Enjoy my upscale, 3.8 acre waterfront, 4000 square foot, secluded, but accessible home. There are 22 skylights in my beautiful custom built home, including a very large skylight over the master bed. Imagine stargazing from the comfort of your own bed and you don't even need to change out of your pajamas!!! There are also two skylights in the twin bedroom bedroom as well, and many scattered throughout the entire first floor.

Enjoy the master bedroom which is on entry the level with king size bed with water view and ocean sounds and ensuite bathroom with walk in shower and private toilet area. Entry level also includes a large family room with picturesque windows, an oversized kitchen, laundry room, ocean view bedroom/office work station, with 2 twin beds, half bathroom, and large outdoor oceanfront deck wit that is perfect for grilling or just relaxing.

While on the deck, perhaps you’ll see a bald eagle, deer, elk, bear, white sided dolphins, whales and more. They’re definitely around!! You just have to be lucky to see them at the right moment!!!

Downstairs has a large TV/family room with professional grade pool table and two separate bedrooms (queen size beds) and one private full bathroom with step over tub/shower. Downstairs windows are at ground level so you'll often see wildlife strolling by or peering in at you. :)

We have WI FI, 2 TV’s- downstairs and in the master bedroom, and your cell phone should work fine (but depends on your cell phone carrier.)

Catch dungeness crab right off the beach out back. Beach is accessible from the backyard. Beach is rocky at high tide. At low tide rocky beach to get to sandy beach.

Town is about an easy 5-7 minute drive away.

There is a king bed in the bedroom and room for 1 single beds in the living room. The room has a view of the ferry dock and downtown. It has a big fridge and kitchenette. You can have fires on the beach if there is no fire ban, and roast hot dogs or marshmallows.
Sointula is great for easy, safe hiking. We seldom have bears or cougars on the island. We have great hiking trails to explore. Just ask!

There is a kitchenette with a small table to sit at by the fireplace and a full guest kitchen down the hall if you want an oven and larger fridge to use.

At the end of the day you can relax and enjoy the dual shower and large jacuzzi tub. Living room is spacious with 55" TV + Chromecast to easily connect your phone and personal streaming accounts. Don't forget to go exploring: see the lighthouse, Bere point, and much more!

Please keep in mind this is an upstairs suite and there is tenants downstairs with a toddler and a dog, you may hear occasional barking, etc. Please be respectful with noise :)

Directions

Kitchen:

Cutting Boards are located to the left of fridge. Take a moment to open drawers and familiarize yourself. Please feel free to use any condiments, spices, baking ingredients, pantry items, etc. Dish soap is in the kitchen sink dispenser and dishwasher tabs are under the sink. There is a compost bucket as well, and if it gets full please empty it in the black compost bin in the garden out front.

Jacuzzi Tub:

To operate the jets, there is a timer above the thermostat. At the side of the tub, there is an on off button, and a speed setting. Before starting jets, ensure you are either in the tub, or the water is at least 1” above the highest jets, or they will fire water straight at the wall! Please enjoy Epsom salts and essential oils provided, and make sure to extinguish any candles when done.

If you are connected to the WIFI but you have no internet, the router is located in the window in the living room. Typically turning it off and back on again will resolve most connection issues.

Media Centre:

The upstairs TV has a Chromecast, so if you are connected to the Wi-Fi, you will be able to cast to the TV from your favorite streaming apps, labeled “Guest320 TV (upstairs)”. There is also an HDMI cable tucked behind the TV stand, connected to source “HDMI1” if you want to connect your laptop. The remote with colored buttons operates the TV. The stereo receiver is operated by the white remote. To get to the TV for sound, press the “TV” button. To listen to Bluetooth through the speakers, press “CD”. The Bluetooth will appear as “Esinkin BT adapter”. If you are having trouble connecting, the Bluetooth device (small cube) is located to the left of the receiver under the TV. To make discoverable, press the large square button on top of the device. Enjoy the high-quality speakers, and please keep in mind there is an occupied suite below with a toddler :)

Pullout Bed:

The brown sectional folds down, and there is spare bedding and sheets in the cupboard in the dining area. As the couch is a little uncomfortable, there is a 3” memory foam topper to use as well
