Relax on the cabin’s well-lit, fan-cooled 12’x24’ riverfront porch, watch the manatees that frequent the property’s two large docks, fish off the docks, or venture into the water in one of the cabin’s kayaks to explore this hidden paradise.
Inside the cabin, cathedral ceilings create an open, airy space. The living area is perfect for TV or family time, and the fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to create and enjoy a full meal: a flat-top range, over-range microwave, roomy refrigerator, ice maker, dishwasher, disposal, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, and cooking utensils. The dining room table seats six.
In the evening, the master bedroom’s queen-sized bed and the second bedroom’s two twin beds invite guests to a peaceful night’s sleep without city lights and noise. The property’s two bathrooms include showers and a large, full-size soaking tub.
The cabin is loaded with modern-day comforts including WiFi throughout the house and Spectrum cable. A washer and dryer are provided, and the property is wheelchair accessible. We are sorry that we cannot accept pets of any kind.

- "We normally go to Keys each summer but decided to stay local and live on the Weeki Wachee river for a week. We love both locations but the kids found swimming with the dolphins, manatees and in the crystal clear water as top notch! We will reserve this location again." - "This is such a perfect little place for our vacation. The cabin itself is very clean, stocked with kitchenware, a nice covered back porch, two docks right on the river, several options for kayaks/canoes, and a gas grill. We were able to watch two mamma manatees and their babies daily, a dolphin, blue crabs, fish, and a bull shark right off the docks. We had such a great week and we’re so sad to have it end. Being located directly on the river allows you the leisure to just hang out with friends and family & provides direct access to the river.

Once we found this haven, we fell in love and just had to create a retreat to share with you and your loved ones. Please take care of the house, the river, and the wildlife, and enjoy these precious moments of downtime and while we have cable and Wi-Fi, we recommend you take this time to unplug and reconnect with each another and Mother Nature.

Relax on the deck watching the wide variety of fish, manatees and kayakers year-round. If you’re feeling adventurous, our dock provides easy access into the 72-degree water. Life jackets, kayaks and snorkel gear are provided.

Be safe, the swift 3 mile/hour current can be challenging! Always bring a life jacket and whistle while kayaking on the river; it's the law.

We are always making upgrades and improvements, so you have the best experience possible. I bought this house because my love for the river. Our goal is to share this experience with vacation rental community and we want you to have an awesome time, but we do have some rules that must be followed to keep this part of the river and community pristine and tranquil.

This is a small residential neighborhood and letting the residents enjoy the peace and quiet of the river is important to us. If you are planning a large gathering or party, please choose a house down river. If the neighbors call because of noise, you may be asked to leave the property. If you park in the street your car will be towed. Also do not leave on exterior flood lights as they are very bright and keep the neighbors up.

In full disclosure we do have outdoor ring cameras. 2 on the pole at the driveway. 1 facing the street and 1 facing the house. 1 ring camera is on the shed facing the kayaks. 1 ring doorbell camera is at the door facing the river. This camera will not call anyone if the button is pressed. These cameras are not monitored and are only in place for security and safety. Ring stickers are placed on windows around the property.
