Located in a gated community, it is comfortable and inviting..The large family room downstairs is perfect for cozy gatherings and movie nights with comfortable seating and amazing views of the lake. Our large screen TV is set up with Roku for streaming. There is a formal living area just off the kitchen where you can relax, read a book, or enjoy visiting with friends and family.
Readers will enjoy the cozy and comfortable reading nooks. The 2nd floor master bedroom has a king bed and beautiful en suite bath. The soaking tub is heavenly! Connected to the master suite is an outside covered veranda overlooking the lake with two rocking chairs for your enjoyment. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths downstairs, both with queen beds. Extra care has been taken with the linens to maximize your comfort. The 4th bedroom has a a quad bunk bed system with pull out trundle bed and a fold out Futon. Great views! Waterfront home on DEEP water cove in quiet neighborhood (water is 14-16’ deep at the end of our dock - and 35-40’ at the opening of our cove). Perfect for a couples romantic weekend, a family getaway or fishing tournaments. Home sits on very quiet cul-de-sac so there is no thru traffic, and plenty of parking. Nice covered deck with great lake views. Two sets of tables and chairs for outdoor dining on the deck. Grilling area close to the water with additional seating and tables. Fire pit by the water which is perfect for nice relaxing evenings.

Nice boat dock with plenty of room for your boat or pwc, and large open deck perfect for playing or sunbathing. Dock has a ladder for easy entry to/from deck and water if you want to swim in the quiet cove. There are three kayaks and a paddle board available (use at your own risk). Several life jackets available for your use ranging from Childs Small to Adult Small. Please note: our boat is not pictured, however it is in the boat lift. Because we are in a quiet cove off the open water, most guests tie their boat to one of several spots available on the large dock, and no one has had an issue. One of the many benefits of not having rough waves or boats passing by quickly like on the open water.

Our cove is deep and tends to attract a lot of fish, turtles, ducks, geese, blue heron, and even pelicans! We often have squirrels, cardinals, blue jays and many other birds in our backyard, and occasionally see deer in the front. Natures paradise!

Four bedrooms, daybed with trundle and oversized chair with twin sleeper. Three of the bedrooms have Queen Beds, and fourth bedroom has two sets of bunk beds - one set with two twin beds, and second set with two full size beds. Daybed with trundle and sleeper chair with twin mattress are located in second living area and have fantastic water views.

No loud parties or large groups. Our neighborhood is mostly full-time residents who are retirees so it is a quiet serene place most of the time.

Spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom open concept living. Sleeps 10 comfortably - Room for 2 additional people. FANTASTIC view of the lake (open water) sets the tone for a relaxing stay. We have a propane grill on the covered patio - one side is for grilling and one side is for smoking [pellet smoker. You will need to bring your own pellets]. We also have extra fold-able tables available for you to use in the garage.

The backyard has plenty of space for outside games (we offer corn hole and ladder ball) . The fire pit and chairs down by the lake are a perfect way to enjoy the s'mores and sunsets.

A large outdoor new composite deck boasts plenty of room for grilling, relaxing in new comfortable patio furniture and chaise loungers with your morning coffee, or having a glass of wine or evening meal in the evening on new Adirondack patio table and chairs for 6 people. Near the water, we have a large outdoor patio with a gas fireplace/chimney for enjoying smores with the kids in the evening while sharing laughs and making memories with ample Adirondack chair seating around a centralized gas firepit. Access from the house to the dock is made easy with a large flagstone walkway, with illuminated deck stair lights.

The new 2 story PARTY boat dock (complete with 3 new 10,500 pound boat lifts w/ remotes) has plenty of room for catching sun, eating, fishing, boating, swimming, or just watching the starlit nights! The water depth ranges from 6-12 ft around the dock with a safe, sandy bottom. The downstairs master en-suite (king bed) has a large walk-in closet, walk-in shower, stand alone bathtub, double sink vanity, and amazing views. The shower is large enough for 2, with plenty of power! The other downstairs bedroom has 2 queen beds, and nice access to its bathroom with a tub/shower. There is a 2nd master suite (kind bed + single twin) upstairs with a double head shower for 2 people as well, along with a double sink vanity, and great lake views from the large window. The other bedroom upstairs has a queen bed + single twin and its own bathroom with standing shower. We have the most comfortable new pillow-top beds and cold A/C for any of you late sleepers!! This end of the lake has deeper, clearer water, for better fishing, and is only minutes away from Tara Winery. - "We had a wonderful time at this property for our getaway of 4 families with small children ages 18 months to 7 years old. The house was incredibly clean and very well stocked with all of the essentials. There were plenty of towels for the lake. The two fridges and two sets of washers and dryers came in handy! There are two small stairs from the living room up to the kitchen, but our kiddos all navigated them just fine. The kitchen had almost every tool or gadget we needed to cook three meals a day. The owners were great! Super easy to communicate with before and during our stay. We will 100% be coming back next year!"

Beds comfortably sleep 6 adults, but has housed more with kids and adventurous adults who aren't afraid to get out an air mattress or sleeping bags.
