Rooms facing highway will have traffic noise but my friend said she turned on light in bathroom shut door most of the way left fan running on air and slept like a baby. Everything in both rooms on 5th floor were fabulously clean. Everyone was polite I felt safe no problems. There is a small fitness room but at least you can go and stretch and get a light work out I walked up to the Starbucks, mall, restaurants. The "Barn Out Back" is a 1 bed, 1 bath efficiency cabin, located poolside. Perfect for relaxing, unwinding, and unplugging. We turned what used to be our horses' barn into an adorable, rustic short-term rental. The B.O.B. house stands for the Barn Out Back, but it is dedicated to my late father, Bob. He loved to work with wood and had lots of lumber left at his home after he passed. We incorporated all of his wood to create this unique and rustic cabin.

The pool and property is for registered guest only. Limit of 2 adults. We do not allow children at the pool. There are no parties or events allowed at this property. Persons other than those on the rental request are not allowed on the property.

These rules strictly apply due to liability reasons.

We are ABSOLUTELY dog friendly, we Love all fur babies. However, dogs are NOT allowed in the swimming pool. Dogs may roam the property and swim in the pond....but guests that violate this policy and allow dogs in the pool will be asked to leave the premises with no refund. There is no safe entry or exit for dogs at the pool. This places the dogs at risk and also increases the risk of damage to the liner of the pool.

You may see our Tree Service crew members early in the morning and/or in the evening as they begin and finish the workday, however, they will never interfere with your stay.

- "Have used VRBO many times in the past. Never have we had to go out and buy our own hand soap, trash bags and basic salt and pepper. We found only 1 dish towel and there was only 8 settings of silverware (kind of tough when advertised for "sleeps 13") Understand that traveling in May is iffy for pool use but it had not been cleaned, someone showed up on the second day to clean and the next day the water was black. Beds were very comfortable and house is spacious. Only wish more attention could be paid to the common things."

Parking Reminder:
Please let us know how many cars will be arriving or parking on the property so we can ensure there’s enough space available for everyone.
