It was completely booked and staff still made us feel very welcome and took great care of us. We had a small issue getting the AC to work in our room and within five minutes someone was in our room helping us. Breakfast had variety as well as juice and coffee. When we asked for ice later in the day the lady at the front desk made sure we had plenty. They allowed us to place our lawn chairs in the front grassy area for eclipse viewing. This hotel is a bit older than some but is well taken care of. We found the Dexter Inn to be inviting and wonderful for our family. We would gladly stay here again. "

Beautiful and cozy 1 story brick home built in the 1950's (approximately 1100 sq. ft). Newly remodeled in 2023; this quaint home includes 2 bedrooms both with queen sized bed and 2 bathrooms 1 with shower/tub combo and 1 with shower only. Appliances purchased new in April 2023 including washer and dryer, refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave & garbage disposal. Living room has a full-size couch with a Smart TV and free WIFI.

Located in downtown Dexter within walking distance to historic streets full of boutiques, restaurants, fitness center, etc... across the street from The Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home

No garage or covered parking (yet) but ample parking along the side of the house with additional parking on the street.

Welcome to CJ's House. Thank you for booking with us. This is a 1930 house with 2 bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths. It is set up to sleep up to 10 people with a queen bed in the master a full on full bunk bed in the second bedroom. There is also a rollaway bed available in the master closet and a queen mattress in the second bedroom along with a pack and play for any little ones. The house is equipped with Wifi, Internet, Dvd, Roku, full kitchen, Washer/Dryer, shaded backyard with fencing on 3 sides, screened back porch, lawn chairs and fire pit. It is one block from Business 60 and 4 blocks to downtown, you can shop, eat, and relax!

- "Yard could use some clean up. Back bathroom had dust/dirt on sink and toilet. Mouse droppings in kitchen drawers and couch in living room. Picture showed a keurig in kitchen so I bought some to fit and when we got there we saw a regular coffee pot, so the picture needs to be updated. Great location! House is very quaint. Bed in main bedroom was soft and comfy but my husband likes a more firm mattress. Over all nice place. Very dated."
