners' cost required to remedy any loss, damage or destruction of property
caused by You or the Guests, and for any extra cleaning required. We will
notify You of the costs of damages or extra housekeeping within ten days of
written notice to us from our cleaning and maintenance contractors. On your
request We will provide you with copies of the receipts or invoices that
document these costs. You hereby authorize us, the Owners to charge your
credit card or otherwise bill you for any such documented costs.

1.14 NO SMOKING OR UNAPPROVED FIRES: You agree that smoking is not allowed
anywhere within the home. Due to the risk of forest fires, You agree that
no outdoor fires are allowed unless approved by the Owners in advance.
In any case, You agree to assume all liability for any fires that may occur
on the Property during or immediately following your rental period.

1.15 THE RENTER BEARS FULL RESPONSIBILITY: No matter who might perform any
obligation of yours in this Agreement, or who might violate any of its
terms, You, the Renter, agree that only you bear full legal responsibility
for your obligations and performance in this Agreement.

2 OUR OBLIGATIONS TO YOU

2.1 EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO OCCUPY: In return for the full satisfaction
of your obligations in the Agreement, We will allow You, the Renter, and
the Guests accompanying You to have an exclusive right to occupy the
Property between the arrival and departure dates specified in the
Quotation.

2.2 CONTINGENCY: This right to occupy is entirely contingent on all occupants
complying in full with all terms, conditions, and policies described in this
Agreement, for the duration of the rental period. This contingency applies
to any occupant of the property, regardless of whether the occupant is an
overnight Guest or not.

2.3 REMEDIES FOR NON-COMPLIANCE: If any occupant fails to comply with any
terms of the Agreement, the Renter and Guests agree to vacate the Property
immediately upon demand of the Owners. Failure to vacate immediately upon
demand may expose You, the Renter and the Guests to forcible ejection and
prosecution.

2.4 AS-IS CONDITION: We pledge that We will try to provide the Property to You
in a comfortable, home-like condition to the best of our abilities. As with
any home, we cannot predict the failure of utility, infrastructure, furniture
or appliances or the occurrence of similar problems before or during your rental
period. Once You inform us of a problem we will do our best to correct the
problem promptly. However at times we must wait for outside service or parts
delivery. You agree to expect the Property to be in AS-IS condition,
and to accept that We have no obligation to provide You with any partial or
full refund due to any inconvenience such problem or failure may cause.

3 ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

3.1 ARRIVAL TIME: The Renter agrees that the Property will not normally
be available for occupancy until 5pm on the arrival date.

3.2 EARLY ARRIVAL: The property may be available to the Renter and Guests
as early as 3pm on the arrival date, but only if the Owners or a designated
representative (typically the caretaker or a cleaning contractor) permits
it.

3.3 NOTIFICATION WHEN READY: The Renter may request to receive at text
or similar message when the Property is ready to be occupied. If requested,
the Renter agrees to permit the Owners to share your contact information
with contractors who will send the message. The Renter agrees that failure
to receive this message, for any reason, shall not in any way constitute a
material breach of this Agreement.

3.4 DEPARTURE TIME: The Renter and Guests agree to fully vacate the
Property by the normal departure time of 10:30am on the departure date.

3.5 LATE DEPARTURE: The Renter's exclusive right to occupancy expires
at normal departure time. If the Renter or the Guests have not fully
vacated the Property by that time, they must allow others unrestricted
access to the Property on demand.

3.6 DEPARTURE TIME LIMIT: If the Renter or any Guests have not fully
vacated the Property by 12:00 noon on the departure date, the Renter agrees
that this will constitute material breach of the Agreement, and furthermore
exposes any remaining occupants to the risk of immediate ejection by
force.

3.7 EXTENSIONS: The Renter agrees that no extensions in the rental period
are permitted without prior written approval from the Owners, and also payment
in full of any additional amounts due under the terms specified in that
approval.

3.8 LATE ARRIVALS AND EARLY DEPARTURES: The Renter agrees that the Owners
have no obligation whatsoever to provide the Renter with any refund for
a late arrival or early departure of the Renter or any Guest, regardless
of the reason, unless the change has been approved in writing by the
Owners.

4 PRIVACY, PERSONAL SAFETY, AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

4.1 OUR PRIVACY POLICY: It is essential that We collect personal information
from You and the Guests in order for us to rent the Property to You. We
respect the privacy of You and the Guests; We will never sell your personal
information and We will only share it on a need-to-know basis with our

However We cannot guarantee that leaks to unauthorized persons will never
occur, for instance due to circumstances beyond our control. If We learn
that a leak such as this may have occurred and may have included your
personal information, We will inform you of the facts as We know them at the
time We discover the leak. You agree to release us from liability for
any unauthorized release of your personal information, intentional or otherwise.

4.2 WEATHER AND WINTER CONDITIONS: The Property is located in high elevation
mountainous terrain. The local area experiences all four seasons, which can
bring unexpected stormy weather and possible power outages at any time of year.
Winter driving conditions can become severe. The roadways may not be passable
during and after Winter storms. We advise You and all Guests to monitor the
local weather forecast during your visit, and we strongly advise that you
carry tire chains in your car during the months of November through April.

4.3 LIMITATION AND RELEASE OF LIABILITIES: We advise you that the Property and
surrounding mountainous area include natural hazards that are an essential
part of the Property's character and environment. We the Owners make no specific
guarantee or assurance as to the safety of the premises, particularly for small
children, disabled or infirmed persons, or during bad weather. You and all
Guests assume full and complete responsibility for your own safety. You and
all Guests agree to indemnify, save and hold harmless the Owners from any
personal injury, loss, liability, damage or cost You or any Guests may incur,
for any cause or reason, during your visit to our Property. You and all
Guests agree that (1) IN NO EVENT SHALL WE THE OWNERS BE LIABLE UNDER THE
AGREEMENT FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE
DAMAGES WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT OR ANY OTHER THEORY AND (2) THE OWNERS'
AGGREGATE LIABILITY UNDER THE AGREEMENT IS LIMITED TO THE NET AMOUNT RECEIVED
AND RETAINED BY THE OWNERS IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT.

5 SEVERABILITY, AMENDMENTS, DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND JURISDICTION

5.1 SEVERABILITY: You agree that the invalidity or unenforceability of any
provision of this Agreement shall not affect the validity or enforceability
of any other provision of this Agreement, which shall remain in full force and
effect.

5.2 EXCEPTIONS, AMENDMENTS AND MODIFICATIONS: You agree that any exceptions,
modifications or amendments to this Agreement must be expressed in writing
and approved by both You and the Owners, after which they become incorporated
as a whole into this Agreement.

5.3 DISPUTE RESOLUTION: You agree that any dispute arising under this Agreement
shall be mediated subject to the rules of the American Arbitration Association
at the branch office closest to Mariposa, California.

5.4 JURISDICTION: You and the Owners agree that any disputes arising out of
or in connection with this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction
of the Courts of Mariposa County, CA.

BIG PINE CABIN SHORT-TERM RENTAL CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES

You, the Renter, acknowledge that cancelling a reservation Agreement may
subject the Owners to significant material losses, including but not limited
to lost rents and wasted administrative time and effort.

We, the Owners, acknowledge that cancellations may still be unavoidable, and
so both the Renter and the Owners hereby agree to the following Cancellation
and Refund Policies.

1 FOR RESERVATIONS CANCELLED BY THE RENTER

1.1 GREATER THAN 30 DAYS PRIOR: If the Renter cancels the Agreement
more than 30 days prior to the arrival date, the Owners agree to provide
to the Renter a full refund of all payments made in consideration for the
rental under the terms of the Agreement.

1.2 LESS THAN 30, BUT MORE THAN 7 DAYS PRIOR: If the Renter cancels
the Agreement within 30 days of the arrival date, the Renter agrees to
forfeit the entire reservation deposit amount. The Owners agree to refund
to the Renter the remaining balance of all payments already made in
consideration for the rental under the terms of the Agreement.

1.3 WITHIN 7 DAYS OF ARRIVAL: If the Renter cancels the Agreement within
7 days of the arrival date, the Renter agrees to forfeit 3 times the nightly
rental amount or the total rent amount, whichever is less. The Owners agree
to refund to the Renter the remaining balance of all payments already made
in consideration for the rental under the terms of the Agreement.

1.4 TAXES AND CLEANING DEPOSITS: If the Renter cancels the
reservation at any time prior to arrival, the amount refunded will include
all cleaning deposit amounts received from the Renter, and also any tax
amounts that the Owners are not required to pay to the corresponding tax
authority on behalf of the Renter.

1.5 AFTER ARRIVAL: If the Renter cancels the Agreement at any time
after the arrival date, the Renter agrees that the Owners have no obligation
to provide any additional refund at all beyond any cleaning deposit refunds
that might be due under the terms of the Agreement. THIS INCLUDES
CANCELLATION DUE TO POWER OUTAGES OR ADVERSE WEATHER CONDITIONS. The Renter
agrees that an early departure of the Renter or the Guests after arrival
does not change the terms of the Agreement in any material way.

2 FOR RESERVATIONS CANCELLED BY THE OWNERS

2.1 ABSOLUTE LIMIT: In the unlikely event that the Owners must cancel
the Agreement, the Renter and the Owners agree that the Owners will under
no circumstances be obligated to refund or pay to any third party aggregate
amounts that exceed the total amount paid to the Owners in consideration
for the rental under the terms of the Agreement.

2.2 PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: If the Owners must cancel the Agreement prior to
the arrival date, the Owners agree to provide to the Renter with a full
refund of all payments made in consideration for the rental under the
terms of this Agreement.

2.3 AFTER ARRIVAL: If the Owners must cancel the Agreement after the
arrival date, the Renter and the Owners mutually agree that the Agreement
will be amended with the date of cancellation becoming the new departure
date. The Owners agree to refund to the Renter any amounts overpaid in
consideration for the rental under the amended terms of the Agreement.

Other things to note
We have configured our AirBnb listing to require at least ONE FULL CALENDAR DAY left unoccupied between each group of guests. However for some reason AirBnb's system does not always honor that requirement. So when requesting dates, be sure to check our availability calendar to make sure you will have that unoccupied space both before and after the dates you want to request.

Our classic mountain cabin has only a gravity furnace in the main living area, and like most homes in Fish Camp there is no A/C. Even in winter the floor furnace does a great job of heating the main living areas, and we do provide both electric space heaters and plenty of extra blankets. You'll want to be careful with the space heaters though because if you use too many at once, you can trip a circuit breaker. The best strategy is to plan to dress warmly if you visit in the winter.

The following is a copy of our rental Terms and Conditions, and our Cancellation Policies for your reference. You must agree to these in full to rent our home; no exceptions are possible.

Thank you for your interest in renting our vacation home!

This document tells you specifically what you must agree to do if
you want to rent our home ("the Property"), and what you can expect
to receive from us if you do. Please read it carefully.

These Terms and Conditions, including our Cancellation and Refund
Policies, our rate quotation and our reservation confirmation, together
form a legal contract ("the Agreement") between the individual
identified as "the Renter" (also herein as "You" and "your")
and "the Owners" of the Property or their designated representatives
(also herein as "We" "our" and "Us").

We require You to accept the entire Agreement in full before we can
permit You to occupy the Property.

We require all guests accompanying You during your rental period
(hereafter "the Guests") also accept this entire agreement in full. You
alone agree to take full responsibility for maintaining the compliance
of all of the Guests.

Note that to accept in full, You will have to accept BOTH the Terms and Conditions, and also separately our Cancellation and Refund policies.

After we receive your reservation request and acceptance of our Agreement, we
indicate our acceptance by sending to You a written Reservation
Confirmation. Without that Confirmation, there is no completed Agreement
between us, You do not have a reservation for the Property and You cannot
occupy the Property.

1 YOUR REQUIREMENTS AND OBLIGATIONS

1.1 AGE: You agree that as of the date you request the reservation, You are at
least 18 years old. NOTE: if You are under age 25 You also agree to provide
a larger cleaning deposit amount, as specified in the Quotation.

1.2 RESIDENCY: You agree that You will be residing at the Property with your
group of allowed overnight guests, as specified in the Quotation (hereafter
"the Guests") during the entire rental period.

1.3 MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: You agree that the total number of persons on the Property,
regardless of age or duration of occupancy, will not exceed the maximum
rental occupancy of the Property at any time during your rental period.

1.4 EXCLUSIVE OCCUPANCY: You agree that the overnight occupants of the Property
will only be those specified in the Quotation. You will not share the Property
or sublet it to any other persons during your rental period.

1.5 RESIDENTIAL USE ONLY: You agree that You and the Guests will only use the
Property for strictly overnight residential purposes. You agree that you and
the Guests will not use the Property to host events or for any other
non-residential use.

1.6 FALSE REPRESENTATION: You agree that false representation by you is a
serious and material breach of the terms of this Agreement, which also may
expose You, the Renter, to liability for Fraud.

NOTE: For your own safety and protection, if at any time the facts of your
visit change in any way from that described in the Agreement, contact us
immediately so that we can accommodate your changing needs to the best of our
abilities.

1.7 PREPAYMENT IN FULL: You agree to deliver to us all payments required by the
Agreement, on time and in full, prior to your occupancy under its terms. Any
changes to the terms of the Agreement requiring additional payment are null
and void until and unless we have received that additional payment in full.

1.8 PAYMENT CONFIRMS ACCEPTANCE: Since no reservation is possible without
accepting this Agreement in full, You agree that when you send us the reservation
deposit specified in the Quotation, you are also confirming your acceptance
of the Agreement in full.

1.9 DAMAGE PREVENTION: You agree to ensure that all occupants will use and
operate all appliances and furnishings properly, including all electrical and
gas appliances; plumbing fixtures; electronic home entertainment property;
heaters and stoves; barbeque grills and all other items of any kind or nature
whatsoever provided to You and the Guests during your rental visit.
Instruction manuals are available -- please read them. Call us if you have
any questions at all.

1.10 CLEANLINESS: Maid services are not available during your visit. The
Property will be cleaned only before your arrival and after your departure.
You agree to ensure that all occupants will leave the Property in a reasonably
clean and orderly condition, so that no extraordinary housekeeping is required
after your departure. Instructions, guides and suggestions are posted inside
the home for your benefit. We use your cleaning deposit to pay for the effort
to clean after You leave, and then refund any remaining balance to You. So your
cleaning efforts directly influence the amount of your refund.

1.11 PETS: You agree that no pet is allowed on the Property unless it is both
approved by The Owners prior to your arrival and paid for in full. This
applies to each and every pet on the Property during your rental period.
These charges will appear in the Quotation. You also agree to expect that
your cleaning charges may be higher because of the presence of a pet.

1.12 DAMAGE NOTIFICATION, REPLACEMENT AND REPAIR: You agree to notify us,
the Owners promptly when damage of any kind occurs. We expect there to be
normal wear and tear during your visit and we do not hold You responsible for
that type of damage. However, You agree that damage discovered by us only
after your departure is presumptively not "normal" wear and tear. It is in
your best interest for You to notify us of any and all damage that occurs
during your rental visit.

1.13 REIMBURSEMENT FOR REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR: You agree to reimburse the
Owners' cost required to remedy any loss, damage or destruction of property
caused by You or the Guests, and for any extra cleaning required. We will
notify You of the costs of damages or extra housekeeping within ten days of
written notice to us from our cleaning and maintenance contractors. On your
request We will provide you with copies of the receipts or invoices that
document these costs. You hereby authorize us, the Owners to charge your
credit card or otherwise bill you for any such documented costs.

1.14 NO SMOKING OR UNAPPROVED FIRES: You agree that smoking is not allowed
anywhere within the home. Due to the risk of forest fires, You agree that
no outdoor fires are allowed unless approved by the Owners in advance.
In any case, You agree to assume all liability for any fires that may occur
on the Property during or immediately following your rental period.

1.15 THE RENTER BEARS FULL RESPONSIBILITY: No matter who might perform any
obligation of yours in this Agreement, or who might violate any of its
terms, You, the Renter, agree that only you bear full legal responsibility
for your obligations and performance in this Agreement.

2 OUR OBLIGATIONS TO YOU

2.1 EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO OCCUPY: In return for the full satisfaction
of your obligations in the Agreement, We will allow You, the Renter, and
the Guests accompanying You to have an exclusive right to occupy the
Property between the arrival and departure dates specified in the
Quotation.

2.2 CONTINGENCY: This right to occupy is entirely contingent on all occupants
complying in full with all terms, conditions, and policies described in this
Agreement, for the duration of the rental period. This contingency applies
to any occupant of the property, regardless of whether the occupant is an
overnight Guest or not.

2.3 REMEDIES FOR NON-COMPLIANCE: If any occupant fails to comply with any
terms of the Agreement, the Renter and Guests agree to vacate the Property
immediately upon demand of the Owners. Failure to vacate immediately upon
demand may expose You, the Renter and the Guests to forcible ejection and
prosecution.

2.4 AS-IS CONDITION: We pledge that We will try to provide the Property to You
in a comfortable, home-like condition to the best of our abilities. As with
any home, we cannot predict the failure of utility, infrastructure, furniture
or appliances or the occurrence of similar problems before or during your rental
period. Once You inform us of a problem we will do our best to correct the
problem promptly. However at times we must wait for outside service or parts
delivery. You agree to expect the Property to be in AS-IS condition,
and to accept that We have no obligation to provide You with any partial or
full refund due to any inconvenience such problem or failure may cause.

3 ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

3.1 ARRIVAL TIME: The Renter agrees that the Property will not normally
be available for occupancy until 5pm on the arrival date.

3.2 EARLY ARRIVAL: The property may be available to the Renter and Guests
as early as 3pm on the arrival date, but only if the Owners or a designated
representative (typically the caretaker or a cleaning contractor) permits
it.

3.3 NOTIFICATION WHEN READY: The Renter may request to receive at text
or similar message when the Property is ready to be occupied. If requested,
the Renter agrees to permit the Owners to share your contact information
with contractors who will send the message. The Renter agrees that failure
to receive this message, for any reason, shall not in any way constitute a
material breach of this Agreement.

3.4 DEPARTURE TIME: The Renter and Guests agree to fully vacate the
Property by the normal departure time of 10:30am on the departure date.

3.5 LATE DEPARTURE: The Renter's exclusive right to occupancy expires
at normal departure time. If the Renter or the Guests have not fully
vacated the Property by that time, they must allow others unrestricted
access to the Property on demand.

3.6 DEPARTURE TIME LIMIT: If the Renter or any Guests have not fully
vacated the Property by 12:00 noon on the departure date, the Renter agrees
that this will constitute material breach of the Agreement, and furthermore
exposes any remaining occupants to the risk of immediate ejection by
force.

3.7 EXTENSIONS: The Renter agrees that no extensions in the rental period
are permitted without prior written approval from the Owners, and also payment
in full of any additional amounts due under the terms specified in that
approval.

3.8 LATE ARRIVALS AND EARLY DEPARTURES: The Renter agrees that the Owners
have no obligation whatsoever to provide the Renter with any refund for
a late arrival or early departure of the Renter or any Guest, regardless
of the reason, unless the change has been approved in writing by the
Owners.

4 PRIVACY, PERSONAL SAFETY, AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

4.1 OUR PRIVACY POLICY: It is essential that We collect personal information
from You and the Guests in order for us to rent the Property to You. We
respect the privacy of You and the Guests; We will never sell your personal
information and We will only share it on a need-to-know basis with our
contractors, or with your expressed permission. We will take reasonable
and appropriate steps to insure the security of your personal information.
However We cannot guarantee that leaks to unauthorized persons will never

Surround yourself with towering pine trees! This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cabin in quiet Fish Camp is only 1 mile away from the south entrance to Yosemite National Park. With 3 queen beds and 2 twin beds this home sleeps 8 comfortably. Enjoy modern amenities like Wi-Fi, Dish network TV and close proximity to restaurants and stores while being secluded in the Sierra National Forest. Due to snow and ice only one vehicle in snow season and 2 are allowed in dry season.

The space
The Fish Camp Cabin is a lovely home in the quiet community of Fish Camp. Only 1 mile to Yosemite National Park and close to stores and restaurants this is the perfect location to have as your vacation base camp. A family owned an run vacation cabin for over 50 years this home is full of wonderful memories! As you enter you are greeted by vaulted ceilings in the open concept living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and cookware so you can prepare family meals with ease. There is a TV in the living room with dish network satellite TV and Netflix (you must load your account). On the ground floor is a bedroom with a queen bed and 32" TV. There is a full bathroom with laundry facilities. Upstairs are 2 more bedrooms each with a queen bed, one room with 32" TV. There is a shared full bathroom on this level. There are 2 twin beds in the loft area. The large deck is perfect for enjoying the cool summer nights, wildlife viewing or a picnic with the family.
Fish Camp has no driveway. This home has street parking only. When it snows be prepared to move. your vehicle for snow plows. There is one parking space during snowy months and you would need to park in the cul de sac in front of the big tree.

There are no early checkin's nor dropping off items before checkin.
We appreciate you not asking and understanding.
Our housekeepers have limited time preparing homes this size, it's not like a hotel room. There are no late checkouts as well, if you need more time, it's best to reserve the extra night ahead of time, for the flexibility. Thank you!

We've put time and thought into every choice and always from the guest’s perspective. We're continually improving with the goal of making this a better experience for our guests.

Guests will have access to the entire house and over 2 acres of outdoor space including access to the creek. Cedar Creek has a large driveway that provides ample parking.

SLEEPING AREAS: Cedar Creek Cabin has one private master bedroom with a queen size bed and one queen size pull out sofa in the dormitory, adjacent to the private room.

SEASONS & WEATHER: We enjoy Spring, Summer and Fall at Cedar Creek Cabin, closing in the Winter season. At 5000' ft of elevations, the weather can be unpredictable, especially in Spring and late Fall. Make sure you stay up-to-date with the area forecast as you plan your trip. The home has central heating to keep you cozy, and central air conditioning to keep you cool and fans to keep you breezy. Looking for peak Fall colors? The last week of October is sure to please. Planning to visit during a holiday? We can point you in the right direction for events in the area. Let us know if you have questions about the seasons and what to expect!

KITCHEN ITEMS: Cedar Creek cabin has just about everything you need to cook great meals. (Pots, pans, utensils, dishes, glassware, etc. )If you think you need anything specific, just ask! There is a variety of basic spices, salt and pepper available. Quantity not guaranteed.

“Visitors who plan to enter Yosemite National Park between 6 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Memorial Day weekend, any day between June 15 and August 15, or Labor Day weekend are likely to need a reservation. Visit the Yosemite National Park trip planning website or the NPS App for details, exceptions, and how to make a reservation. This system ensures all visitors, whether they plan in advance or decide last minute, can experience the park each day. It also spreads visitation across the day so that visitors have a better experience.”

Reservations will be available on website Recreation gov beginning Tuesday, May 6, 2025, at 8:00 a.m. PDT.

A reservation will be required to drive into or through Yosemite between 6:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. on the following dates.

Access to Yosemite and Nearby Attractions- Yosemite National Park, like many others across the United States, has implemented a reservation system in recent years to manage visitor numbers effectively. We highly recommend that visitors planning a trip to Yosemite stay informed by regularly checking the National Parks websites and affiliated sources for any updates regarding the reservation system. While we strive to provide our guests with an exceptional experience, it's important to note that access to Yosemite or nearby attractions cannot be guaranteed, especially during peak seasons. By staying informed and flexible, visitors can better navigate their travel plans and make the most out of their trip to this beautiful region.

Kitchen- Our housekeeping team leaves out salt, pepper, and a can of cooking spray. Friends, family, and other guests sometimes leave spices, aluminum foil or ziploc bags at the home. You are most welcome to use any of these items, but if something is particularly crucial to the success of your meals, we do recommend bringing it along with you. Kindly note, this home does not have a BBQ.

Linens- Our vacation homes are some of the few in the Yosemite area to use professionally laundered linens. All linens are professionally serviced for each and every reservation. The linens are washed in commercial grade washers with stronger hypoallergenic detergent than you would find in a residential washer. All linens are then pressed with an iron at 300° F, vs. a standard home dryer that only reaches 160°. You are not likely to find this level of service in other vacation homes.

Fireplace- Kindly note that any type of wood burning is typically unavailable in the summer and fall months, due to heightened fire risk in the area. Since the property has an adequate heating system, firewood is not provided in the winter and spring months. You are most welcome to bring any for your own ambiance if you wish, or you may use any that might be at the property left by friends, family, or other guests.

Please note that like most properties in the Fish Camp area (above 5,000ft in elevation), this property does not have air conditioning. Summer nights tend to drop into the high 50's/low 60's, so opening the windows can quickly cool the home down. Fans are also provided in every sleeping room!

No Pets

There is parking for 4 cars. Many of the local roads are privately owned and privately maintained. We appreciate you not exceeding the maximum parking limit.

Early or Late Check-ins- Early check ins are often difficult for our team to accommodate. If you would like to check in early, please reach out to us after 2PM on the day of your arrival so we can check with our team. If you need guaranteed early check in, we recommend booking the night before your arrival so that you may check in as early as you wish. For checkout, most vacation homes have a 10AM check out in our area. We provide an 11AM checkout, and unfortunately can rarely offer a later checkout.

Occupancy- Maximum occupancy of 8 guests regardless of age. Infants are included in total. This is strictly enforced. No events/weddings/large dinner gatherings/guests over just to visit.

Security Cameras- There are external only cameras on the premises that face certain entrance points of the home.

Chains- California Highway Patrol and the National Parks Service may require chains in wintery/snowy/icy conditions. Please ensure you are bringing a vehicle and necessary equipment capable of navigating in these conditions.

Insurance- Travel Insurance is provided as an option during the checkout process. Please note that as hosts, we cannot protect your trip from flight delays, illnesses, weather, job loss, or other circumstances that may prevent you from making your trip. We truly wish we could! We STRONGLY suggest purchasing some type of Travel Insurance so that you may protect your vacation investment from unforeseen circumstances that may prevent you from making your trip. It's a nominal cost that can absolutely pay off!

Mail- Due to locked neighborhood mailboxes, we ask you not mail anything to the property. You are most welcome to mail items to our office (Love Yosemite! Vacation Rentals) in Oakhurst. Please reach out to us to make arrangements.

Calling Us - After booking, you are always welcome to call us at our main phone number, 24/7. That number does not receive text messages, but you will receive a text from us after booking and you can respond to that text thread any time you like. We check text messages regularly during the day and early evening.

Please note that this property is nestled in the Sierra Nevada Mountain Range, a beautiful escape into nature. However, being in such a pristine, natural environment means we occasionally encounter some of nature’s residents, such as ants, spiders, insects, mice and cobwebs. While we take every precaution (including regularly scheduled pest control) to minimize these occurrences, they are a natural part of the mountain experience. Please do inform us if you experience any of these during your stay, so that we have the chance to address them to give you a more comfortable experience.

Tree Top Cabin lies above Highway 41 in the heart of the small town of Fish Camp, within easy reach of the world-renowned Yosemite Valley to the north and 20 minutes from Oakhurst and Bass Lake to the south. Lewis Creek, Wawona, and Chilnualna Falls are all just a few miles away.

If you prefer hiking to driving, you can walk from the driveway straight onto trails to Big Creek, the Mariposa Grove of Big Trees, Buffin Meadow, and Star Lakes. If you're here for a conference at Tenaya Lodge, it's only a very short walk or drive along 41, past the local pond and the Fish Camp Market. And if you're only here for some well-earned rest, just take a seat on one of the decks, grab a coffee or a beer, and breathe in the fresh mountain air.

Inside the cabin, you will find a well-equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing family dinners, and a cozy living room with a wood-burning fireplace. The TV has Netflix access and a standard DVD player, and free WIFI is available throughout the house. Every room features carefully chosen Yosemite artwork on the walls. The dining room has a large table that you can extend to seat 10, a cupboard full of games and puzzles, several books on Yosemite, and a Crosley record player with a stack of albums for your use.

Surround yourself with towering pine trees as you relax on the expansive deck, complete with a propane BBQ, we provide the propane. On the main floor there is a bedroom with a queen size bed and a full bathroom. Downstairs there are 2 more bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a full bed and two twin beds. There is also a second full bathroom with a washer and dryer. Our unique home overlooks the upper reaches of the Lewis Creek watershed at an elevation of nearly 5000 feet. In the summer, the climate here ranges from comfortable daytime highs that average in the upper 70's (~25 degrees Celsius), to cool evenings with average lows in the low 50's (~10 degrees Celsius).

At this elevation the sun is intense all year round. There is nearly always a gentle breeze blowing during the day. There is very little or no rain during the summer months so humidity levels are very low and swimsuits air-dry quickly. Spring and early fall are the seasons of dynamic color and wetter weather. Late fall, winter and early spring are quiet seasons of incredible beauty. Along with this beauty comes the possibility of ice and snow on mountain roads and on our steep driveway.

Our prime location puts you away from the crowds, yet close to everything Yosemite has to offer. The southern entrance to Yosemite is less than four miles up the road. If you love the outdoors, this is the place to call home. There is so much do to here that you could easily fill your day with excitement without ever entering the park itself!

This is a remote mountain community; having your own transportation is nearly essential. There is limited parking at our home for 1-3 cars max. There is additional parking nearby.

Our home is at the top of a very steep driveway that can become unusable during and after snow or ice storms. You may need to park at the bottom and walk to and from the house - no easy task especially with lots of gear. If you are not willing or able to accept this possibility, do not rent our home during seasons of snow and ice! On the other hand, there is perhaps nothing more beautiful than waking up to a wide panorama of fresh snow!

We provide year-round lodging with convenient access to more fun than you can shake a stick at. And up here, you can shake a pretty big stick.

When we say convenient, we mean it. We are located near everything. Okay, not everything. Crazy Horse Memorial is 1,457 miles away and if you’d like to visit South Dakota, we would certainly recommend different lodging. (Really, just ask us.) However, we are near everything you would want to do and see, in or around our wonderful 748,436 acres of Yosemite National Park. That’s a lot of park. In fact, that’s larger than the state of Rhode Island! So, you should expect a little travel time depending on your day’s adventure.

We can be pretty particular when it comes to aesthetics, functionality and our guest's experience. We started Firefall Lodge from the ground up, which includes custom hand-crafted furniture, new mattresses for every suite and of course quality bedding. We've put time and thought into every choice and always from the guest’s perspective. We're continually improving with the goal of making this a better experience for our guests.

We want to provide that “home away from home” type of comfort and convenience without it feeling like you’re in a stranger's home. We don’t like feeling as though we’re intruding in someone's personal space and we don’t think you should either. This is your time up here. Your vacation, your space, your place.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house and 1/3rd acre of outdoor space including access to the creek. Firefall has a large driveway that provides ample parking. (There is no parking on the neighborhood streets.) Charging of electric vehicles is prohibited on the property, however we can guide you to the nearest charges stations in the neighborhood!

Other things to note
SLEEPING AREAS: Firefall Lodge has four individually private guest quarters and a pull out sofa in the living room.

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT TIMES: Standard check in is 4P and check out is 11A. However, this is subject to change based on occupancy, especially during the peak Spring and Summer seasons and holidays. 5P check in and 10A check outs are often required.

SEASONS & WEATHER: We enjoy all four season at Firefall Lodge. At 5000' ft of elevations, the weather can be unpredictable, especially in Spring and Winter. Make sure you stay up-to-date with the area forecast as you plan your trip. Snow is always possible in the early Spring, Fall and Winter. During snowy weather, the access to the Yosemite area may require snow chains. In rain and snow, the outdoor furniture and grill will not be available. The home has central heating to keep you cozy (the fireplace is not available for use) and ceiling fans keep you cool, bringing in the lovely mountain area breezes. Looking for peak Fall colors? The last week of October is sure to please. Planning for the holidays? We can point you in the right direction for events in the area. For safety reasons, Christmas trees (real or artificial) are prohibited. Let us know if you have questions about the seasons and what to expect!

Firefall Lodge does not have Air Conditioning, but does have standing fans and ceiling fans to help keep you cool. The Fireplace is not available for guest use.

WINTER ADVISORY: During Winter storms, snowfall can be abundant. It is a beautiful and unique time to be in the mountains. But be advised, services are limited in this remote Sierra mountain community. Access to the neighborhood roads, driveway and home entrance could be limited and sometimes impassable depending on the amount of snowfall. So if making plans to visit in the Winter, be flexible, bring the proper clothes and get ready to shovel! It can be a great adventure when you are prepared.

KITCHEN ITEMS: Firefall has just about everything you need to cook great meals. (Pots, pans, utensils, dishes, glassware, etc. ) If you think you need anything specific, just ask! For sanitary reasons, Firefall does not have any shared pantry items, including cooking oils & coffee and tea. The home will have an assortment of spices, however the amounts are not guaranteed. The town of Oakhurst has grocery stores with everything you need to stock up on your way! There is a small market in Fish Camp, that also usually has a stock of last minute necessities.

EXTRAS: A Pack & Play are available for an additional cost. If you are looking for something specific that you don't see in our listing or in the information sent to you after booking, just ask. If we can source it for you, we will!

Occupancy is 8 adults. No more that 8 people are allowed on the property at one time.

No pets are allowed.

No smoking inside the home. No firepits or outdoor fires allowed per the County.

The Renter must be 30 years of age to book this Vacation Rental. Renter under the age of 30 must be disclosed and approved in advance by the property managers. Adults cannot rent the property on behalf of underage guests, no exception.

YOSEMITE NATIONAL PARK - 2025:

“Visitors who plan to enter Yosemite National Park between 6 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Memorial Day weekend, any day between June 15 and August 15, or Labor Day weekend are likely to need a reservation. Visit the Yosemite National Park trip planning website or the NPS App for details, exceptions, and how to make a reservation. This system ensures all visitors, whether they plan in advance or decide last minute, can experience the park each day. It also spreads visitation across the day so that visitors have a better experience.”

Reservations will be available on the website Recreation gov beginning Tuesday, May 6, 2025, at 8:00 a.m. PDT.

A reservation will be required to drive into or through Yosemite between 6:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. on the following dates.

Reservation Requirements by Date:
May 24 - 26 (Memorial Day weekend): Reservation required daily

May 27 - June 14: No reservation required

June 15 - August 15: Reservation required daily

August 16 - 29: No reservation required

August 30 - September 1 (Labor Day weekend): Reservation required daily


Peak-hours reservations are valid for three consecutive days (including arrival date).

Welcome to the Krusty Krab Cabin! 2 miles away from the Yosemite South entrance. Across the street from Tenaya Lodge! Where peace meets luxury, with 8 beds, you can bring the whole family, or have the space all to your self!

Indoors the cabin is outfitted with a full size pool table, board games, books, bar and fireplace to keep everyone entertained and cozy! The sun room has a full size cabana, with a small dining area and lounge space! Outdoors has a firepit, sitting areas, and a hammock!

The space

The cabin has 4 rooms within 2 floors! 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on each floor! The rooms on the second floor consist of The Master bedroom which has a king size bed, and a walk in shower! The grand room has 2 twin beds and a queen size bed.

Downstairs you will find a bunkbed room that has a twin size mattress as the top bunk, a full size mattress as the middle bunk and a twin size pull out trundle under the middle bunk. The room across from the bunkbed room you will find a full size bed!

There is one bathroom upstairs in the Master bedroom and the second bathroom will be found downstairs next to the washer and dryer.

The first floor is where you will find the living room, kitchen, bar, laundry room, dining room and sun room!

The living room has a beautiful fireplace, with an abundance of seating to enjoy the day and night!

The formal dining room can sit up to 12 guests! Yes, you can all eat together!!

My favorite room, the sun room overlooks the front of the cabin and all the glorious sequoia trees . Sometimes you can catch a glimpse of the pond by Tenaya Lodge. The sun room has a full size cabana, a lounge chair and a small 4 person dining table!

The kitchen has 2 ovens, and a 5 burner stove top with all the necessities needed to cook or host a meal!

The laundry room has a new antibacterial washer and dryer for your use!

The bar has a mini beverage fridge for all of your BYOB to keep chilled!

Outdoors you will find an abundance of seating configurations from relaxing around multiple wood fire pits to enjoying the outdoors on a patio table in the front and back yard! A hammock welcomes you to unwind under the sequoias!

Guest access
You will have access to the entire cabin! From the kitchen, to the living room to the sunroom, to the outdoors!

Other things to note
The cabin is right off the freeway and walking distance to Tenaya Lodge! Tenaya Lodge has multiple restaurants, a fully stocked bar, and an ice skating ring, and a full service spa!! You do not have to be a guest there to use any of their services!

The Fish Camp general store is 500 feet away, just two doors over from the front driveway! This mini store has everything you need from breakfast essentials, to snacks, food, drinks, to tire chains. The store is open year round and serves home made cold foods!

Kick back and relax in this calm, modern mountain house built in 2024. The PERFECT location, 1.7 miles from the south entrance to Yosemite NP, which is where you will find Mariposa Grove, home to the largest sequoia grove in Yosemite. Explore YNP Valley and the plethora of nearby hiking trails, all at your fingertips! The local store is conveniently located less than half a mile away and carries those last-minute items you may have forgotten, and Oakhurst is a short 11-mile scenic drive.

The space
Start your day with coffee on the deck while taking in the sound of birds and rippling water as it flows through Big Creek, located at the back of the property. The main level boasts a queen sofa sleeper, television, full kitchen, laundry area, and full bathroom. The upstairs loft area has a game table, which can also be used as an office space, as well as two bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed and the other with bunk beds, full on bottom and twin on top. There is also a full bathroom upstairs.

Guests are welcome to use all of the living space of the house.
