We LOVED Pastini restaurant as well, which is ~15 mins away as well."

- "I loved everything about my stay in this airstream. The check in process was seamless. I'm a 26y.o. female traveling alone and felt as safe as could be in the neighborhood. The airstream had everything I could need for my stay including coffee and waters. It was so perfectly decorated and the space was utilized so well. Wake up to county living in our cute comfy 5th wheel travel Trailer. This trailer is a permanent fixture on our property and does not go on the road. We are located just 8 miles outside of Springfield Oregon. It’s ready for you to relax after enjoying the sights and activities in the beautiful Willamette Valley. Wether you are here for business or recreation. All you need to bring is your food and drinks. Because we are a rural property, there is Wi-Fi but it is spotty and sometimes doesn’t work and unless you have AT&T, you will not have cell service. Service is lost once you turn on to McGowen Creek Road. * Please note that over the last year and a half our friends and family report that even without AT&T their other carriers work just fine but we have AT&T. There is service at the little county store.The Mohawk General, which is about .6 miles from the property. We are a small working ranch with all the livestock sounds that go along with county living.

Wingate Forest is an owner-occupied home with three bedrooms and two private living spaces which are separate from the very large kitchen. Wingate Forest features a cottage on a separate footprint from the main home. I am available to offer, optionally, my services as a professional host during your visit, if requested.

I do not c0-occupy the primary home at Wingate Forest during any time while I am hosting guests. I either move to a separate second structure on the property or travel to Seattle to stay at my daughter's penthouse in Seattle's South Lake Union area.

I have lived at Wingate Forest since 2000 and have striven to make Wingate Forest a very special home. The trees on this property include, but are not limited to, four Giant Sequoia Redwood, three Leyland Cypress, one Deodar Cedar, two Western Hemlock, two Japanese Snowbell, two Arbor Vita, three Azalea. The lawn areas are expansive enough to host large outdoor events.

The entryway is an extended entrance hall providing access to the library / parlor, to the kitchen and to the bedroom suites. A formal dining room features a 19th century Flemish dining suite; table for six, and serving buffets. The library offers an expansive collection of leather bound classics. The Sun Room has a Guatemalan inspiration, a vaulted ceiling with skylights, a natural gas fireplace, a daybed, 65" TV and PS5 game console. The media room and the master suite offer access to a partially sheltered patio, a Weber natural gas grill, a large forested lawn and several old growth trees.

The stairs getting to the second story may be an issue for people with mobility issues. The location is great as there are multiple options for food and drinks within walking distance. The owner also operates the store on the first floor of the building, she was kind, helpful, and genuinely wanted us to enjoy our stay with recommendations and some great stories. The Kitchen:
Is a true gem with it's modern appliances being cleverly integrated into a cheery and simple aesthetic. This kitchen is stocked with all the cookware essentials so you can enjoy your favorite meal in the cheery adjoining dining room!

The Bedrooms:
Both bedrooms have been thoughtfully designed to provide serene spaces for rest. The Sunstone room, named after Oregon's state gemstone, offers a luxurious king sized bed made with uber soft fresh linens that are sure to gift you a peaceful nights sleep. The Big Sky room, named after one of the owners home states, includes a full size bunk bed and twin bed up top (100lbs limit in twin bed) and maintains those same comfy and crisp linens. The Big Sky room also offers a dedicated work space for those who might need to bring their work with them. If you are traveling with little people you can find that this room also includes a pack in play, high chair and changing station located in the closet.

The Bathroom:
The bathroom is a bright blend of modern functionality and PNW vibes. The pristine white shower, fixtures and real ferns are complimented with basic necessities like a hair dryer, makeup wash cloths, q-tips, shampoo, conditioner and liquid soap. A truly invigorating space to start and end your day. There are even support bars around the toilet and shower areas if you need that little extra help.

The Backyard:
The perfect space to spend with your pup, drinking a cup of morning coffee or late afternoon beverage. The owners want you to know, currently this is a fully fenced yard but that it will be receiving a new upgraded fence coming this fall. Well behaved dogs are welcome here but are encouraged to stay out of plants and hushed from obsessive barking please.

Whether you're seeking a chill getaway for two, family friendly retreat or a business stay over we hope the Jasmine House is the peaceful place your body and soul are craving during your travels. The owners have worked hard to create this relaxing space for your stay and have spent the last year tediously converting this 1960's bungalow into just that. It was quite the large passion project for them as they transformed a retired pilots home with as little imprint on the planet as possible. Their plan is to continue to sweeten this little property and dial in the yard as time allows, make it the kind of place you'd love to stay in again and again.

Friendly reminder this is a no party property and no large gatherings. Quite time is 9pm to 7am.

The home is set on 1/4 acre of land at the end of a dead-end street at the edge of town. There are 3 master bedroom suites, each with a full bath and closet. The upper 2 bedrooms have access to the balcony. This home has huge porches for outdoor dining and entertaining.

This home has 3 master bedroom suites. The main floor suite has a king size bed, a private bath with double shower with rain head and a claw foot soaking tub. The blue suite (upstairs) has a queen size bed, a sofa, a private bath with shower and a small claw foot tub. The yellow suite (upstairs) has a queen size bed and a private bathroom with shower. The blue and yellow suites have access to a private balcony with lounge chairs.

The shop is not part of the rental but can be accessed by request. There is a hookup for electric car charging that can be used if needed. This space can provide locked storage for bicycles.

Our three bedroom, two bathroom house has been fully renovated this year. Every surface in the home is brand new, including furniture and the luxurious king size master bed. There is a fully supplied kitchen, two living/family room spaces, two smart tvs, a brand new master bathroom with a rainfall shower, a fully fenced in back yard with a patio and barbecue, a laundry room with necessary supplies, and a full squat rack with weights and other workout equipment. - "This home was situated in a cute little neighborhood and is a fantastic home. The home is lived in but you could never tell anyone lives there. It was spotless, the kitchen was stocked, they have a great coffee bar and the master bed was very comfortable. It is a bit high and was hard for me to get in, mostly because I am short and have RA. Once in though I never wanted to leave it. When in Eugene you must check it out."
