We got a little swimming in off the dock but the best was waking up in the morning and having coffee / breakfast outside and listening to the birds. The bottom is soft but not too squishy so you don't have to wear water shoes if you don't want to. The house was very clean, they provided lots of bed linens, shower towels and beach towels. It says it can park 4 cars on the listing but it easily holds 6! Super close to public boat launch in Log Cabin and Lee park is pretty close as well! I would definitely stay here again. Great house! Our beautiful lake front property has been recently renovated and is ready for your visit!

Plan a family gathering, corporate retreat or group outing...just a short drive from the DFW Metroplex. This property offers a private boat ramp on a large quiet cove, perfect for water sports or just enjoying the beautiful view. The area attracts ducks, cranes & other wildlife, as well as good fishing.

There is a boat slip with cradle available that accommodates a 24-foot v-hull boat. There are tie-ups for pontoon boats or jet skis on the outside of the boat slip, as well as bumpers all around.

The main house has 5 bedrooms (3 with queen beds, one with a twin over double bunk bed, & one with 4 single bunk beds) and 2.5 bathrooms, all remodeled as of February 2021. The guest house has a twin over double bunk bed & a half bath.

Plenty of room for all, great kitchen, beautiful views of water, nice deck with great rocking chairs. The water was enjoyable, however, the bottom is all mud and that did deter some from swimming so we rented a boat. You might want to keep a broom and some wasp spray down at the dock. Many spider webs and lots of wasps. We knocked down the webs and bought wasp spray. The only other thing is that we never found a paddle boat. We saw it in the pictures and in The ad, but I assume it is no longer at the lake. All in all, I would definitely return for vacation."

Near the water, we have a large outdoor patio with a gas fireplace/chimney for enjoying smores with the kids in the evening while sharing laughs and making memories with ample Adirondack chair seating around a centralized gas firepit. Access from the house to the dock is made easy with a large flagstone walkway, with illuminated deck stair lights.

The new 2 story PARTY boat dock (complete with 3 new 10,500 pound boat lifts w/ remotes) has plenty of room for catching sun, eating, fishing, boating, swimming, or just watching the starlit nights! The water depth ranges from 6-12 ft around the dock with a safe, sandy bottom. Crappie, bass, and catfish are plentiful under and around the dock, making a FISH FRY an easy meal one night of your stay!

The house is fully equipped with standard new kitchen appliances, flatware, new dishes and luxury knife set, utensils, coffee pot, and all the amenities of home! A large dining room and table (seats 8) and great room have uninhibited views of the yard and lake via floor to ceiling windows and a large sliding glass door. The shower is large enough for 2, with plenty of power! The other downstairs bedroom has 2 queen beds, and nice access to its bathroom with a tub/shower. - "We had a wonderful time at this property for our getaway of 4 families with small children ages 18 months to 7 years old. The house was incredibly clean and very well stocked with all of the essentials. There were plenty of towels for the lake. The two fridges and two sets of washers and dryers came in handy! There are two small stairs from the living room up to the kitchen, but our kiddos all navigated them just fine. The kitchen had almost every tool or gadget we needed to cook three meals a day. The owners were great! Super easy to communicate with before and during our stay. We will 100% be coming back next year!"

Our volunteer group had our annual planning meeting there last weekend. We knocked out the meeting on Friday night and played the rest of the weekend. The house is very clean and comfortable, and plenty of room for us to play games, do puzzles, and watch movies. We had plenty of room in the kitchen to make meals and lay out snacks. Everything was in good working order. The only negative is for the road getting to the house. It is in terrible shape, but there is an alternate way to to get there (1411). This was my 2nd time to stay here, and it probably won’t be my last."

You will absolutely love this Texas style lake house situated on a private road in a small, very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The home features 5,870 sq. ft. of total comfort. It is supplied with all the household items you need ... utensils, soaps, shampoo, hair dryers, detergents, kitchen and bath towels, wash cloths, toilet paper, etc. WiFi and television service is also provided.

Home sleeps 18 comfortably. Your Family or group can use all 5 bedrooms, 2 bunkrooms, 6 and 1/2 baths. Also a private outside shower on the porch has Hot and Cold water. Fabulous custom kitchen with oversized refrigerator and freezer, two dishwashers, double ovens, microwave, warming drawer, gas stove, ice maker and all the appliances and cookware you will ever need to fix your favorite meals. The large table seats 12 with 4 backed stools at the breakfast bar. The laundry room has a large washer, dryer and another refrigerator. The porch table seats 6 with 6 additional folding chairs available. There are also folding chairs at the boat house.

The dining area and great room are huge and look directly at the lake through eight very large windows. 12 foot ceilings with wooden beams throughout the first floor add to the beauty and openness of the home. Wait till you see the bathrooms. Large upstairs Gameroom w/ Arcade Pacman, great pool table and games for the kids to use as their own. Sit on the back porch and enjoy the built in Lynx grilling area while watching the sunset around the cozy outdoor wood burning fireplace.

The boatdock has decking that is constructed of material that will not splinter and the private outside shower on the porch has Hot and Cold water. Located on a cul-de-sac in a very quiet and tranquil neighborhood down a private road with lots of extra parking available on our one acre grass lot directly across the street.

This house has it all and would be a great retreat and quiet get-away for your family. You will not be disappointed!

There are two security cameras located on the exterior of the house. One is located in the front on the garage and displays the driveway as well as the lot across the street. The second camera is on the back of the house and displays the edge of the backyard and boat dock which stores our boat and jet skis.

Lease home for up to 18 people. See rate schedule below for daily rates and minimum stay requirements. Renters must be age 25 or older. We do not rent for student groups or parties.

$750 Security Deposit is required. The Security Deposit is held 14 days after checkout until satisfactory inspection. Full payment of Rent and State Occupancy Tax of 8% plus a cleaning/linen fee of $225 is due 30 days in advance of arrival.

- "This rental was great! Beautiful home with great kitchen, fully furnished." - "The water view from this property was amazing, and the home was incredibly well-stocked and appointed. We very much enjoyed floating off the pier, playing board games, and enjoying one another’s company. The water depth at the end of the dock is probably around 5.5 feet (the lake is currently down about half a foot) but more shallow on the sides, which made for perfect floating or standing. The house itself is on the smaller side, but it was great for our group of four as we were outside most of the time. The one change that I would make is that the master bedroom doors are beautiful glass paned barn doors, but some of the panes are missing at the top, and by virtue of a barn door, there was no real privacy or sound barrier between the living room/kitchen and the bedroom - make sure that the early risers take that room! A great house that I would definitely consider again."
