This lake house has an easy slope to the pier and beautiful views from almost every room in the house. There is a boat slip for guests who want to bring their boat. It features three bedrooms, two baths and two living areas (one with sofa bed). There is a full kitchen upstairs and a kitchenette downstairs. It is a short drive to shopping and restaurants. Very close to the Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail Course in Muscle Shoals.
The house is only two miles from a grocery store and wine/liquor store. Stanfield's Steak House is also close. It is a short drive to the attractions and restaurants in Muscle Shoals, Florence and Tuscumbia.

The Unique Benefits of this House: I am a very water oriented person. Living right on the water is by far the best therapy one could ever want. I want clients to enjoy all the water activities that go with living on the water. I do all the maintenance and enjoy cooking outside and at anytime I might show up at the rental house with a sampler of things I decided to cook. I am constantly adding amenities and welcome requests from clients to make this house more enjoyable, and there have been some great suggestions that I have followed through with to complete their requests..
Also, If needed I will also do all your grocery shopping prior to your arrival. All I need is a grocery list and a reasonable notice if you would like this included.

The Home
The highlights of the home are the views of Wilson Lake that allow guest to find tranquility. Guests can enjoy leisurely actives such as fishing off the pier, catching up on their favorite shows, or just relaxing on the deck with a good book while enjoying the views. There is a fire pit that can be used on chilly nights.

The home may be called a tiny home but offers all the amenities of a full-size home.
The living room and kitchen have an open floor plan. The living room has a designated workspace that allows working at home. There is a smart TV in the living room area with basic cable and seating area. The kitchen offers seating at the bar with full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. There are blinds throughout the home to allow for privacy.

The one bedroom offers a queen bed with and additional air conditioning unit.

The bathroom offers a bathtub with shower.

The loft has two twin size mattresses. Refer to the pictures and has limited head space. These two mattresses have the bedding folded on top of the mattresses. Enter loft at own risk. No children allowed in loft at any time. Handrail must be used while entering and exiting loft.

Please note that the path to get to pier has several steps and slopes downward. Use caution when walking to pier and the handrail must be used. Children are not allowed to be unaccompanied at any time while on pier.

Due to safety and security reasons visitors of any type must be communicated with and approved by the host before arrival of visitors. Charges may apply to any additional proposed and approved overnight or part time visitors/ guests.

Come enjoy a relaxing stay at one of four cozy cabins overlooking a one-acre pond. The newly constructed cabins are in the country, but only minutes away from all types of activities offered by the Shoals area. We believe in hospitality here, so you and your family will have everything you need for a comfortable stay. There are lots of exciting things to do and events happening throughout the year, but if you want to relax and unwind, this is the perfect place for you!
The space
Each spacious, one room cabin has a king-sized bed and a loft with two twin beds. The living area has a sofa bed that sleeps two additional people and an electric fireplace. WIFI is provided and the Smart TV can be viewed from the living area and the king bed as well. The cabin is heated and cooled with two mini split units located in the main area and in the loft. We built the headboard and ship’s ladder stairs ourselves out of the wood from the original barn.

The kitchen has full sized appliances with a stacked washer and dryer. A 12-cup coffee maker, a single serve K-cup maker and a toaster is provided, along with all utensils to make cooking easy. The first several uses for coffee, detergent and paper products will be provided.

Relaxing is easy on the covered back deck that serves as a pier. Your supper can be cooking on the nearby freestanding outdoor grill. Additionally, the cabin has a carport for your vehicle or boat equipped with outdoor lighting, electrical outlets, and video surveillance system that you will be able to monitor from inside your cabin from a 7" handheld monitor. The circular drive can accommodate approximately 4 cars total.

The space
Step into a welcoming open-concept living space that seamlessly combines eclectic charm with modern amenities. Our cottage offers two inviting bedrooms, one queen and one full, each thoughtfully decorated for a peaceful night's sleep. Drift off to the gentle lull of the lake, and wake up to the sun rising over the water.

In addition to the deck or patio, the property features a fire pit for evening gatherings under the stars.
Guest access
Enjoy Wilson Lake by taking full advantage of the boat lift right in front of the cottage! The lift will fit either a bowrider boat or a pontoon but 21 feet long max or 2800 lbs. If bigger or heavier than that will have to tie to whips - which can support 24ft and up to 6000 lbs. There is also a double jet ski lift.
Other things to note
The fireplace is electric, please turn it off when not in use.

There is no garbage disposal. Please dispose of all food waste, grease, etc. in trash cans.

All TVs are smart TVs. Please log in for streaming your favorite shows.

- "We loved the house. It has been updated and the finishes and furnishings are very nice! The view is fabulous! There are two bedrooms on the main floor and two upstairs. We had 8 adults staying in the house and you have to go up the spiral staircase to get to the upstairs bedrooms. It was a little difficult to get up the stairs with suitcases and luggage. The bedrooms upstairs are nice, just inconvenient to get to. In the listing the pictures make the house look bigger than it really is. It’s still very nice and was great for what we needed, just thought the rooms were bigger and didn’t realize the upstairs bedrooms were up the spiral staircase. That would be good to know incase you have people staying that can’t manage stairs like that. It’s a beautiful place in a beautiful setting. The hosts were quick to respond and very helpful with all of the questions and requests we had. We would stay there again."

The Home
The highlights of the home are the views of Wilson Lake that allow guest to find tranquility. Guests can enjoy leisurely actives such as fishing off the pier, catching up on their favorite shows, or just relaxing on the deck with a good book while enjoying the views. There is a fire pit that can be used on chilly nights.

The home may be called a tiny home but offers all the amenities of a full-size home.
The living room and kitchen have an open floor plan. The living room has a designated workspace that allows working at home. There is a smart TV in the living room area with basic cable and seating area. The kitchen offers seating at the bar with full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. There are blinds throughout the home to allow for privacy.

The one bedroom offers a queen bed with and additional air conditioning unit.

The bathroom offers a bathtub with shower.

The loft has two twin size mattresses. Refer to the pictures and has limited head space. The two mattresses have the bedding folded on top of the mattresses. Enter loft at own risk. No children allowed in loft at any time. Handrail must be used while entering and exiting loft.

Please note that the path to get to pier has several steps and slopes downward. Use caution when walking to pier and the handrail must be used. Children are not allowed to be unaccompanied at any time while on pier.

Due to safety and security reasons visitors of any type must be communicated with and approved by the host before arrival of visitors. Charges may apply to any additional proposed and approved overnight or part time visitors/guests.

By booking with us, the tenants and tenants’ guest shall hereby indemnify and hold harmless the landlord and/or host against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from use of the premises such as the pier and anything else on the property regardless of the nature of the accident, injury, or loss.

This lake Condo is completely private inside and also has a separate 8x8 deck right outside the door but will share two adjoining 25+ ft. piers (3ft at start of pier up to ten feet deep at end of pier according to the time of year but that's another great feature of Wilson lake is that the water level can fluctuate a maximum of 39 inches so there is always water at the piers!

The Neighborhood:
This location is conveniently located and only a few miles from or less from gas. groceries, fishing equipment/lures etc. Dollar General & the center of Muscle Shoals city, etc. There is lots of outdoor deck space and great water for fishing, swimming, boating, kayaking, etc.!

Getting Around:
The best way to travel from this location is by automobile. You may walk to the marina that has a small lake side store, boat launch and a small grill on Friday and Saturday.

Pictures don’t do this place justice, you can tell it was a labor of love. Everywhere you turn will bring back a memory, or for my sister and I it did. Just the coolest decor, there’s a full sized disco ball on the ceiling! Come enjoy a relaxing stay at one of four cozy cabins overlooking a one-acre pond. The newly constructed cabins are in the country, but only minutes away from all types of activities offered by the Shoals area. We believe in hospitality here, so you and your family will have everything you need for a comfortable stay. There are lots of exciting things to do and events happening throughout the year, but if you want to relax and unwind, this is the perfect place for you!
The space
Each spacious, one room cabin has a king-sized bed and a loft with two twin beds. The living area has a sofa bed that sleeps two additional people and an electric fireplace. WIFI is provided and the Smart TV can be viewed from the living area and the king bed as well. The cabin is heated and cooled with two mini split units located in the main area and in the loft. We built the headboard and ship’s ladder stairs ourselves out of the wood from the original barn.

The kitchen has full sized appliances with a stacked washer and dryer. A 12-cup coffee maker, a single serve K-cup maker and a toaster is provided, along with all utensils to make cooking easy. The first several uses for coffee, detergent and paper products will be provided.

Relaxing is easy on the covered back deck that serves as a pier. Your supper can be cooking on the nearby freestanding outdoor grill. Additionally, the cabin has a carport for your vehicle or boat equipped with outdoor lighting, electrical outlets, and video surveillance system that you will be able to monitor from inside your cabin from a 7" handheld monitor. The circular drive can accommodate approximately 4 cars total.

The space
The interior of this home is an oasis of comfort and style. 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and an open-concept design make this the perfect family retreat. The primary bedroom (king) is located on the second level of the condo, with two additional bedrooms (king and full) on the third level along with a shared bathroom. The kitchen and a half-bath along with a living space are located on the first floor.
Other things to note
Two Paddleboards are provided (stored under the patio) and guests are welcome to enjoy them.

There is also a boat slip with no lift, in addition to a boat house that is shared with 4 other units.

There is no garbage disposal in the kitchen sink. Please put all food waste, grease, etc. in the garbage can.

Filtered water is available from the Brita filter attached to the kitchen sink.
All TVs are smart TVs.

All garbage should be placed in one of the outdoor trash cans at entrance to the property (at the top of the hill). Please pack your bags light! Cleaners do not haul off guest's garbage.

There are three outdoor cameras. One at garage, entry door and off balcony facing lake .
