Downstairs consists of an entrance hallway, open plan living, dining and kitchen.
The living area has 2 sofas and a chair as well as flat screen smart fire tv.
The dining area has seating for 6.
There is also a log burner with some starter logs provided mid Sept - April.
The fully fitted kitchen includes most utensils, crockery, glasses and baking trays. There is also an electric oven, microwave, gas hob, full size integrated fridge freezer, slimline dishwasher and washing machine.
Also provided: iron, ironing board, washing line, clothes prop, pegs.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms. One King, one double and one with single bunk beds. Each room has hanging clothes space.
There is also a bathroom with toilet, sink and P shaped bath with overhead shower.
Hairdryer also provided.
French doors open from the kitchen area to the enclosed back garden with 6 foot fence, patio area with seating for 6, small grass lawn, flower bed and summer house with seating for 3 people.
There is also a back gate which leads to the private parking space. Further free on road parking is available outside the front of the property (subject to availability).

My youngest daughter was delighted by the surprise of a welcome pack for our dog too! The bungalow was very comfortable and much bigger than expected (2 adults, children age 15 & 12) Our small dog loved the big garden and you could hear the waves on the beach from the conservatory and garden. We had a lovely time walking on the beaches of Hornsea, Fraisthorpe and Spurn Head and would definitely think about coming back in the future. A 5 star experience for out 3 night stay."

No. 66 Hornsea is a peaceful place to relax on the East Yorkshire coastal town of Hornsea. Situated on a quiet cul-de-sac, the detached house offers off street parking for up to 3 cars. Upon entering the property, there is a generous sized kitchen diner with everything you need to cater for yourselves on your trip. Moving through to the hallway you'll find a cosy and comfortable lounge that overlooks the garden. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms, one with bunk beds, 2 with double beds and one with twin beds. There is a large family bathroom with a bath and separate shower cubicle.
Outside you'll find a decked area just off the kitchen and to the rear a garden with a raised patio, which is a sun trap in the summer months!
With the patio doors open from the lounge onto the patio area, it makes an enjoyable space for those warm evenings.
No. 66 is only a few minutes walk away from the beach and all local amenities. It is also ideally situated for anyone wishing to explore the East Yorkshire Coast and the Yorkshire Wolds, being nestled close by to both! We welcome one small, well trained dog and two people. Our super-king bed can be split into a twin on request. There’s a lovely hot shower, smart TV, Wifi, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, and microwave.
