This hand crafted, lofted 1 bedroom cottage was hand built by the owners and is located 1/10 of a mile off the road and is ideal for those wanting to relax and read a book, watch wildlife or just relax after a day trip.

Included is all linens, towels, dishes, cookery, some spices, a stocked pantry and stove and microwave. Also has a gas grill. Don't forget to peak in the freezer for Blue Bell.

Provided for breakfast at your leisure is coffee, milk, fruit, farm fresh eggs, and cereal.

We were within 20-30 minutes of Canton and Tyler which we explored. The stairs to the loft are VERY steep but as long as you don't have any mobility issues you can navigate. The main house has a loft room (stairs to loft are steep) with queen size bed, 32" flat screen Smart TV and a 1/2 bath (curtain).

The main floor is open concept and has a daybed with trundle that will sleep 2 and 32" flat screen smart tv with DVR.

Kitchen with corian counter tops, large sink, and stainless steel appliances.

There is a detached room with a king size bed and washer/dryer (no bathroom).

Spend your nights gathered around the fire pit overlooking the panoramic views of the lake, cook some smores at the fire pit or steaks on the propane grill and your mornings on the porch and taking in the beautiful East Texas sunrise.

The main house is 452 square feet and the bungelow is 200 square feet. Super adorable inside. I love this house, and I think you will love it too. This property is very quiet and peaceful. There's nothing like having the lake in your back yard. Come enjoy all this property has to offer.

Perfect for a family with a boat or personal watercraft. Private access to lake. Large backyard. If you bring a boat make sure you do not go straight across lake or left, lake has many trees in this direction. Go right and stay close to docks and once you get to the cove you can go all out up to the bridge. Upstairs bedroom is great if you dont mind going up and down the steep staircase. The king suite is a bed only, very private, but if you need to go to the bathroom you have to go into the main cabin. My family loved it, on the 4th of July all the neighbors lit up the sky. Amy was great, If you dont mind lake water the water is just deep enough to be a little cold on your toes. This is a great little lake house, if you like to cookout and sit by a firepit, you will love it. Great views overlooking lake from patio and boat dock. Lake got really rough during rain storms you really have to tie down your personal water craft, we had 45 lb anchor and the waves moved the boat. Tie down between docks, this worked really well and the neighbor did not mind.

The view is just beautiful. It was a little to windy to use the fire pit but the breeze is always welcome in late June. This is the nicest place around, we enjoyed the large parking area, Plenty of room for my Tahoe, two trucks with trailers. It was nice to keep our boat in the boat dock. We played games,did puzzles while the guys caught lots of fish. I read reviews before picking this place so I knew the stairs were steep and the King size room/bungalow was separate and did not have a bathroom. The cabin was small but really cozy, loved it!

This was a great short weekend trip. The house was comfy and homey. We caught and released 12 catfish right off the deck. There was an awesome fireworks show right across the lake, must have lasted 30 minutes. So relaxing and the views are really pretty. Will probably do this again soon.

We loved spending time outside. The property is very quiet and secluded with trees behind and one side. We had no issues at all. The pool was nice as well. The inside is so nice and feels very homey. The kitchen has everything you need, island, nice refrigerator with ice maker and filtered water, dishwasher and all the gagets and utensils are very helpful. Ivy was very helpful, nice and we can't wait to go back again!"

The lake offers over 25,000 Acres of Surface Water. Which was formed by the earth filled Blackburn Crossing Dam, Lake Palestine was impounded in 1962. The dam and lake underwent an enlargement project in 1969 that was completed in 1972, resulting in the clean and clear reservoir of today. With 135 miles of shoreline, for fun for all.

The Media Bass Individual Tournament is a local favorite and even sponsors a Little League class entry for young anglers. Jet skiing, boating, and swimming couldn't be more perfect on the calm waters of Lake Palestine.

- "The communication with the owner is absolutely top notch! I don’t think it ever took longer than 5-10 minutes to get a reply before arriving and I asked a LOT of questions. The property itself is very clean (I am super picky) and the way the owner holds onto things so loosely was an incredible testimony to me. By that, I mean our comfort in use of their food items that we maybe forgot, the willingness to get extra gas for wave runners, volunteering of their time if we found we needed pizza dough lessons- and more! Just incredible generosity and thoughtfulness but never intrusive. The pizza oven was amazing and my son got so tickled his pizza finished right at the climax of the song “My Way” by Frank Sinatra which was playing over the excellent sound system! We waffled on the extra money for the wave runners but they were the highlight of the trip so we were VERY happy we opted to do that. The only thing I will say we were not aware of (but probably should have figured out from pictures) is there is a step down to den area and the dining is outside down two steps that do not have a railing. My father in law is limited in mobility and memory so forgot the step to den once (he tripped but didn’t go down as couch right there) and was unable to eat outside. He enjoyed one of the many barstools around the island inside. I could go on and on about the rest of the good- weight room, anyone?! rain showers, cooling beds, gadgets galore, etc. We had a family of 8 and had room"

Breezy Shores Lake House is on Lake Palestine with awesome views of the lake. The boat launch is only 1/2 mile to the public boat launch. The house is 1800 sq feet with new leather furniture which faces the views of the Lake Palestine. Enjoy the large deck facing the water, one side for soaking up the sun and the other side is covered for that southern porch sitting. for catching up with family and friends. Also, a covered area to do your grilling. This property has it all and must visit property.

Both living areas and the three bedrooms all have streaming (Roku) TVs and ceiling fans. The space has a total of 6 beds: 3 queen, 1 sofa bed in living room, 2 twins (trundle) in office.

Upstairs includes: Balcony with rockers overlooking the property, kitchen, coffee bar, dining table (seats 6), living, bathroom with shower/tub, office space with trundle bed (rolls out to 2 twins), and queen Murphy bedroom.

Downstairs includes sun room, two queen bedrooms, bathroom with shower/tub, living area with queen sofa bed and game/dining table (seats 4), laundry room with coffee bar, washer & dryer.

Home is located on peaceful street, with a carport and extra parking on driveway. You will have access to our private subdivision boat ramp, located on our street.

Bathrooms have basic toiletries. For convenience, charming downtown Chandler is a 12 minute drive, with groceries, ACE Hardware, dining and shopping. For extreme convenience, Pizza Pro delivers, and the Family Dollar (that includes grocery basics), gas station, and donut shop are only 4 minutes away.

Overlooking the water, this home has been renovated inside and out! It sits at the end of a quiet circle and is a 3B2.5B home with a beautiful master ensuite and a porch that extends across the back of the entire property. We have a firepit area and lots of wood for guests to use. Please note that the back deck is open and may not be safe for small children.

There is a boat dock so you can park your boat at the house.

We do allow pets, however there is a $100 pet fee per stay.

Bring your gear to enjoy kayaking the cove and great fishing from the private dock with boat ramp nearby. The property is centrally located for quick access to fishing spots and other activities around the lake. The cove is very active with wildlife and great for birdwatching or enjoying a nice sunset.

kayak/towable rentals are available as add-ons to the reservation at a daily rate of $75 for kayak access per day of your trip and $75 for towable access per day or your trip or choose to add on both towable and kayaks access at the same time to save 25% for $112.50 per day

In all there are 4 adult pelican brand sit in kayaks, 2 lifetime brand child sit on top kayaks (go to 140 lbs so smaller adults can also use them), and 2 lifetime sit on top adult kayaks that are less attractive to look at but still fully functional.

With two separate living spaces, there is plenty of space for your family to spread out. The home comfortably sleeps ten people in four different bedrooms. A pull-out sofa in the downstairs den allows an extra 2 people to sleep.

As you walk in the door, you are greeted with a gorgeous view of the water out the back windows. To your right, is a large living room area with a television and dvd player to allow your family to relax with a movie after a full day of play!

A dining area and large kitchen are at the front of the house with a utility and mudroom at the end. The utility room has a washer and dryer available for your use. Detergent and a dryer sheets are provided.

Behind the kitchen, is a large covered patio with a table and chairs, and a rocking bench that is the perfect relaxation spot! We call it the “deck of tranquility”.

To the left of the dining area, you will find the staircase that leads you to the downstairs den, bathroom, and bedroom. PLEASE NOTE this is an open staircase! There is no door or gate! The large den has a pull out sofa sleeper, an arcade style game, a foosball table, and a smart tv. Double doors in the den lead you to the downstairs outdoor patio, with a short walk down the lawn to the fire pit area.

Upstairs and down the hall to your left, is the first guest bedroom. Fit for a queen, this comfortable queen bed will give you a great night’s sleep.

The next room to the left, is the bunk room. The bunk room has two bunk beds to allow four children to sleep comfortably. A built in desk with a printer hookup gives space to check email on your laptop.

Across from the bunk room is the master bedroom. With automatic blackout curtains, you can sleep in until your heart’s content, or wake up early, press a button to open the curtains, and view the sunrise from the comfort of your bed. Attached is the master bath

Awake from the master bedroom with a beautiful view of the sunrise. Enjoy your coffee in the stocked kitchen, while viewing the wildlife from large windows.

Enjoy your breakfast on the covered patio, as you watch the cranes and herons swoop over the water. Let the stress melt off as listen to the sounds of nature.

Spend the afternoon outside, fishing at the dock, and swimming in the water. We have two adults kayaks and three youth kayaks for your use. A fisherman’s dream, the home has direct access to Flat Bay channel where bass, catfish, and crappie can be caught plentifully from the dock. There is a marina located less than a mile away. A boat launch is located at the entrance of the street.

The area directly to the right of the home has been designated as a bird sanctuary. For the nature lover, this is a true gem of a spot. Binoculars and a bird identification book are provided for your viewing pleasure.

Come in for the day and cook up some steaks on the grill for dinner. Enjoy your meal with a glass of wine as you watch the sunset display a beautiful myriad of colors across the water.
