- "I love it ❤️" - "We loved our stay, but there was a few negatives We didn’t have warm water our entire 8 day stay, and no effort to resolve the issue. Multiple times our fridge wasn’t restocked with water, and the rooms were extremely humid. It felt like sleeping in a wet towel. Our room was beautiful, we had a great view of the ships coming into the port. There was no service around the pool, we weren’t used to that, servers at the pool bar Alexandre, and Gerald were excellent always remembering our drink order. The restaurant for lunch always took over 1.5- 2 hours for food , we were thankful it was raining . We never went back. Sports bar service was good when it wasn’t busy, busy and raining waited over 2 hours for nachos.. that never came.. service is all around slow. Restaurants. You HAVE to make a reservation .. no walk ups.. the Japanese was quick and very tasty. Italian and steakhouse were also very delicious, we ate a lot at the buffet because it was the quickest for lunches and dinners when we didn’t know to make a RESO Entertainment. Wow. Pollo and his crew kept us entertained everyday. Beach volleyball and crazy games by the pool. So much fun. "

Their rates are cheap but in my opinion underpriced as this place was beautiful. The cabin is cute and fully stocked. All kinds of animals to see and the flowers are so pretty. There is a scenic walkway that is a lovely walk with all kinds of flowers and different fruit trees and bushes that are labeled, i just can’t say enough about my stay there. Wish i lived closer so i could visit often, but if i am ever back in the DR i will definitely be staying there again! I don’t usually leave reviews unless i had a horrible experience and want to warn others but i feel this place deserves to be bragged on. Highly recommend!"
