This 2 bedroom home in Trailhead Village townhouse community comfortably accommodates 6-9 people. Bedrooms are located upstairs with a full bathroom in the center hallway. First bedroom has a queen bed, ans second bedroom has 1 queen and 2 twin beds. On the first floor, there is an air mattress available for 2 extra people, which fits perfectly in the living room. Sofa comfortably sleeps an additional person. The kitchen comes well equipped for entertaining with plenty of dishes, glasses, cookware, bakeware, and most importantly a dishwasher. Outside you can relax and enjoy firing up the gas grill on the deck. Full sized washer and dryer are located in the half bathroom on the first floor for your convenience. There is wireless internet through out the home, DVD player, spare HDMI cable, and Roku TVs. Sorry, no cable - but there are plenty of books too!!

Summer Months: There is no A/C. General rule of thumb for keeping the home cool – Open windows at night, and keep all shut after 9am to trap in the cool air. There are fans available in every room as well.
