The space
Welcome to our cozy, newly updated 700 sq ft coach house. Each room in the suite looks over lush garden and forest views. There is a private patio with a table and chairs overlooking part of the yard. Hardwood flooring throughout the suite, (no carpet!), base heaters and electric fireplace warm the space immediately. We have an A/C unit available upon request.

Our large kitchen is fully stocked with all the dishes, utensils and appliances you could need and some basic spices, cooking oil and condiments. The full-sized fridge and freezer is great to accomodate a large grocery shop.

The bedroom has a queen sized bed with a new mattress and 3 dressers for storage, as well as a rack to hang clothes. The designer futon in the living area can sleep 2 extra guests (double- let us know if you will use it and we will leave the mattress topper for

A 4-piece bathroom with soaker tub is a nice treat, as well as child friendly amenities available by request. Most importantly our own loving touch and local art has been added to this special space.

The Comox Harbour Carriage House, separate from the main house, is a fully equipped one bedroom suite that features a full kitchen, heated tile in bathroom and full capacity laundry. From this quiet location, you will be a short walk to restaurants, pubs, shops, Comox Harbour, Goose Spit and forested trails. This location will not disappoint! We look forward to being your hosts as you experience the Comox Valley.

The space
This is a fully furnished one bedroom suite, completely separate from the main residence, and equipped with all your kitchen needs (dishwasher, microwave, coffee-maker, blender etc. Breakfast basics are provided. Have a look in the fridge and pantry to see what awaits! We hope you enjoy the comfort of the pillow-top queen size bed. We know you'll enjoy the heated tile floor in the bathroom, gas fireplace and the quality linens (Duvet cover and shams are freshly washed for each new guest).

Arrive using the keyless entry and stay in privacy, or ring the front door bell to meet your hosts, Darcy and Carol.

Gorgeous ocean view from inside or on your deck. You look across the water to Hornby and Denman islands. Watch the sun rise, the wind tossing the waves ashore or the eagles soaring by. Walk across the road to the beach. Lots of wildlife, birds, seals, sea lions, otters and if you get lucky you might see whales. 2 kayaks are available for exploring the shoreline. This carriage house has lots of character and is a simple, cozy space for a get away.

530 square foot carriage house has just been renovated inside. There is a full set of stairs to entry level. Well laid out complete kitchen with new appliances. A bar height table and chairs allow you to sit and gaze out at the view while having your morning coffee. There is a television, wifi and laundry facilities, as well as an area to relax on a loveseat and chairs. There are 2 bedrooms, each with a new queen bed, mattress and a closet. The unit is ideal for 2 to 4 guests.

As the name 'carriage house' describes, the accommodation sits above our garage. There is a full set of stairs to the entry level. There may be occasional noise from the garage as the garage doors are opened or closed, or we go in looking for something stored within.

Welcome to the Carver’s Cabin. A beautifully renovated space nestled in the Comox Valley, a quick walk away from Point Holmes beach and boat launch. Take a nice walk, or short drive down to famous Kye Bay beach. Surrounded by old growth trees and wildlife, you can take it all in sitting on the porch or by enjoying a fire in your own fire pit. A getaway fit for 1-2 guests. Cabin backs onto the road but there is a berm for privacy!

The space
We have free private parking along side the cabin to ensure easy loading and unloading of your personal items. Strong wifi as well as a smart tv including Netflix/Chrome options. The kitchen is equipped with a small bar fridge, Nespresso coffee machine and bodem coffee/tea press, electric kettle, plug-in single burner induction stovetop, breville toaster oven, and the pots/pans/cooking and serving wear you’ll need. There is a fire pit for your use at any time - just be sure to bring some wood with ya! Cumberland mountain biking or Mount Washington riding is just 30 minutes away! The mountain not your thing? Masters course golfing at Glacier Greens is just down the road. 40 Knots local estate winery and multiple craft breweries are less than 10 minutes. The cabin is across the road from one of the airplane landing strips, so just a 3 minute drive to the airport. With a 7 minutes drive to comox ave/comox marina, you’re far enough away to feel relaxed but close enough to amenities for anything you’ll need during your stay! Note there is no AC come the hot summer months, just a tower oscillating fan. A great place to relax or explore!

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish beach house. Enjoy Ocean views, gorgeous sunrises and the occasional moon rise. Our local beach is less than a 5 min walk from our house. We are with in walking distance to beautiful near by forest trails. We are only a 5 min drive from Comox Town that offers shopping, restaurants, Kayak + SUP rentals and more. For the outdoors people there are tons of hiking trails , swim holes, Mt biking and Mt. Washington is a 45 min drive door to slope.

This is a beautiful 750sq ft self contained guest house that we built in 2022.
We offer one bedroom with a Queen bed but can accommodate 4 people in total. We have a very comfy Queen size blow-up mattress perfect for little ones or an extra person/couple. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking essentials such as pots pans, baking sheets, cooking tools, cutlery etc.
Items such as coffee, tea, salt, pepper and olive oil are also provided.

My Husband Andy and I (Mellinda) both live on the Property in the Main house with our 2 kids and dog Bagel.
