Beautiful restored A frame home located one mile from Vilano beach and less than a mile to the heart of downtown St Augustine. This home provides everything you need - a kitchenette with bar, living room, bathroom with walk in shower, lofted king bed and very large private deck.
Located in the beautiful Magnolia Street neighborhood steps from the train depot and the Fountain of Youth. The home is just one mile over the bridge to Vilano beach and less than a mile to downtown.
This home is uniquely designed and only suggested for those freely able to move through narrow spaces and able to climb stairs. The bed is upstairs in a loft and youll need to be able to lift the stairs down, climb up stairs and crawl into bed. The stairs leading to the unit are circular and narrow.
This home is ideal for two people looking to enjoy a beautiful space located close to town.
- "Area was nice, close to the town, within walking distance. Only issue we really had was just having to contact the property manager to get the combination to get into the rental. Other than that, really enjoyed it overall!" - "Good place to make your nest right in the town. Convenient location and fun design!"
A gorgeous setting for complete decompression and relaxation with nature. Equipped with 4-kayaks and a canoe. This 3-bedroom home is perfect for a getaway to enjoy nature with peace and quiet. It is a quick drive to The University of Florida and The Ocala National Forrest with its natural springs and hiking trails. Daytona Beach, St. Augustine, Jacksonville, and Orlando are all close enough for day trips. You can bring your own boat or Jetski and launch from our private community boat ramp. Perfect for water sports and lots of fishing for the angler in the family. My favorite place is on the dock early in the morning with a cup of coffee and nothing else but my thoughts. And yes, the sun sets right there in the evening as the day comes to an end. Sure you can bring a workload and get a few things done, but remember, it will be there when you get back to the grind. This is for you and the family. Take a nice swim in the lake or do some sunbathing on the dock. And once the sun goes down, we've loaded up the house with a few board games like the good ole days. Welcome to our little piece of paradise.

Other things to note
The spirit of Camp Declan is to disconnect from the pressures of modern life and re-connect with self, friends, family, fresh air and authentic Florida nature. Sit and marvel at the wildlife which teems in this private forest, take a run on your jet ski or it's perfectly okay to just steal a nap in the hammocks! This is an unpretentious deep South lodging option with great potential for group fun. It is not a commercial, brand-name hotel but a "lake house" so it has plenty of imperfections, which we call "character". Those expecting spotless floors, a pampered experience or anything fancy or impressive may find other options more suitable. Thank you.
