o Parking is free, guests are allowed to park in gravel areas of the property

o While staying at Bobwhite’s Retreat, you have access to the 5 acres surrounding the home. While there are no fences, we have posted flag markers identifying the property line to which our guests have access.

o Children should at all times be supervised at our property by adults. Guests are responsible for the safety of their children at all times.

o NO SMOKING: The guest acknowledges that smoking includes cigarettes, vape pens, marijuana, lighting candles, incense, or sage. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a charge of $200 per day of reservation.

o Any excessively dirty units will result in an extra cleaning fee, and we will provide photo evidence.

o The property is equipped with an exterior camera for your security and protection.

Located in Collierville (Tennessee) by a state park called Herb Parsons lake known for hiking, mountain biking trails, and fishing. Guests can take walks on Lakeview drive that circles the private portion of Herb Parsons Lake. The Wolf river is close by with options to go canoeing, kayaking, etc. Uber Eats is available for drop-off at this location.

Interstate I-40 is 15 minutes while I-269/I-385 is 8 minutes. Spring Creek Ranch (country club) is less than 5 minutes. - "During our visit, we attended a wedding. The house was immaculate! Hands down, this was the best rental we’ve ever stayed in. We were a mixed group of ages, we all had our own personal space to relax and spread out during the evenings. I couldn't get enough of the kitchen! It was literally stocked with everything we could possibly imagine, so instead of UberEats, we decided to make breakfast for everyone ourselves. My inlaws had the master and the master bath was incredible, so beautiful that it turned out to be the meeting spot for us ladies to prepare and get dressed for the wedding. While the kids swam in the pool, we managed to squeeze in a cookout enjoying the outdoor kitchen and living space. Our host was super and even showed us how to turn on/off the waterfall at the pool, which the kids loved. There were plenty of pool floaties. The basketball goal also turned out to be a hit with the older kids. In the pavilion, there was a TV on the patio and a bar for us while we grilled. My husband was able to connect to the outdoor bluetooth speaker system which was PERFECT. Us adults just floated around the pool most of the evening, enjoying the stars and the beautifully done outdoor lighting. As far as location, we were able to get around easily. There were plenty of stores and restaurants and a quick hop to the highway helped us get to the wedding venue which was in midtown Memphis area rather swiftly. Can't wait to visit again and definitely hope to stay again for more days!"
