My only complaint is the fact that, as “early-to-bed” people, the loud music and voices coming from the bar area kept us up later than we had wished. A few miles from Freddy Ts. Restaurant and night club, Ribcage BBQ, Shake Shack and Pickwick Landing State Park.

- "This family of 4 loved our weekend stay here! The hosts truly made us feel right at home! Upon pulling up we were welcomed by property owner Bob, his pup Ol’ Red and host Chanin - who couldn’t have been nicer. This 150 acre property hosts the cabin, along with a few tiny homes around a small pond w/ ducks and fish (bring your poles), and below a mountain top vista with views of the lake. The hosts were gracious enough to let us use their off-roading golf cart to explore the property, including Bob’s man cave with some amazing memorabilia! The photos really do not do this adorable cabin justice. The kitchen has all you need with indoor and outdoor eating spots. The master bedroom was very comfortable and the bathroom’s heated floors were a nice touch. The screened in porch’s super clean jacuzzi, table top propane fire pit (perfect for s’mores) and outdoor furniture was a favorite for us!!! Surround sound (inside & outside, including the patio), Alexa, large TVs w/ direct tv and Wi-Fi all easy to use. The cabin is located right off the main road just minutes from the MS TN border. Short drives to anywhere you want to go including boat rentals (highly recommend), shake shack (a must), local grocery shop and a few restaurants. This was our 1st trip to Pickwick and definitely not our last. We created some wonderful family memories and loved our time at the cabin. This is a little gem and perfect for a family or couple looking for a getaway!"

Beautiful land w/ eagles close by and a path behind our house to lake access! Our lake house has A LOT of room! Almost 2000 sq feet to enjoy inside and outside spaces. We picked this home for how many it will sleep plus the TVA land that is right behind us that leads to a beautiful view of the lake. We have a King bed in the master and comfortable Queen beds in the spare room. If you have extras coming, plenty of sleeping areas on a Queen pull out couch and a futon in the game room. Extra living space in the sun room and game room with pool table and dart board.

Corinth is small so this was close to many restaurants. Walking distance or easy drive to just about anything in town. The condo was recently renovated on a quiet 2nd floor with stairs or elevator. Of course parking was a breeze. Probably best for a single or couple, if you have family nearby or have a sense for the wonderful nearby history of the area this is a great jumping off point. We had great communication with the property owner. Very responsible. Thanks so much and we look forward to returning."

Beautiful, relaxing location located across from the river and boating ramp. Beautiful property for walking, hiking or just sitting on the deck enjoying the fountain. The Zion home has 1 bedroom, built in bunk beds, 1 bathroom, a loft with 2 full beds and free wifi. Front door view of pond with fountain and deck with table, chairs, umbrella and grill. Jet ski for rent by hour or full day to renters when its available.

The property manager, Chanin Alexander, always went above and beyond our expectations, even decorating the cabin and bringing birthday cake for the girls. THIS WOMAN NEEDS A BIG-TIME RAISE!! She is absolutely phenomenal and was always at our beck and call. I really do feel like I made a new friend. We will be back, and can't wait to see Chanin, Bob, and Red (dog) again!"

Pelican's Perch is a beautifully remodeled privately owned 2 story waterfront cabin in Eastport Cove!
In March of 2022 we purchased "Pelican's Perch" and have been completely remodeling it to offer a very modern/comfortable up to date getaway spot on Pickwick Lake. No expense has been sparred in this remodel, from granite counter tops, new cabinets, remodeled bathrooms, new lighting fixtures, to all new luxury vinyl flooring. We have a fully stocked kitchen with all the comforts of home. We offer 2 grilling areas to prepare dinner. 1 Blackstone griddle on the upstairs balcony overlooking Eastport cove, 1 gas grill and 1 charcoal grill by waters edge on our private waterfront dock complete with outdoor furniture and a gas fire pit. We are walking distance to Eastport Marina/Boat Rental, Restaurant, and Boat Ramp. We have a 20’ boat dock to park your boat at during your stay just a few steps away from the cabin. Wifi and Smart TVs in living room and both bedrooms. Sleeps up to 8 people.

- "The apartment is behind a nutrition place (ie loaded teas,Yum). The building had private parking and was very quiet. Could easily walk to restaurant and store. Apartment was cute with 2 beds and a couch. Kitchen had everything we needed. There also a washer and dryer. It was very clean with great A/C. The only thing I didn't have was a hairdryer. The outside picture of the property does not reflect that is is RIGHT beside a boat repair shop and beating and banging could be heard throughout the morning once they were open for business. This would not keep us from booking again, but I feel like this should be conveyed to potential renters. Being on a lake property without a washer/dryer is tough so if a little stackable is possible, it would be very convenient. As a family with 3 girls, an over the door full length mirror would be a great addition. Overall, pleased with our stay and would recommend to others."
