You will be charmed by this comfortable suite in our newer home. Enjoy your stay in an upscale safe neighborhood close to Beaver Lodge Trails. A great place to bring your bike if you like, we have a safe garage to store it. We are also very close to Timberline Village and NIC College. Minutes drive to the airport , hospital, golf course, beach, rivers and lakes and just 35 min drive to Mt.Washington. Close to lots of hiking trails, including Strathcona park and our our beautiful sea walk .

The space
This is a ground floor one bedroom suite with a separate entrance through the garage.
The kitchen space has most amenities but no oven.
The bedroom has a queen bed, dresser and closet space.
The living room is a large open space with a leather reclining sofa. There is a 70 inch HD TV with Cable, DVD/Blue Ray Player with many movies to choose from. There is a computer desk workstation with wifi. Living Room also has fish tank that is maintained by us. The fish tank light is on a timer.
The bathroom is situated just outside of the suite so there is a privacy wall to keep it separate from the rest of house but this will only be used by the Airbnb guests during their stay.
We don't have a great noise barrier so you might here the water pipes running sometimes through walls.

Also good to know......
I work as a hairdresser from home bottom floor in another space at front of house but is beside your bathroom usually Monday-Friday from 10:30-5:30. So there might be some noise between those times but hopefully won't interfere with your stay.

Last thing :) We also have two very friendly cats Phoenix (oarnge) and Theodore (grey) that live on the property.

We have two cats that live on the premises, Theodore and Phoenix they are brothers and very friendly. We will try our hardest to keep them upstairs with us.
We also have a fish tank in the suite that we will maintain, but you can feed if you like. It is on a timer that goes out at night and comes back on in the morning . Please let us know if there are any issues with it.
The full Bathroom is just outside the suite for your use only and has a privacy wall from rest of the house.
I work Monday to Friday downstairs next to sweet as a hairdresser so there might be noise between 10:30-5:30.
Last thing there that there is no oven or venting to cook big meals.

The right side of the main driveway is your access to the guest parking in front of the Blue Willow guest house. Guest parking is on the right, directly in front of the main entrance. The well lit step- free entrance door is 36" wide so coming and going is a breeze.
If you have 2 vehicles, no worries, we have plenty of space to park.
Entry is by key pad, and the 4 digit code will be provided to you before you arrive.
Just enter the 4 digits and you will hear the door bolt retract. When leaving, simply close the door and push the "lock" symbol. The lock bolt will make a distinct sound as it goes into the locked position.

Other things to note
The Blue Willow has a quaint and very private outdoor patio space that is perfect for your morning coffee or to enjoy an evening glass of wine.
