- "The fireplace was great for relaxing in the evening. There is a squirrel/bird feeder in the back and we observed various gray squirrels and a mountain cottontail by it. We were there March 3-5 and there was still considerable snow. So no deer to be seen. The hot tub at Glaze Meadow was nice to sit in after cross country skiing, but the steam room was even better! " - "For our Christmas weekend stay, we were looking for a cozy place in a beautiful setting (woods and lots of snow) and we found it ! The house was clean, well-equipped (including a nice fireplace with a great supply of firewood), and relatively close to the GMRC (where we enjoyed the swimming pool, steam room, and hot tub). If you have small children, keep in mind that there is a rather steep staircase in the house (we had to watch our 3-year old rather closely as he was very fond of that staircase). This was a good fit for us. Six adults, two children under 10, and one infant. The home is newly built so very modern and clean. There is plenty of dishware, silverware, pans, etc. in the kitchen. There are towels for use with the hot tub. The hot tub is located on a large wrap around patio that has a table and chairs for pleasant outdoor eating and relaxing. The home is located about a 10 minute walk from the Glaze Meadow Rec Center/Pool and about a 15 minute walk to the South Meadow pool. Both walks are an easy and enjoyable way to get to the pools. The pictures and descriptions in the rental listing do a great job of portraying what the house looks like. We had a very comfortable experience and are very happy to have found this house for our growing family."

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
