At the end of the day a taxi from Piazza Barbarini is only 9-10 Euros. Be sure to stop at 72 Piomonte before the Aurelian wall. Then just walk a block or 2 tjrough the wall to the apartment building straight ahead. Very enjoyable and about half the price of hotels in the Trevi fountain district"

The apartments are just a stone's throw from the Ottaviano Metro stop, with which you can reach easily and in a very short time the other important poles of the city. (Colosseum, Piazza del Popolo, Piazza di Spagna, Circus Maximus etc.).

Why should you choose this apartment?: I am aware that it is not easy to rent a house in Venice where the market offers a great choice of apartments for rental.

I can say that my decision to buy this apartment in spite of its higher price in respect to other flats of the same size was due to the fact that I found it had some very special and unique features:

1) the fantastic view from all the windows over the canal . You see a canal crossing where the gondolas seem to slip under the building and you feel like living on a bridge in a romantic atmosphere.

2.)f the central location a a at five minute-walk from Sa Marco square and Rialto bridge

3) the terrace

4) the apartment is on the second floor and has a magnificent view.

5) the charming history of the calle and the Paradiso arch.

6) the 'calle del Paradiso' is very quiet and it is close to ' salizzada San Lio 'where you find all kind of shops

I would also like to say that the renovation was completed in 2015 and that the apartment was completely equipped with new furniture.

A deposit is not requested: we don't ask you to pay for a deposit at your arrival since we have never had any problems with our guests.

I am an architect and I put a great deal of passion in carrying out the restoration works. I saved all the original characteristics and I tried to recuperate as much as possible from the old decoration. For example the 'seminato ' floor - a kind of Venetian mosaic - was recreated according to the original pattern (but now it is perfectly even, a very rare thing in Venice!), the ceiling rafts are the old ones and have been perfectly restored, the bedrooms parquet floors are made of elm- wood

It was a great pleasure for me to restore this apartment and I would like to rent it out to people who will appreciate it and think of it as their home in Venice.

At the time of check-in, it will be necessary to register the data of each guest as required by Italian law, so a valid ID will be requested. Upon arrival, the payment of the tourist tax of €5.00 per person per night (excluding children under 10 years old) will be required, as requested by the City of Rome.

The switching on and off of air conditioning and heating is subject to the current Italian regulations (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74). In summer, the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C (with a tolerance of -2°C) for all types of buildings. In winter, the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 20°C (with a tolerance of +2°C).

If necessary, we can arrange transfers to and from the main airports of Rome and to and from the Port of Civitavecchia with a van and private driver.

The apartment is located in one of the most beautiful old “palazzo” (built in the 1400's) of the historic center of Rome , a short walking distance from Piazza Navona and from the most important city monuments.

This particularly favorable position makes it an ideal location for anyone who wants to visit Rome without tiring himself.

The door of the “palazzo” is huge in antique massive wood with studs and above coat of arms. The entrance hall where time ago the horses and the carriage went through conduct to a beautiful and elegant courtyard (15th century) with its characteristic double lodge supported by antiques granite columns with carved capitals.

On ground floor close to an antique fountain and a generous in fruits and fragrant flowers orange tree, stand the iron gate to access at the apartment.

The apartment, on two levels, is very quiet and light, and has recently been restructured and furnished elegantly with antique furniture which has been in my family for generations. Inside is made up of a good sized living room with a divan/bed, a completely furnished kitchen, and a bathroom with shower. On the upper floor there is a double bed with an additional single bed, and a bathroom (with some steps) with tub and shower. It comes with Air Conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, Dishwasher, Washing Machine and Iron.

Our house is surrounded by fields and nature, with no many houses or big buildings around. The time you spend inside/outside the property is characterised by peace and relax. You can make a lot of walks in the neighbourhood, the traffic is pretty much absent and the "Parco Nazionale Dolomiti Bellunesi" is 10 minutes away by car. Animal lovers and kids can enjoy some good time with our dogs (Pino and Johana) and our hens.

The apartment includes four other private rooms for rent and some common areas (entrance, living room, kitchen and two bathrooms) that you could share with other guests; it is not our residence.

Guest access
Guests will be able to take advantage of the relaxation area and equipped kitchen; the two newly built bathrooms, shared with the other guests, are both equipped with comfortable glass shower-boxes.
The COMMON AREAS are kept and CLEANED DAILY.
It is of course allowed to open the doors to the BALCONY where, however, ACCESS IS PROHIBITED.
It is FORBIDDEN TO PARK cycles and motorcycles inside the building.
IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO ACCESS THE PRIVATE GARDEN ON THE BACK OF THE BUILDING.
Additional guests are NOT ALLOWED, access to the apartment.

The guests can enjoy the relaxation area and equipped kitchen; the bathroom, shared with the other guests, have agass shower enclosure.
The common areas are CLEANED and tidied up EVERY DAY.
It is obviously allowed to open the doors on the BALCONY, where, however, it's
FORBIDDEN TO ACCESS.
It's FORBIDDEN PARKING cycles motorcycles inside the building.
ACCESS TO THE PRIVATE GARDEN OF THE BUILDING, IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

During your stay
Guests will enjoy complete autonomy, with the certainty of privacy and comfort; the two bathrooms and common areas are tidied and cleaned every day; disposable gloves are available in the apartment.
Linens are changed every 4 days; each guest has 3 towels: towel, hands, guests. If requested, guests can receive an extra change of linen.

The apartment is located on the second floor, and is accessed by a comfortable and beautiful ancient staircase in serene stone.
Elevator is NOT available Total autonomy at check-in and check-out times. Possibility of agreed use of a washing machine and dishwasher. Proximity to the station, the Palazzo dei Congressi, the Museo di San Matteo e della Grafica, the Leopolda and the Scotto Garden, with the university faculties of Economics, Agrarian, Veterinary and Law (Polo Piagge).
TO check IN: after 7:00 pm we offer SELF-CHECK-IN service without time constraints, the methods of which will be communicated only after booking and allowed only if preceded by the sending of its general information.
TOURIST TAX: According to current legislation, the Municipality of Pisa recently communicated the new rates of the Accommodation Tax (€2.50 per capita/per day) to be demanded at check-in.

You can park building front for €1,60/hour from 8am to 8pm, free from 8pm to 8am and Sunday. Nearby parking is free all day.

Holiday Apartment Villa Pina is a charming villa located just 1.6 km from the historic city center, reachable on foot in just 10 minutes, 2 km from the Sassi and 1 km from the central station. The pride of the villa is the immense garden, cared for down to the smallest detail by the owner who also provides for its constant maintenance. The garden allows you to admire a splendid landscape of the city and to spend some time outdoors in complete relaxation.

The space
The apartment, large and spacious (150sqm), is located on a raised first floor, as can be seen from the photos, so to access it will be necessary to climb a staircase. Equipped with 4 bedrooms (2 doubles and 2 twins with separate single beds) and 2 bathrooms with shower, it also has an induction kitchenette with 2 hot plates, dishes, breakfast cups, microwave oven, fridge and freezer, espresso coffee machine with pods. The furniture is taken care of down to the smallest detail, as well as the cleaning of the apartment, taken care of to the utmost by the staff in order to offer guests a clean and sanitized apartment according to the anti-covid regulations in force. Upon arrival of guests, we provide bed linen and towels (also sanitized according to current standards by specialized laundries), soap and shower gel in disposable packages.
The apartment is part of the "attic" typology: minimum roof height 1.80 m (where the windows are located), maximum height 2.60 meters.
Pets are not allowed.

Guest access
To reach the structure, just select "Holiday House Villa Pina Matera" on the satellite navigator and you will arrive directly at your destination.
The villa does not have secure parking for cars, but free parking is in front of the entrance to the structure, in a private road closed to traffic, also equipped with surveillance cameras.

Other things to note
The apartment has 4 bedrooms, as written in the description: however, it is important to specify that the costs indicated are per person, therefore per bed. Those who prefer to have a room for exclusive use can contact Raffaella for a possible supplement.
The structure must strictly comply with the rules of the “Casa Vacanze” accommodation facilities, therefore breakfast is not included. However, the Staff, as a welcome, offers some packaged products upon arrival of the guests to be tasted for breakfast (jams and Nutella in disposable packages, croissants, juice, etc.). Our Staff, however, always reserves pleasant surprises, so ... who knows!

The surroundings of the Bilo
Bilo isin the centre of Porto Cesareo; it`s a seafront apartment, near the small harbor where the caiques sails towards the Isola dei Conigli. Everything is at your fingertips: bars, restaurants, fish shops, bank, tobacco shops, newsstands and other shops.The closest beach is 450 meters away, while thebeach establishmentis on the Isola Lo Scoglio. Other beach establishments are 1,4 kilomenters away, on the beautiful coast.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- From 21:00 ZTL active. The pass will be provided directly by the agency that manages the property.
- Please note that payment of the security deposit of euro 100 is required upon arrival by credit card, cash or instant bank transfer. This amount will be returned within 7 days of check-out, unless damages are found.
