Construction Updates
We will be replacing the attic piping of all guest unit buildings from Feb. 22nd through Oct. 8th, 2021. The project will be completed 9am-5pm. Elevator use may be impacted. From June 14th to June 18th, we will be installing new TVs in Buildings 1 and 2. This project will take place 9am to 5pm. Our vendor will need access to units to replace old TVs for roughly 30 min. per TV. In addition, the pool, spa, and playground areas will be closed Sept. 20th to 28th for upgrades. We are excited to provide upgrades to the resort and every effort will be made to minimize the impact on your stay.

One bedroom was not large, but large enough for our purposes. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Loved the screened in balcony. Owner was easy to contact and responded fairly quickly. Once on resort, the resort staff provided any assistance needed. Check in is through the resort front desk and they appeared to be a bit confused when we checked in since we went through a VRBO, but once I gave them the confirmation information the check in proceeded smoothly.
