- "The building is beautiful and in a great location - less than 5 minutes walk from the centre/old historic streets. The room was large and airy, the bed incredibly comfortable (a firm mattress) and the bathroom beautifully decorated with a window (floor to ceiling length, stained glass, beautiful!) that opened. Hot, powerful shower. The building is stunning, so much character. The one small negative was mixed communication - all the emails we had from the hotel were in French (understandably) and all said the check in would "greeting on arrival", so we waited around at 4pm to be met. When nobody came and another coupel arrived and put a pin code into the keypad we trawled through the emails again to find a code and this let us in. It wasn't clear though. A very small negative, in what was a very enjoyble stay."
