Everything is as listed and even better in person. The view is gorgeous and so peaceful, the hot tub was hot and ready for our arrival, and the inside is charming and well kept. We had a small water leak from the washing machine hose so I contacted the property manager and he was quick with a response and was out the same day to fix it and while he was there he also balanced the chemicals in the hot tub, swept the porch and hung the bath mat... above and beyond. We ended up having to leave a day early and my only complaint would be that I wish we had more time to relax and enjoy this home. If we find ourselves in the Eugene area again, this will be where we stay."

There is a large living room (26 feet x 15 feet), large dining room, large & open spacious kitchen, as well as a large sun room (25 feet x 13 feet) for casual dining/reading/game playing. The large living room is comfortable, relaxing & inviting w/ plenty of comfortable furniture, a television w/ over 50 DVD movies, 30 CD's, & gold gilded décor & mirrors throughout w/ beautiful gold draperies as well as 2 gorgeous gold chandeliers hanging in the center of the living room.

The spacious kitchen is well equipped w/ new appliances including a new stove, oven, refrigerator & microwave. There is a full size dishwasher as well. The kitchen is fully stocked & appointed w/ counter top kitchen appliances, dishes (casual & formal china), glassware (casual & crystal), silverware (casual & gold), pots & pans, bake ware & cooking utensils & gadgets w/ everything needed to cook or bake and eat your favorite meals and/or desserts at your home away from home.

The dining room is elegantly decorated w/ a large oval table that seats 6 to 8 w/ a beautiful gold hanging chandelier & 2 more gold sconces. There is a mirrored antique server that stores table clothes, chargers, place mats, cloth napkins & napkin rings. You can also enjoy casual meals in the sun room at the casual dining table.

The large sun room/reading/game room measures 25 feet by 13 feet where you find another dining table that seats 4-6, a wicker love seat & 2 matching wicker side chairs, as well as 2 Royal Garden at Waikiki elegant arm chairs w/ plenty of cheerful floral décor. The sun room overlooks the back deck & backyard.

There are a number of sitting areas just waiting for you to sit down & relax with a spot of tea or a good book. There is a well-stocked video, CD, book & game board library, as well as 2 Karaoke Machines w/ 2 microphones & lots of songs for your group or family to enjoy!

The 5 bedrooms come fully furnished w/ 4 new Queen beds & 1 new Twin bed, luxurious comforters & high thread count linens, large closets (11x8 in Mas Bed), beautiful antique dressers and/or exquisite antique secretaries, gold gilded lamps, gold sconces or chandelier, & delicate draperies. The larger bedroom sizes are as follows: 15x10, 14x13, 14x13, 13x13 & 12x9. There are also 3 Queen sized supreme seat height air mattress beds along with other sized seat height air mattress beds that automatically inflate & deflate which will accommodate 8 to 10 more Guests. There are additional linens & comforter sets, with shams, accent décor pillows, & all types of pillows.

The Master Bathroom has a private bathroom w/ a matching pedestal sink & toilet w/ a spacious shower.

The other 2 bathrooms have combo bathtub/showers with double sinks & mirrors. There is plenty of cabinetry space for everyone’s personal items. All of the bathrooms are fully stocked w/ soft & luxurious towels & bathmats.

The indoor laundry center is equipped w/ 2 washers & 1 dryer which are easily accessible from the kitchen.

There is a large walk-in closet that holds all the extra air mattress beds, linens, table settings, as well as kids toys, puzzles, games, karaoke machines, 2 large folding tables, and outdoor furniture cushions.

In the coat closet you will find many board games.

The sweet, serene courtyard style backyard has a wood deck right off of the sun room & is fully fenced. There are 2 Weber gas BBQ grills for your outdoor dining pleasure w/ plenty of outdoor furniture on the deck as well additional furniture in the storage shed in the backyard. There is a picnic basket and plenty of children's outdoor toys ready for fun and games.

There is a long covered front porch with 3 matching bistro sets to sit on while drinking your morning coffee as you watch the world go by. The front yard is adorned with beautiful rose bushes.

There is plenty of parking on the property for 5 cars, as well as plenty of parking available on the street in front of the house.

The Harry Holt Neighborhood Park is just a block and a half away walk from the property. It is a two acre park centrally located in Creswell close to downtown, one block north of Oregon Avenue. It is surrounded by residential homes. The facilities include rest rooms, basketball courts, tennis courts, grass volleyball court, 10 covered picnic tables, benches, drinking fountains, play areas, slides, balance beam, climbing bars, merry go-round, gazebo and an open field next to the basketball courts, lots of grass and parking.

All within walking distance of the home you will find a Farmer’s Market style grocery store, the famous Creswell Bakery for delicious food and baked goods, numerous Pizza spots, including My Boy’s slate fired pizza, coffee shops, library, Thai, Chinese, Mexican, burger joint, & 2 Family Diners, 2 beauty salons, barbershop, museum, clinic, Creswell City Hall, as well as many other stores for shopping. Experience life at the Historic Creswell Farmhouse! Located just 10-15 min from Downtown Eugene, University of Oregon & Wineries. We invite you to stay in our 3 Bed+ Loft, 2 Bath home that sleeps up to 10 people.

There are 3 private bedrooms and a loft area with a combined 6 beds total. The master, second bedroom, and both bathrooms are located on the first floor. A custom sliding barn door divides the first floor from the upstairs. Upstairs features another cozy master bedroom with queen bed where you can sleep beneath the eaves. The rest of the second story is a spacious open loft area with one full bed, two twins, and a desk area. There are three A/C units throughout the house. Each bedroom is also equipped with a DYSON air purifier/fan for your comfort!

Entering the home you will find an open layout kitchen, dining area, and relaxing living room with fireplace. Our well stocked kitchen is perfect for all your cooking needs. We also provide complimentary coffee and tea, and laundry pods/dryer sheets in our laundry room.

Spend some serious chill time in the family sunroom with its own antique style stove. Sit back and watch TV w/ NETFLIX, Hulu, and Disney+, or dine at one of our two dining tables, all while taking in the views of the luscious backyard patio and pool area.

The house is over 100 years old and is framed by acres of farmland on three sides providing views of local wildlife. Entering the grounds, you will also be greeted by the tallest douglas fir tree in the county!

Please note that we are conveniently located to anything you might need in the town of Creswell. This means that there can be a little bit of road noise. (See map for exact location) One of our favorite things to do is walk across the street for some ice cream and rent a red box dvd to enjoy back at the house.

Our onsite manager Ethan lives in the cottage next-door. He is a resident artist and uses the antique barn onsite as his personal studio and gallery. He is available as much or as little as you like, and always has your utmost privacy in mind. :)

The space
This 30-foot insulated yurt is kept cozy with an automatic pellet stove. It has a welcoming private path and a small picnic table area with a fire pit in a natural setting. Wifi, DVD and smart TV are provided. It has a full bathroom and laundry, as well as a kitchenette and gas grill. One comfortable queen bed is in the bedroom. A comfortable twin bed and a nice queen futon are in the main living area.

The yurt includes the use of a picnic fire pit area and a private entrance trail. There is also a fully equipped music room and hot tub that can be reserved

Campfires are sometimes restricted during the fire season. if guests wish to have a campfire, a pressurized water hose must be on and present during the campfire, and fires must be soaked three times before leaving it unattended. No fireworks, hunting, or discharging firearms is permitted on the property.

- "Such a beautiful winding drive to unwind on the way there. Trees, creeks, lakes, and even gorgeous covered bridges. Once there the yurt is situated in a lush Oregon forest. A huge center skylight and plenty of windows so feel free in the woods. Check out the music room. Its really cool. There are trails throughout the property to wander and explore. The expectation was set and exceeded. Oooh, and the totems are really cool and have a great story (as a totem should)."

The Park House is a family friendly home located in a small town. It's a great place to work from home & for an extended stay! Close to hiking, bike trails, wineries, rivers, & other outdoor activities. A renovated 1940's cottage w/ 3 bds across the street from a lovely park. Brand new appliances, fenced yard, wi-fi, and walking distance to restaurants. 10 miles south of Eugene with easy freeway access. This is small town living w/the bonus of being away from cities and yet very convenient.

Large windows flood the space with natural light making a bright and cheery space while shutters allow for privacy. Open floor plan offers many options for comfortable gathering. Stand in the kitchen and look out the large picture window to the playground across the street, historic church steeples, and beautiful tree covered hills in the distance. High-end appliances, all with sanitation options, make cooking and clean up a pleasure. Lovingly restored original hardwood floors shine throughout the house.

This is a single family cottage which includes three bedrooms, open floor living / dining / kitchen, bathroom, and mudroom with large capacity washing machine and dryer. There is a fenced front and back yard and a carport that will fit multiple cars.

Even though it's nicknamed "The Friendly City" it's really a small town. In walking distance from the Park House there are several restaurants, Creswell Bakery with amazingly delicious bread and treats, a small grocery store, a public library, and seasonal farmer's markets. It's a short drive to the Creswell Bi-Mart and the charming Blue Valley Bistro.

There's also a golf course, Emerald Valley Country Club, and a small hobby airport. During the summer there's a weekly farmers market in town and free movies in the park.

Award winning wineries of the Southern Willamette Valley region are within a 30 minute drive through rolling green hills and gorgeous countryside.

Just up the road from the renowned King Estate Winery is Carpenter Bypass, a 19 mile network of forested trails, great for mountain bikers, hikers, and horses.

An hour and a half drive west from the Park House brings you to the Oregon coast town of Florence and the dunes where you'll find many fabulous restaurants, hiking, quad riding on the dunes, and fun on the beach.

University of Oregon, Hayward Field, and Autzen Stadium are a 15 minute drive from the Park House.

All of the major hospitals in the Eugene-Springfield and Cottage Grove areas are within a 15-25 minute drive.

Creswell is very convenient. We're only minutes from the freeway and Eugene is a quick 10 mile drive north. It's actually faster to get to the Autzen Stadium and University of Oregon from Creswell than from many others areas of Eugene. Cottage Grove is 10 miles to the south. There's a public bus that runs daily from Creswell too. Beautiful back country roads are very popular with distance bike riders as well.

- "This was a great find! The host is a wonderful, God-fearing woman who was very helpful. She offered recommendations for the area and provided pleasant conversation. The rental was spacious and the AC kept the place comfortable. The beds were great and there were plenty of blankets and pillows to be had. Navigating the loft will be difficult for those that are older or heavy, but the two beds downstairs should help alleviate that issue. Will book again next time we're in town for a Ducks game!"

The Ohana is one side of a duplex home. It is completely separate from the adjacent three bedroom.

A fence opens into a small private front yard with outdoor seating and a table. The inside of the home has an open floor plan featuring a living room with comfortable seating, a wall mounted TV, and table with chairs. The kitchen is fully stocked with all that you need to enjoy cooking at home while the dishwasher makes for easy clean up. There is one step up into the bedroom which has a queen sized bed and two dressers. The bathroom is accessed through the bedroom and has a shower and shelves. There is a barn door between the bed and bathroom so there’s a slight gap by the ceiling. The wash room has a closet and full sized washer and dryer.

It is across the street from a park which was great for my kids." - "My family stayed at this property for 5 days while we attended the Olympic track and field trials in Eugene. The property was great! Everything was clean and exactly as shown in the listing. We enjoyed being able to cook breakfast in the kitchen and having the washer and dryer for some laundry. The Neiborhood is very quiet and there is a nice park across the street. The property is about 15 minutes from downtown Eugene. The location was also great for day trips. We visited the coast twice and several great parks with hikes to waterfalls. We look forward to coming back in the future. Communication with the host was also very good. She sent us instructions in advance and followed up during the visit."
