You can see multiple layers of paint on the walls. The bed was broken somehow. It was sloping down toward the floor on the right side. There were only two pillows on the bed. Normally for two travelers there are four pillows. There was just one bath towel in the room. There were other towels, but they were not full sized for an adult to shower with. I killed a roach making it's way across the desk top. And last but not least, the staff entered my room while I was not there. I know this because they called me to tell me my belongings were still there.... 3 hours before checkout time.I had run out to grab some breakfast and the staff chose to enter my room without my consent ot knowledge. - "Good service " - "We just slept here, arrived late, left early. The young man behind the desk, Mohammad, was very accommodating, nice & friendly. The room is nice and big, long desk, love seat, vanity area, nice tub. However, there was an odor in the room. Most likely old cigarette smoke. Speaking of gross, there was 1 really gross thing. The fridge was a good size & was clean, but the little freezer area was YUCK. It looked like someone froze a coke and it busted. Probably just an over sight of the cleaning staff. Will definitely mention that upon check out. Also, the towels are very thin. All in all though, the room was very comfortable, the bed slept great and it was a pleasant stay. "

- "Great place for all ages" - "Green Frog Village was a great place to rest and enjoy visiting friends and family. My 87 year old mom was entertained by all your log cabins and antiques. Hosts could not have been more accommodating. Privacy to visit pond side by the fire pit or swing and rock on the wrap around porch was perfect. The kitchen was well equipped. The fireplace was so cozy. Overall we loved our 10 day stay in the Pines cabin!"

Our other nearby listing, the cabin in the Pines also accommodates five. If you're trying to decide which is best for you, consider that the Pines Cabin has a more private setting but open loft sleeping arrangements. The Holly House is closer to a main road and has separate bedrooms.

This is a newly renovated farm house from the 1930's. It's located in a rural, farm setting. Quiet, peaceful, safe spot. Surrounded by cotton and soybeans fields, and a peaceful pond behind thg the house. Llamas and goats next door!

▶ No parties. Significant noise or playing loud music after 9:00 pm will result in you being asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.

▶ No smoking of any substance is permitted in the unit. Evidence of any type of smoking will result in a $250 fee, and you will be asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.

▶ Check-in is at/after 4 pm and check-out time is no later than 11 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability. Late check-out without prior approval will result in a fee of $100 per hour for each hour after 11 am.

▶ During check-in, you will find towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper provided for your convenience. Please note that we do not provide additional supplies during your stay, so we recommend planning accordingly.

▶ Please note that moving the furniture in the house is not permitted. Violation of this rule can result in a penalty in the amount of $250.

▶ TRASH: Trash comes on Tuesday. There is one container in the driveway. Please place the trash container at the front of the driveway the night before collection.

▶ Do not flush paper towels, wipes, trash, or feminine products down the toilet. Please use the bins instead. If it is found that something has been flushed and clogged the septic system, you could be charged damages.

▶ Our properties are professionally cleaned and treated regularly for pests. Due to the local climate, occasional insects may enter the home despite our best efforts. Please let us know if you experience any issues, and we’ll address them immediately.
