Enter the property along a long winding driveway, passing the pond and barn along the way to your own private oasis in the woods.

The main level features an open kitchen that flows into the living and dining area which features panoramic glass doors, a stone fireplace, a beamed ceiling, hardwood floors, and a wooden dining table that easily accommodates eight guests. After dinner get cozy on the extra lux depth couches and chairs in front of the oversized stone fireplace. Adjacent to the main living area you will find the den which includes a wood-burning fireplace, billiards table, dartboard, leather sofa and 55" TV.

Enjoy your morning coffee on the bluestone patio with views of the pond, stream, and Overlook mountain. The patio includes outdoor sofas, lounge chairs, dining tables, propane grill and two propane heaters. Take a short stroll up to the private 10 acre hay-field which has a natural stone fire-pit perfect for roasting marshmallows.

The main level of the house has three bedrooms, all with queen beds. Two of the guestrooms share a full bath while the 3rd guestroom has an on-suite 3/4 bathroom. The laundry room with LG washer and dryer is also located on this level.

Upstairs you will find the loft and master bedroom. The loft includes a daybed and office desk. At the end of the day escape to the oversized master suite with its handmade wooden king bed, sitting area, dual vanity sinks, double shower, and freestanding tub with panoramic views of nature.

The guest house is a fully renovated barn where the family used to make maple syrup. The "sugar shack" as it's known, has two bedrooms and one bathroom with walk-in shower. The space:
Once you enter the sunny enclosed porch, kick off your shoes and make yourself comfortable on the lounge chair. Inside you'll find our open-concept first floor, including a brand-new kitchen equipped with a gas range and oven, water dispensing fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and complimentary coffee/tea station. The dining area has seating for 6 with an additional 2-person island. Relax on the sectional in the spacious living room, which is also an extra queen sleeper sofa bed. There is an electric fireplace, Nest climate control, power blinds, and tv. Wifi and Youtube TV are included with your stay.

At the top of the stairs, you'll find the marble-tiled bathroom. It has an enclosed glass shower/tub, large vanity, and built-in storage. We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a portable magnifying lighted mirror, a hair dryer, and a clothes steamer.

There are two bedrooms with queen beds. Each bed has a brand new Nectar mattress/pillows and Brooklinen bedding that will make you wish you could stay even longer. Extra linens are also available. The first bedroom has a tv, free-standing storage, and a full-length mirror. The second bedroom has a bench, closet, and laundry space that you can use anytime.

Our cabin is wonderfully situated just steps from a beautiful rushing creek! It is located conveniently between Woodstock and Saugerties, and just a few miles from the NYS Thruway Exit 20. The cabin has one bedroom with a full-sized bed, sink and small bathroom with shower and toilet. There is small eating area and a kitchenette where you can prepare simple meals.
A few feet away is a screenhouse, grill and picnic table, all overlooking the stream. Walk around the main house to a large swimming pool where you can relax on a float, swim laps and keep your beverages cool in the fridge.
This is a cozy cabin - the bed is full not queen-sized, and the kitchenette does not have a stove (there is a one-burner induction cooktop). It is perfect for a single person or couple who want privacy, the sound of the stream, and proximity to everything the Hudson Valley has to offer!
