Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. A two story home built in the 30s, was the mill managers home with a big kitchen. Enjoy the front porch or take a nice walk down to the Willamette river (You. need to drive to the other end of the property to do this but just ask and we will give you directions.) This property is centrally located on hwy 58 east end of Oakridge abutting forest service land and on the way to many trails rivers, lakes, waterfalls and the mountain. about 30 min from Willamette pass The closest rental to the mountain. there are steep steps to the 2nd floor.

It's close to a grocery store, although more on the expensive side and I would recommend you bring your food or buy elsewhere on your way. It's also close enough to the lakes and trails. Nothing was ever crowded, even on the weekend! The beds/couch were not very comfortable but we were tired enough to sleep :). It has a washer/dryer but not a dishwasher. I saw other reviews say there wasn't a microwave but there is one in their garage you can bring in that works great. The garage is a plus for storing mountain bikes, SUPS, etc.. Overall a nice place to stay and accurate in their listing. Paige was a great communicater as well - answered our questions quickly."

The property is within walking distance of 3 Legged Crane Brewery (the pub), Morning Light Coffee, the Corner Bar and Grill, the post office, and the library.

The space is about 600 sq feet. It's the west side unit in a duplex. It has great natural lighting with beautiful mountain views. You'll enter through the kitchen, which includes a full washer and dryer, proceed into the living room, and have two bedrooms to the left each featuring a queen size bed.

Your unit is tucked away with a private backyard and hot tub which make it the perfect spot to unwind after a long day of hiking, biking, or skiing.

Guests have access to the entire back rental unit, private back yard/porch and hot tub. Parking above unit with private stair access is available as well as a shared driveway with door to door access. A locked shed is available for bike storage upon request.

The bathroom is quite small and does not a have a bath, but guests love the water pressure in the standing shower.

Great for a bike trip, hiking, frisbee golf, a visit to Willamette Pass, or Crater Lake!

The Oakridge Union Cog House has been completely restored and it's on the main street of the old Downtown. It is a 2 minute walk from the best Brewery and restaurant in this part of Oregon (Brewers Union) and 4 minutes from the Distillery. Four Legged and two legged guests love how close we are to the main Mountain Biking, fishing, hot springs Chillin, and Hiking trailheads. please look at our 70+ 5 star reviews.

The space
Our house was built in the 50's and completely remodeled with all new beds/kitchen/bathroom/flooring/laundry room in 2018. We wanted a place in Oakridge we could stay in to visit and we are not there that much. 1 king 1 Queen and 2 twins and a large lot give you plenty of room with a great new stainless kitchen. We have Bike storage in the back and are fencing the entire property so the dogs can run!

- "My husband is a wildland fire fighter and we are from the diamond lake area, and he got called to fight the cedar creek fire. While there we got this vrbo. It was absolutely perfect and so beautiful. We felt at home!" - "This house is just what we needed for our exploration of Oakridge and Westfir. Upon arrival, we were greeted with the A/C already turned on, which we were thankful for on a hot day. The house is spacious and well stocked with items needed for cooking. The location is within walking distance to the local brewery and the town market (weekend). The grocery store is a longer walk or a quick drive away. We had stopped at the Mercantile on the way into town and they were very helpful in providing information about mountain biking in the local area. If bringing bikes, there's a lockable shed in the backyard to store them in. The owner is not in town, but is completely reachable if needed."

Being off-grid setup I expected it to be more rustic and limited than It really is, that didn't really effect our stay. My only small gripe was the Traeger grill/smoker, It was finicky and a propane grill would be easier for most people. We did make some amazing smoked trout on it though!"

Our guests enjoy the location mostly for the maximum daylight and sunshine, the views of mountains to the south with sunrises and sunsets, and the ease of walking to uptown shops like Mane Street Coffee, Three Legged Crane Pub or the Corner Bar and Grill.

The space
This rental will feature your own private 2 bedroom living space of 600 square feet, one side of a duplex. Each of the bedrooms have their own queen bed, and the living room has a large chaise lounge style couch. The kitchen includes coffee, filters, all basic kitchen utensils, stovetop and range, full fridge and freezer, and a full washer and dryer.

The bathroom is tiny and does not have a bath tub, but does include a stand up shower with great water pressure.

The home is a duplex with 2 separate 2 bedroom units. Your unit is on the east side and includes a front and back door. Your key is in the box on the northeast site.

The home features high speed wireless internet, reliable for streaming multiple devices.

PLEASE NOTE: Oakridge is rural and cell phone range varies. Verizon, AT&T, and cricket work best. You can use T-mobile wireless calling when connected to wifi (at the house).

With the right carriers, there is excellent cell coverage in town. Outside of town along the rivers there is often not cell service unless you are atop mountains and ridges. In general, once you leave town you may not have service for about 30 minutes on the main highway in either direction.

Great for a bike trip, hiking, frisbee golf, a visit to Willamette Pass, or Crater Lake!

Located across the street from our small public library, city hall, and police station; safest block in town! There is a coffee shop, Mane Street Coffee, on the adjacent block. The 3-Legged Crane Brewery-Restaurant (downstairs) is an English-themed pub with great food. One of the few still serving pump-style cask beers along with a selection of drafts.

Parking is easy and free all over Uptown Oakridge. The neighborhood of uptown is very walkable, but you must get in a car or ride a bike to our grocery store.

We are located at the west end of town and are surrounded by lakes, rivers, and mountains. We have two outdoor BBQs under our gazebos where you can have a nice meal.
There are three parks for kids to play or to have an event at within 2 miles of our property.
We have two frisbee golf courses, a regular golf course and a tennis court, all within 3 miles of the hotel. We are located near the Middle Fork and North Fork of Willamette River. There are plenty of places to hike, ride, fish or relax.

- "This is an old Best Western since taken over by new management. Few improvements but very clean and our room had a large newer Samsung TV with excellent service. Our tub/shower drained VERY slowly. This was brought up at check-out. "

Welcome to an upscale rental in the heart of Oakridge. The renovated apartment is located above the 3-Legged Crane Brewery & Restaurant, with great views of the town and local mountains. Walk across the street to our quaint public library; feel safe, the police station is right there too. Both Units (1 & 2) are spacious and bright; containing plenty of thoughtful touches along with high-quality furnishings, and appliances. You will find them comfortable, charming, convenient, and impeccable.

Bungalows #1 and #2 are 2nd-floor apartments that benefit from southern exposure; #1 is the brighter of the two having an additional sunny-side window. The entrances for both are adjacent and isolated from the units in the rear of the building. As such they are often rented in combination to accommodate larger groups.

There are differences:

#1: Tiled bathroom/shower, no tub, no TV, full-size fridge, view from living space and bedroom.
#2: Pull-out couch, Bathtub/shower, TV in the bedroom, small fridge/freezer, view from bedroom.

These units have a dishwasher. A free shared-access washer and dryer located in the hallway. Detergent is provided for both.

A keycode access bike storage closet is shared between units and your host; the entrance is video monitored. Cable locks are provided if you wish to use them.

I live in an apartment in the rear of the building and am generally available to answer questions and fulfill requests during your stay.

Should you be planning adventures in the region both units contain large wallmaps. Should you just be passing through, they have everything you need.

As these units are above the BrewPub there is occasionally live music. It does not go past closing time at 10 p.m but mostly ends a bit earlier, especially on Thursdays. A schedule is kept on their website that is generally accurate at least a month out. When this is happening the sound is best described as "muffled." Unit #2 is the quieter of the two. Oakridge also has a train that passes through, which can be heard from just about anywhere including the Bungalows. If this is not acceptable then maybe consider another place.

Welcome to our unique dome, nestled in nature on our family’s property. During your stay, you may spot our two friendly huskies and one curious cat roaming the outdoor premises.

The dome is thoughtfully positioned for privacy, facing away from our home. While there is no kitchen, we provide a camp stove with fuel, a pot and pan for outdoor cooking, and a refrigerator for food storage. Enjoy a hot cup of coffee or tea with our Nespresso machine (pods included) or use the hot water maker. Filtered drinking water is provided through a Berkey water filter.

This is an uninsulated dome, perfect for a true 'glamping' experience. For cooler nights, you'll stay cozy with a wood-burning stove and a king-size bed equipped with a heated mattress topper, offering dual controls for each side. During the summer months, please note that the dome can get hot, but we provide two fans to help keep you cool.

The bathroom is located just outside the dome. This outdoor bathroom features a heated bidet, a flushing toilet, a rain shower, and plush towels—including sauna towels for your comfort.

We aim to make your stay as comfortable as possible, but keep in mind that this is an immersive glamping experience. At times, you may hear nearby trains honk at a crossing across the river. We provide earplugs for a peaceful night’s sleep.
