However, since it seems they’re going under some sort of remodeling through out the property, some of the guests areas looked unattended. Our room was just perfect for our family stay, but it was not as clean as we would have liked.. there was sand and ground dirt in the bathroom and bath tub.. the hotel is pet friendly and although we do not have any pets, I believe we were just given the last of the rooms available because that’s exactly what we got, a room with families with pets.. we were the last room on the third floor(328), and it did not have a light outside the room lighting the door, so at night was super dark and didn’t have that feel of safety, although the entire hotel felt safe and secure.. we’ve stayed with many hotels that we’ve booked through Hotels.com and we’ve always enjoyed their selections.. this particular one was phenomenal, except for the few things mentioned, which if the hotel is given the chance they’ll be able to fix with no problems.. 😊"
