The highlight of the trip was the hot tub. The water was clean and only smelled slightly of chemicals. The controls were easy to use and it would easily seat 6 people if you want to. It was nice to relax i after a day at the Mall of America. The best part about this home is that the hosts were friendly and communicated well. They reached out to us to check on our arrival and then again to make sure we had everything we needed. They also answered quickly when we had a question. A sweet apartment that is a perfect place to rest after a busy day. It has two work stations, TV area with creative furniture, fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms (a full bed in two and a queen bed in the other). A spacious laundry room and a clean bathroom with a shower are in the lower level. MY FLAT will be perfect for 3 single friends or 3 co-workers.

Cool industrial vibe. The three bedrooms, living room, kitchen and two work stations are on the ground level. The basement has the bathroom and laundry room.
Guest access
Guests can park in the parking lot at the back of the property and enter the white door on the ground level. This door is always unlocked. Inside there is a common entryway that has two doors. One is for MY FLAT and one is for another unit called THE LOFT. A passcode for your private unit will be sent to you a couple days before your stay.
Other things to note
This unit is perfect for three students or three workers. The free laundry room is a huge bonus.

When my kids saw this unit they wanted to move in. I designed it for families to have fun and create memories. Books, puzzles, games, toys and attic nooks are a few of the things they will enjoy. Full eat-in kitchen with a view of the backyard has everything you’ll need. There is a crib and a desk in one of the debrooms. The beautifully finished attic has a sectional, TV, and two day beds each having an additional trundle bed as well. Kids love sleeping up there. Such a great space.

You will love it here. It's like you are in a Scandinavian cabin. Lots of light and wood! I guarantee you will instantly feel comfortable in this lower unit. It will be your new home and you probably will want to stay longer to enjoy games, pool matches, books, TV, workouts and of course the SAUNA!

This is a lower unit of a Duplex. The patio, backyard and playground are shared if other guest happen to be staying the same dates you are. We live next door and my kids also use the playground occasionally.

One thing to note about our property is that Willmar’s railroad is a couple blocks away. Noise is minimal but you will hear some train horns once in a while.

The back stone patio is shared between you and the guests in the lower level. That unit is called Tu Casa and may also be available if you need more space for your group.

- "The house itself is great, clearly a lot of thought was put into the decor. The yard is huge, but it is shared with the downstairs guests and the kitchen’s huge windows and hallway’s back door have no curtains, so be prepared to have people around the yard watching in as there’s no way to get some privacy when they’re out there. The driveway is also shared and only fits one car, which is first come first serve, otherwise park on the street. That was a surprise. Also we had several people walking around the yard for whatever reason, so it’s a pretty busy yard, don’t expect any privacy in it. Not a complete turn off, but a heads up would’ve been nice. We’ve found things different that they were when we left the house in the morning, but the host said “nobody entered”, which I know cannot be true, then he tried to blame it on my dog that maybe she moved things around, and, honestly, it was a very unnecessary, unprofessional and rude back and forth from then on. I felt very unsafe and almost left sooner, but I had a job to finish in the area so I sucked it up and stayed put. Again, the house is great, but Andrew, the host, was extremely rude, so unless Maria steps in to deal with guests (and hopefully does a better job doing so), I would not recommend this house nor would I come back here again."

- "This was a beautiful home and perfect for our family to stay and enjoy visiting other family. But there was no Air conditioning on the first floor which made for miserable days when it was 90+ degrees outside. The lawn was overgrown so walking outside meant you were attacked by mosquitoes. If these two things were corrected this home would absolutely get 5 stars."

You will love this cute lower level unit which is in a beautiful craftsman triplex. It’s perfect for 1-2 people. The sunshine pours in the oversized basement windows. The cozy bedroom has a queen sized bed. The galley style kitchen has a toaster oven, hotplate, microwave and all the utensils for your cooking needs. The unique part of this space is that you cross a hall that leads to the shared laundry room to use the bathroom that is designated for this unit.

This is a cozy basement unit. The shared laundry room is also in the basement. To get to your bathroom you cross a hallway outside of the main unit.
Guest access
A code for the side door will be given to you a day before your reservation. This door gives access to all three units as well as the shared laundry room. And additional code will be given for the unit's private door.

The floor is tiled and has some rugs. Bring your slippers if you like your toes to be nice and toasty!

About this space
Navi is parked in the biggest backyard in the city! It's like a park with flowers and shrubs galore, enough firewood to have a continuous campfire all weekend, raised gardens, shade trees, and a MEGA playground that is 3x the size of a normal playset. Even adults can play on it. The square aluminum picnic table seats 8 comfortably. Please come enjoy this unique in town camping experience.
The space
This RV is parked at our property. The ideas is that the RV stays parked and you enjoy the yard, fire pit and playground. Stays are limited to 3 nights because although we are hooked up to water, we are NOT hooked up to sewer. So once the tanks are full, the owner has to drive the RV to a dump station a mile away. If you use water conservatively, the tanks won’t have to be emptied during your stay.

The guest will share the backyard and playground with any other possible guests that are staying in the home, which has two units.
Other things to note
The unit is fairly secluded. On a cement pad with bushes and fences to give privacy.
