Explore and fish the lake from the dock or the two provided fishing kayaks.

I hope your family and friends make half as many life memories as we have. Every inch of the house has been remodeled from the beams up. Enjoy the updated floor plan and magazine ready interior that has lake charm and a relaxed laid back vibe. The master bedroom is huge with a king bed and on-suite. 2nd bedroom has queen bed. 3rd bedroom has bunk beds with twin and double. Couch makes out into a bed with lake view! Kitchen is perfectly equipped, completely remodeled and opens up into family room. Large flat screen TV in family room and DVD player. Wifi on site. Large dining table that can sit up to 12. Two sets of sliding glass doors offer an amazing view of the lake and a huge multi-level deck. There is a bonus carport suite bedroom that everyone will fight over in the carport. Completely private with queen bed, full bathroom with shower, flat screen TV and A/C & heat. The lake facing backyard has ample seating, with two tables and chairs, chaise lounges, and couch to relax with water views! Fire pit area for camp fire and smores! Very safe part of the lake as we are on a cut to the main part of the lake. So very safe area for lounging in the water. We have fishing poles, 1 paddle boarding and 2 kayaks.
Gas grill and best of all a professional smoker! The "Skinny Cow" smoker has produced restaurant quality briskets, ribs and sausage and has become legendary with family and friends.
We have tons of games, puzzles, cornhole, washers and more.
Please note, this is a non-smoking house. If you or your guest smoke outside, please pick up your butts. Any cigarette trash will void your deposit. We have wifi and cable. Please no pets, owner allergic.

This home boasts a fantastic boathouse with large party deck to tie up your boat/jet skis, stargaze, or to watch the gorgeous sunsets over the lake! The two decker boat dock can comfortably hold the entire family. While some may want to relax on the decks with a cup of coffee or a cocktail, or swim and fish off the dock, others can enjoy a family adventure on the calm waters in the complementary canoe, or launch your own personal water toys off the private neighborhood boat launch.

Inside you will notice the breathtaking, panoramic open water view through the large wall of windows, while enjoying the ambiance set by the vaulted cedar ceiling and beams, wood-burning fireplace and beautiful decor. The open concept living/dining areas lead directly to the outdoors, so you are only steps from the lake! The living area is airy and comfortable with plenty of seating for a crowd, movie or game night, yet has a few separate areas for reading, eating or relaxing. The well-stocked galley kitchen has plenty of storage and is open to the living and dining areas, including an eat-in bar all while showcasing the gorgeous view of the lake! There is a laundry room with full-sized W/D for your use. Three large bedrooms are designed with comfort and function in mind, with chairs, hooks, lighting, soothing colors, and spots to put your clothes and suitcases. The master has a view of the lake, private entrance, reading nook and private bath while the second bedroom has a queen bed with a peek-a-boo lake view, comfy chair and plenty of storage. The bunkroom is set up for kids or a second family with a day bed/trundle that pulls out as a second twin bed or pops up to make a king bed, as well as two full sized bunk beds complete with designer linens. There is a large closet, and a TV/DVD/Wii available for entertainment. A main bathroom with tub and shower is located off the hallway.

In addition to all of the water views and activities, this cottage offers a great location to venture off to Canton for a day at the flea market, Malakoff for antiquing, or Seven Points and Gun Barrel for a night out for dinner, bingo or the recreation park for the kids (big and small).
