- "This property met my expectations and I am satisfied." - "Great spot will stay again" - "Heater was not working right. Would go on for 30 seconds then turn off and then go on in 5 minutes. It eventually heated the room but kinda strange operation. The front desk wasn't available in the morning for checkout. The fridge was more a freezer than a fridge. I turned it to 1 but all my things ended up frozen. Would probably not return. "

Excellent comfortable stay good value " - "Fast check in. Pool was clean. Room comfortably and has refrigerator and microwave. Gas station and convenience store right across the street. Very quiet. " - "This property was super clean and very well maintained. Check-in was easy and the desk clerk was friendly and pleasant. Room had a fridge and micro wave, and the bed was comfortable. LIke all the hotels/motels in Lone Pine (except for one) it doesn't allow dogs. This is stronger because it's such a hiking/backpacking/camping area, which usually means lots of dogs. Our dog slept in our car for the night which worked out okay, but still, kind of crazy."

The property was remote enough that we felt like we were in our own oasis. It was an amazing weekend and we highly recommend Lone East and Lydia."

- "Awesome location, great views, great way to relax for a few days" - "This was the perfect space to relax and take in the view of the mountains! Joost was also a wonderful host and gave us some ideas for cool things to explore nearby. My friend and I LOVED everything about the space, especially the decor, and being able to take in the view of the quiet desert, mountains, and some horses nearby. Definitely take some time to sit on the deck or the rocks out back and look at the stars, too!! Wish I could have stayed a little longer. Thanks, Joost, for a great stay!"

- "Four of us stayed at the house, and it was truly amazing. Bright, clean, and truly well-appointed with all the things you need to actually use the house (it even had an airfryer in the kitchen!). Great comfortable beds and actual warm blankets for winter. Ultimately it was even better than the pictures suggest! Super location--easy access to get into town and all the beautiful natural spaces Lone Pine has to offer. Only issue was the heat was very low on arrival and temps had dropped, so needed a few house to get truly comfortable, but it resolved without issue. The host had good, quick communication. I can't wait to revisit this home next time in Lone Pine!"

- "This house was too big for our needs (just 2 people) but heck, that view, a pool, a jacuzzi!!!, a full kitchen fully outfitted, privacy, location…this house delivered on all. The bed in the primary bedroom is a Therapedic and super comfy. We slept well. The birds on the fringes of the patio were wonderful too. Mobs of quail were a special treat. Jennifer couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful. We would definitely return if Lone Pine comes around again in our travels!"

- "I travel extensively for work and rent houses across the US. I am so tired of the oversell with misleading photos and descriptions. This place was the rare undersell. The pictures do not do it justice. It is a great spacious house with comfortable beds. Sleeps 6 and HAS dishes & place settings that match that number. Plenty of pots and pans. We throughly enjoyed it and would rent again in a heartbeat. Joy was excellent to work with. " - "Beautiful piece of property that is well maintained. Owner was easy to get in touch in preparation coming there. No problems just like to grab and feel comfortable AND I DID. Joy is great person to work with. Ya can’t do wrong with her. "

About this space
THINK TINY, THINK ADVENTURE
Modern TINY (16') Home on Wheels was inspired and built with a desire for minimalism, clean lines and efficiency of space. It has all the modern amenities you need in the midst of Nature. Space is sufficient but limited.
Tiny is located inside "Lone Pine Mobile Oasis" RV PARK, on the west side of HWY 395, and Lubken Canyon. There is Hwy noise and there are neighbors. Semi's do drive the Hwy during the night. Please preview location before booking.
The space:
Our home is only 16' long (8'x16') but has a well-equipped kitchenette, full bath with a shower and a conventional toilet.
The kitchenette has the basics and then some... a portable induction cook top, pots and pans, cooking utensils, basic spices and condiments. It also has a Britta water pitcher/ filter for your convenience!
The living / sleeping space is a twin size sofa / daybed with a pull out trundle. The foam mattress size is 38" x 75" for both beds. The top mattress is 8" thick with a weight capacity of 400 lbs and the trundle is 6" thick with a weight capacity of 250 lbs. This may not have enough support or may be uncomfortable for some including someone over 6'2".
The dining space has a movable coffee table /bench /shoe rack/ storage with locking brakes and a lift up dining table / office desk.
The bench also stores the 2nd comforter for the bottom bed.
TINY is very well insulated with Rockwool in all walls, ceiling and floor, has a built in wall AC/Heater with remote control, dual pane windows and doors, tinted glass and black out remote controlled shades for your comfort and enjoyment.
TINY only has 50 amps of power and the on demand water heater requires 50 amps. Only 2 lights are able to be used while taking a hot shower. THE BREAKER MAY SHUT DOWN AND WOULD NEED TO BE RESET. This hasn't happened in over a year but, just in case.
CAUTION: Things appear smaller than they feel like inside!
Driving up you may think, "OMG, it's so small", but after you step inside, you will hopefully feel, "WOW, it feels bigger than it looks".
The 395 highway may be too close and light sleepers may feel it is still too noisy. Please do not book and leave a bad review if this would bother you.
Thank you!
Guest access:
Guests have full access to all of TINY and its outdoor space.
There is a lockbox for easy and convenient entry.
The RV park does have coin operated Laundry facilities for those of you who may want an extended stay.

- "My girlfriend and I stayed at “Tiny” and had an awesome time, it took a little getting used to being so small but after a little while it felt fine. No wifi didn’t bother us and neither did the nearby freeway. It had everything we needed for a pleasant stay and waking up to the views of the Alabama hills was breathtaking!" - "The property was clean, all the amenities accept a toaster. Very conveniently located for our trip, I would stay there again for sure…"

- "You will NOT find a more magical stay near Lone Pine than Swetha’s incredible tiny home. She has gone above and beyond to make sure the tiny home has just what you need and that everything is extremely intuitive. At the time we stayed, the tiny home looked brand new even though we saw notes from about 10 previous guests on the guest log wall. Swetha left us the sweetest handwritten note and took care of lots of details that weren’t necessary but such a personal touch. All of the finishes in the tiny home are elevated, and we kept finding luxe little touches all over the place. AND THE VIEWS! Honestly can’t recommend this place enough. Just wish we had a reason to book it for longer. Thanks Swetha!"
