The major (Island hwy) can be a bit noisy in the living room area but nothing some background music doesn’t cure. Didn’t notice any noise in maste bedroom. Wifi boosters are needed in areas of bedrooms. Zero to no signal in far bedrooms. Not a big deal unless staying with others and you want to use the wifi in other location other than living room. Overall probably one of the better places I’ve stayed. Yes I would stay there again and yes I would recommend staying at this place."

**Room Description**
This second floor room in my home, over looks the back garden, has a comfortable double bed, private bathroom, television with Netflix, table and chairs, closet with storage, bath robes and extra blankets.

Only quality linens and towels are provided including Turkish bath towels for the hot tub. Filtered water, reading materials and lots of information is provided regarding the area, activities and dining choices. There is always fresh flowers and water in the room.

It is the smaller of the two B and B rooms in my home and cannot accommodate an extra roll out bed. Babies and small children are very comfortable in this room.**Property description**

There are two bedrooms with private baths with many extras including Netflix to make your stay comfortable.

During the summer a lovely deck and backyard provides a quiet place to read or just lie back and listen to the birds!

Bikes are available to use exploring the ocean trails and the many attractions Oceanside has to offer.
Rathrevor Beach B and B is located a few minutes walk to the ocean in a quiet residential area.There are many hiking, biking and walking trails available.
The town of Parksville is a seven minute drive where there is a community park with a great kiddies area, board walk and loads of summer activities such as live music, international sand sculpture event, beach volleyball, kite flying and much more.
Rathtrevor BnB is minutes away from many attractions and activities. While the BnB itself is in a quiet residential area a few minutes walk from the beach, the town of Parksville is a seven minute drive away with all the services including medical etc..available. Shuttle services, gyms, tennis courts, golf and much more are all close by.

My home is a non smoking environment. While alcohol is OK loud or disruptive noise and behaviour is not tolerated. I try to have a relaxed, quiet atmosphere at all times in particular after 10 pm in the evening.
There are also dogs in my home . They are only allowed in the downstairs family room so the bedrooms which are on the second floor are free of any dog hair etc...
