It is very quiet and it is a complete solid wood construction, natural without glue joints, of course, sustainably built and realized with local craftsmen. The house has direct access to the nearby Falschauer creek, is surrounded on two sides by meadows and at night you can watch the deer grazing on the balcony. The living room is modern and very bright with a large central skylight, and the furniture is comfortable and elegant in its simplicity. This room also features a sofa-bed, a table with six chairs and a TV. The kitchen, meanwhile, has a four-burner hob, gas oven, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee maker, American-style coffee maker and a toaster.
