Located on the Norway Lake Chain of Lakes, this 2-bedroom private cabin provides a large lake-facing patio and backyard, as well as a sandy beach for swimming, fishing, kayaking, and relaxing.

The cabin offers the perfect accommodations for spending time with family and friends!

Full kitchen/Dining/Great-Rooms with lake views. Great room has vaulted ceiling and gas fireplace for those chilly mornings/evenings. Master bedroom has king size bed, second bedroom has double bed w/single bunk, and a single bed. Murphy bed in dining porch provides additional sleeping for two.

The dining porch seats 10 - 12. Large patio with table and chairs for additional seating. Plates and silverware for 8 are available as well as baking pans, cooking pans, cutting boards, serving platters, 12-cup coffee maker, crock pot and utensils. Large gas grill available with propane provided for your convenience. Dish soap, paper towels, garbage bags etc. are also provided. Extra full- size fridge in garage for your use too.

The two bathrooms - one full bath and one 3/4 bath with toilet paper, paper towels, and a bath towel and wash cloth for each guest provided as well as hand soap and a first aid kit. Washer and dryer located in one of the bathrooms.

There were plenty of beds - we didn't even use a couple of them. We spent a lot of time swimming and tubing from our pontoon, but the kids also enjoyed swinmming from the dock and the floating raft. Spent an afternoon enjoying mini-golf and go-carts at the Big Kahuna in Spicer, and another hiking to Mt. Tom in Sibley State Park. Water quality on Norway Lake was ok, but generally greener than some of the other lakes in the New London-Spicer area. Unfortunately, fishing was not great while we were there, but the fishermen among our group still had fun trying. The neighbors were friendly and went our of their way to say hi. We have already booked the cabin for next year and look forward to being back!"

This two story lakefront home with walkout basement has 5 bedrooms, sleeps 13 with 3 full bathrooms. Upper and lower levels have all the kitchen amenities. Pool /ping pong table with lots of additional card/board games to play are also in the lower level. Two grills are provided.
The lake home is situated on 3.5 acres with 175 feet of lakeshore. Guests have plenty of room for playing croquet, frisbee, football, soccer, volleyball and a large campfire area(Fire wood is provided). Beautiful sloped sandy beach area for kids to swim. Lake activities - 2 paddle boats, 2 canoes, 3 kayaks, 2 paddleboards, two docks and boat lift. Sunfish, bass, walleye and northern can be caught off the end of docks.
Walk to or ride your bike on a 6 mile tarred bike trail which runs adjacent to Norway and Games lakes. Along the trail is Games Lake County park where you can order burger/ chicken baskets. However their specialty and favorite for all is the hand dipped ice cream.
The lakefront home is on a quiet dead end road and is located approximately 16 miles north of Willmar.

- "The property is beautiful and quiet. We were there with our adult children and our dog. The layout of the bunk room worked especially well for us as did the abundance of bathrooms! We really enjoyed the pool table and dart board. The outside patio space is lovely. We also loved the fire ring and star gazing. The kitchen is really well stocked for cooking for and serving large groups. Also super convenient to have laundry. The area is really sweet. Beautiful apartment in the heart of the City on the Pond. New London is a thriving retail community and home to many artists. Our apartment is right on Main Street within easy walking distance to shopping, salons, spas, restaurants, bars, library and coffee shops. Please note - this is a second level apartment and our guests must be able to climb stairs.

- "It is located in a wonderful area! We could walk to get coffee, donuts, lunch, dinner, and even some shopping. Our kids go to a camp in the area and until this year we always stayed at a hotel, but we will definitely try to stay here from now on! There was a random portion cup of ketchup in the fridge and my daughter said the toilet wasn’t flushed (we didn’t see though since she went in there first) when we arrived, but other than that it was wonderfully clean! It was nice and spacious. My husband and I were even able to slide the couch back and get our workouts done in the living room which was wonderful since we had brought a few weights with."

Our lake home is a cozy, year -round home set in a nice, peaceful location off a quiet dead-end tar road. It is surrounded by pine and oak trees, level with the shoreline with close views of the water and wildlife. You can easily see the water from the large furnished deck. The water flows from ankle deep with a gradual slope.
Little Norway Lake is on a chain of lakes including Norway, West Norway and Games Lake. The lake is known for its fishing and beautiful sunsets. Fish for walleyes, northern, sunnies and crappies. Just around the corner you have access to a new walking/biking trail which takes you to County Park 7 or Sibley State Park!
With the rental comes the use of a paddle boat, canoes and kayaks. Along with your dock, you may use the boat lift for your boat. Included is a propane grill, and a few yard games. Enjoy a campfire by the water's edge.
This is intended for a single family unit. Additional rates apply for more families. There is a washer and dryer on site. The cabin is generally quite cool. For those hot summer days, there is a window AC unit in the loft. The cabin is located approximately 13 miles north of Willmar where there is ample shopping and New London has cute shops, great restaurants and the Little Crow Golf course.

If there is a recycling program in the area, marked bins would have been helpful, or more garbage bags, there were 12 people. The guys caught some really nice bass and walleye on Norway Lake and definitely want to return for more fishing! The hosts couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. We stayed Friday through Sunday nights. We had 10 adults and 10 kids and with a couple of inflatable mattresses that we brought, we had plenty of room. The water was very clear - the lake bottom at the shore was a little rocky but the kids still swam there. Plenty of room for the pontoon and fishing boat that we brought.along. Beautiful View Lodge sits on 5 acres looking over a serene pond. Spacious lawns surround this lodge, so you have plenty of room to play and enjoy the entire private property. It is a great location for snowmobiling and ice fishing. The Lodge has an open floor plan with a living area, dining area and kitchen area all together. There are 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a loft with a queen bed and 2 twin beds and a large couch. There are also 3 additional couches and a queen blow up mattress. 8-10 people can sleep comfortably. There are two big screen TVs. There is one bathroom with a walk in shower. We have an indoor sports court with all the amenities to play basketball, volleyball, pickleball, and bean bags. There is a beautiful pond and scenery to view. Enjoy time with your family and friends playing games, sitting by the firepit, watching the sunsets, and creating wonderful memories together.

- "Had an amazing time" - "My husband and I stayed at this property with our 5 children. We had a problem at the beginning of our stay, but it was resolved and our host was honest with us about the issue and followed through with getting it resolved. We enjoyed the area immensely and our host even sent us a couple of local places to consider visiting based on what our children might enjoy. We felt secure on the property and loved the open gym space! The host has thoughtfully provided many amenities in the kitchen that came in very handy as we prepared food throughout our week long stay. We would highly recommend anyone in the area to consider staying at this property!"

We loved all the space to be able to spend time together specifically the big table for family dinners, all the family rooms for game nights and movie nights, and the deck and fire pit for relaxing and s’mores. The house had absolutely everything you could ask for from a kitchen perspective. We were able to cook many meals together. The toys were great for the kids (they LOVED the American Girl doll). We spent as much time on the lake as possible and had enough hot water to shower many people and run a load of towels for the next day. - "We stayed at Feathered Acres relatively last minute (thanks Trisha!!) after making some travel plan changes and we had such a wonderful time. Travelled with mom and my two toddlers and we all had a blast. We stayed in the smaller studio unit the first night and the larger two bedroom unit the second night and both were so cute, thoughtful and comfortable! The studio can easily house 3 adults if needed and had a curtained off area where we stuck our toddler's pack n plays, and is a bit more rustic than the larger unit but was still very charming and had everything you need. The larger unit was so beautiful, has a really gorgeous view of the property and nature, feels really luxurious and was just so fun. Neither unit has a bathtub, so keep that in mind for littles but we bathed our toddlers in the large sinks in both units and they loved that and didn't want to get out. But really the best part of either place is the farm and host. Trisha is so kind and passionate about what she does. We got to see what a real farm looks and operates as and her passion for ethical and humane farming was so fun to learn about. We saw chickens, geese, cats, dogs, sheep, an alpaca, and then they are primarily hog farmers an saw the pigs as well! All of the animals were used to visitors and the cats and dogs especially couldn't be more friendly and come right up to you. Truly a special place, thank you so much!"
