- "This was a great find! The host is a wonderful, God-fearing woman who was very helpful. She offered recommendations for the area and provided pleasant conversation. The rental was spacious and the AC kept the place comfortable. The beds were great and there were plenty of blankets and pillows to be had. Navigating the loft will be difficult for those that are older or heavy, but the two beds downstairs should help alleviate that issue. Will book again next time we're in town for a Ducks game!"

This cozy unit is located above the family home in a nice quiet neighborhood. It is within minutes of downtown Springfield and the U of O. The upper story is assessable from the side of the main house via stairs. There is a deck at the top with an outdoor love seat to enjoy your morning coffee. It sleeps-4 with a queen bed as well as 2-comfy mats for kids. (kids stay free). The 2nd room has a queen as well.
So just to clarify, if you have 4-adults and 2-kids, you do not pay extra

- "Everything about this place is wonderful. The furniture and decor were comfortable and classy and the patio and deck were charming! We’re planning on a return visit!" - "My partner and I had a wonderful stay at Washburne Studio. This sweet, airy and bright studio is the perfect size for a couple. The room itself is well done, and the shower was lovely with good water pressure and nice fixtures. Sweet kitchenette has a microwave, dishwasher and mini-fridge. I believe there was an electric cooking element but we did not get it out of the cupboard, preferring to go out for dinner at the very nearby (walkable) main street area. The Public House (and Whiskey Bar) and Tavern on Main were excellent, as was "Lovely" at breakfast time. It was nice to have a full size HE washer/dryer in the studio. But the private courtyard garden with hot tub, fire table and patio furniture was the crowning feature. Turn on the festive string lights (or keep it dark to gaze at the night sky) and enjoy! If early morning light wakes you, bring a sleep mask (the windows have good blinds but the panels in the door let in enough daylight to brighten the room very early on summer mornings.) Also some slip on shoes or flip flops to walk out the hot tub would come in handy. The room was furnished with great high quality linens, towels, and gowns that were great to use before and after the hot tub. A wonderful little place to stay."

- "Me and my 92 year old grandmother got into this place while waiting for her house to get finished being built, although it wasn't elderly friendly our hosts went above and beyond to accommodate our stay. I asked for a detachable shower head for her it got installed that day, they even bought a wheelchair ramp for her without even asking. Our stay was very enjoyable, and there vibe was very welcoming I give a 5 star just for how amazing our hosts were. Also the house is cozy and comfortable and our little fur baby's were also very welcomed."
