My only suggestion for improvement would be railings down the whole walkway to the water…there are some, but the grass was slick and steep, which made us a bit nervous with our kids. I definitely recommend the delicious breakfast at the near by Dolphins resort and make a res for dinner. We had a great spring break trip and would definitely stay again!"

There is a private patio to relax on while watching all the ocean activity. We are situated on the hill over looking the Pier and within walking distance to the wharf and the down town core. Where you can enjoy one of many great restaurants.
Hike Paradise meadows in the summer or take the chair lift to the top. In the winter months enjoy a day of skiing at Mt Washington. Only a 40 minute drive.
