- "Kind of disappointed in the room hotel choice of room for me when I arrived. They gave room to someone else then claimed it was overbooked once Hotel.com spoke with them. They explained to me totally different. In for me to have that room I must extend my stay from 3 days to 5 days and that’s for any room with tub and washer/dryer combination. Not Cool someone should have NOTIFIED me August 1 of their changes. Hotel.com you all sent my reservation to them very late. - "The room was large and easily fit all five of us with plenty of space. The only thing we noted was the food left over from the previous occupant was still in the fridge. However, these are the issues we had: There was a significant issue with the expedia booking that seemed to cause problems for Home2, which took about 15 minutes to figure out at check-in. After that, we could not access the room for quite some time because it was still allocated, in the system, to another party who had already checked out. Once we were finally in the room, we noticed that all of the previous occupants dishes and drinks still in the room. Additionally, the room smelled strongly of smoke from illegal substances and we found that the previous occupant had taped up the smoke detector to prevent the alarm going off. We were not offered an alternative room — probably because all rooms were booked. We were promised a refund by the staff, and told it should show up on our card by yesterday, but have not received one yet."

I was so impressed with the integrity of the housekeeper (Keona) and the manager for going above and beyond to keep my jewelry safe. We booked 2 more nights for a later trip, based on the professionalism, integrity, patience and care this staff gave us. Thank you!"
