Other Amenities:
L-shaped dock (22 feet long), boathouse, rowboat, canoe, 2 single kayaks, life jackets, giant inner tubes and other water toys, basketball hoop; fire pit on the beach, picnic table, pool table; piano, dart board, hammock. There is also a play house for the kids.
The lake and beach can be viewed from each room of the house and its many decks. The property is attractively landscaped with numerous fruit trees and pines. There are extensive decks and patios as well as large areas of lawn for children to play. The interior and exterior of the house are well-maintained. The house is away from the road, probably about 200 ft. The property is about 2/3 of an acre, and the house is set low on the property, just above the lake. The property slopes from the road down to the lake. Also there is a grove of about 25 mature jack pine trees between the house and the road. The road is not heavily traveled. There is very little noise. It is serene and quiet.

For the serious chef, there is an outdoor stone BBQ and in the kitchen there is a woodburning oven. The living room has a massive fireplace if the nights are cool. As well as having a second-to-none location in summer, this is a wonderful Great Spot all year round. In winter, Apex Mountain Resort (rated "Best Small Destination Resort" by Ski Canada Magazine) has some of the greatest skiing in North America and is just 40 mins. by car.

This two level vacation home can sleep 8-12 people comfortably, up to a maximum of 16 guests. It is great spot for three couples or two families.

A flat-screen TV with cable is in every suite at Holiday Beach Resort Motel. A fully-equipped kitchen, as well as a dining and a seating area, are also included. Vaseux Lake offers serenity and seclusion as you gaze across to undeveloped wilderness. Whether your holidaying in the summer to soak up the sun or you are a wildlife buff, you have come to the right location. Vaseux Lake is in the middle of BCs Golden Mile of Wineries, has a reputation as an amazing wildlife sanctuary and only moments away from beaches, hiking, golfing, geocaching, biking and fishing.
This 2400 sq. ft. home is on two levels with a large 90 x 90 foot, beautifully landscaped yard. The upstairs kitchen is fully stocked with 2 new Kitcheaid appliances (Fridge and Dishwasher). New LG washer and dryer as well.

We have a UV LIGHT SYSTEM for water purification purposes (bacteria) as well as a Reverse Osmosis filtration system for removing unwanted (minerals such as lead). Our community well has a new UV and Chlorination system recently added as well.

The House: - Large split level house with 3 br up, 1 br down - Plenty of living space, quite spacious for a rental house - A bit dated interior in parts, but very functional & comfortable with all appliances & air conditioning working properly - Big flat backyard with newer BBQ, patio furniture, and covered area. Peaceful in the evenings with good shade and not a ton of road noise coming through. The Area: - Not too much in Okanagan Falls itself, we spent time in surrounding areas as well (Penticton, Osoyoos, Oliver, etc) - The house does have a very nice family friendly beach within walking distance. Mainly sandy, shallow (good for small kids), splash park, lots of shaded areas, never very busy. - OK Falls has a nice new grocery store as well as a few restaurants (mainly pizza and ice cream). Overall we had a nice time at the property and everything went well! A very viable option vs. some of the more expensive areas of Interior BC and definitely good if you need a bit of space - would recommend to others."

The Space
The space is mid-century modern and minimal. This place is cozy and comfortable with brand new furniture. The area is calm and quiet, surrounded by mountains and vineyards with a lake view. Whether you want to rest or get active, this place has lots to offer all around.

Guest Access
Shared lawn, garden and outdoor space. Guests are welcome to walk through the vineyard. There is a dirt driveway going up to the property and guests will have to open a gate. The gate is so animals ( mostly deer ) don’t come into the property and eat the grapes ! There’s a communal garden so feel free to help yourself to fresh herbs when the season comes. There are other renters on the property so please be mindful of noise after hours. Lounge chairs are all free to use.

We will stay away unless you need something, when we are not away travelling, in which case we will have someone else looking after your needs.

Self contained cabin located in beautiful Kaleden. Situated on 6 acres with a vineyard and lake view. Garden area is fenced so it’s great for pets and littles. Cabin is rustic, open, bright and charming. Rural setting in a quiet area. Please read full description before booking!

This cabin has a lot of history! It was originally built by one of the pioneers of Kaleden. It has also served as a pickers cabin, surrounded by stone fruit orchards. The cabin itself is 3 stories; a loft with two singles on top, a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room on the main floor. On the lower level there is a king bed and en-suite bathroom with a laundry room. There are two bathrooms, both with bathtubs. Please note the following :

There are steep steps in cabin that go down to the lower level and also to the top loft. By the moment a booking is made with us we are not liable for any injury or accident.

To leave the property on foot, you can go through the electric gate. To open the gate, look for the black liftmaster sign and turn the lever above it 90 degrees, then the gate will open manually. Just be sure to close turn the lever back into the original position or else the electric gate wont work. If not through that gate we have a second lower gate on the south end that you can go through.

We live on a farm, therefore there are occasional tractors on the vineyard working.

No parties or events. No smoking inside.

Strict adherence to fire ban protocol.

Underground irrigation turns on very early morning.

We highly recommend that guests purchase trip cancellation insurance as we will uphold our cancellation policy even in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

Absolutely zero tolerance for harassment, bullying and intimidation. We understand that sometimes stressful situations do occur, however we expect any interaction to be mutually respectful and considerate of the other person.

The space:
Originally built in 1948 this unique vintage home on an estate like property has been lovingly added on to over the years and recently renovated. The living room has surround floor to ceiling windows looking out to the magnificent lakefront views. There's a spacious seating area with large TV as well as a conversation area looking out towards the water. Open plan kitchen has a large central island capturing the lake views, dining area and walk out to the brand new deck. The bedrooms are divided into a grand king master suite with it's own ensuite bathroom and walk in closet. The second king and third twin bedrooms are side by side with a shared bathroom. The fourth queen bedroom is in a private back portion of the house with it's own full bathroom and door leading out to the side yard. There is lots of privacy in each area for multi families or generational families. There is a large storage/laundry area behind the kitchen. Finally a bonus recreational room for kids with a ping pong table, T.V. and queen size sofa bed for extra guests in it's own private area.
To access the property there is a winding driveway down a gently sloping hill. There is parking for several cars including EV plug in with trellis vines to the front entrance. The water side of the house is perfectly flat with a large patio area, several lounges, picnic table, BBQ and seating area around a central propane fireplace, perfect for evening get togethers. There is also a secondary large stone wood burning fire pit right next to the water with a built in curved stone seating area to roast marsh mellows and share stories. There is a long grassy play area along the waterfront with a boat shed at the end. Behind this area there is a fenced in grassy area, that could be used as a secondary play area including a badminton net or to keep a dog contained. The back of the property does have a fenced off unusable pool area not for guest use at this time.
This is a large property, fenced and treed so neighbors are not visible. If you want peaceful privacy, this is the place for you.
We have a kayak and paddle board for your use. Our favorite spot is at the end of the dock at sunset with a glass of wine from the local vineyards. If you want to bring your boat, there is a boat lift and tubing for the kids.
The water is shallow and the bottom is clear of any weeds.

We have spent the last year renovating this home. We are very excited to welcome you to our home away from home.

Skaha Lakefront Inn is a licensed four-bedroom bed and breakfast centrally located in the South Okanagan, on Skaha Lake. This listing is for our Two Queen Bedroom Walkout area with shared Jack and Jill 3-piece bathroom with direct separate entrances from each Queen bedroom. This area has a comfortable living room area, dining table and service counter with sink and small refrigerator. There is a separate powder room with sink and toilet. This area has direct access to the lake with a covered patio sitting area including a shared BBQ.

Our guests love our lake front beach access and sunsets. We’re within walking distance to Ok Falls town center, coffee shops and the KVR Trail.

The space :
We are pleased to offer Bed & Breakfast accommodation in our lakefront home. Whether you are looking for privacy or conversation, you will find us respectful, giving you space to enjoy your time at the lake.

We will provide you with a wonderful breakfast of fruit and yogurt and freshly baked pastries. Our guests enjoy their breakfast in our solarium breakfast room overlooking Skaha Lake or wander down to a gazebo to take in the peaceful sounds of our garden and waterfront.

You will enjoy our comfortable living room with local reading material, a TV for all to enjoy.

At the waterfront, you will find stand-up paddle boards, canoe, and a paddle boat. When you tire of that, the gazebo is a comfortable retreat over the water. ??

You will have exclusive use of one of our garden gazebos during your stay with cozy blankets and towels for drying off out of the lake. We a have fire table to make the sunsets that much more special.

The living room and dining area are wide open and very welcoming. Sit back and relax on the brand new furniture, take in the view or take in the game on the big screen TV.

Downstairs features a heated area with Foosball, Air Hockey and beach toys including a single kayak.
