Large outdoor porch with grilling located on 2nd floor provides nice views of wildlife around private pond, meadows, and woods. Located in Collierville (Tennessee) by a state park called Herb Parsons lake known for hiking, mountain biking trails, and fishing. Guests can take walks on Lakeview drive that circles the private portion of Herb Parsons Lake. The Wolf river is close by with options to go canoeing, kayaking, etc. Uber Eats is available for drop-off at this location.

Interstate I-40 is 15 minutes while I-269/I-385 is 8 minutes. Spring Creek Ranch (country club) is less than 5 minutes. Restaurants and shopping in the Collierville/Germantown area is 15 minutes (Carriage Crossing). Elvis Presley Graceland is 43 minutes. Quiet neighborhood in small town of Oakland, TN. We’re only 20 minutes from Memphis, TN, Somerville, TN, and only 10 minutes to interstate 40 and 30 minutes from Blue Oval Ford plant. Oakland TN is on Highway 64. You will need a vehicle or you can use Uber, etc. to get around. The house is open and spacious with nice backyard to sit back and relax.

There was no one staying there for several days before we checked inWhich has never happened anywhere else we have stayed…hotels or other rentals We thought we left a pair of shoes but when I inquired they told me they would check with the cleaners and we still haven’t heard back from them" - "We were in town for a family wedding. The house was large enough for us all to gather with other out of town guests. Plenty of towels and supplies provided by the host. The area was quiet and relaxing. Would definitely stay here again if in the area."

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. We have added upscale flair to our farm guesthouse that is sure to please. The front suite boasts a game package complete with a pool table, karaoke, and gaming tables. An added jam session area is also present in the suite. The grounds are everything but ordinary and include a small lake with a paddle boat, covered Veranda with Koi pond, meditation orchard, and a relaxing swimming pool/hot tub and wood burning fireplace with waterfalls.

10. Please do not throw rocks or debris in any of our water structures.
11. Please use only the designated smoking area and dispose of ashes and cigarette butts in the appropriate bin.
12. Life jackets are required in Sassafras Lake when using the paddle boat. Please familiarize yourself with the safety equipment nearby.
13. Fishing is only permitted during day hours (dawn to dusk)
14. Quiet time is from 10 pm to 6 am. You may request an extension from the owner.
15. Wild animals that include dogs, possums, raccoons, foxes, and coyotes often enter the property at night. Please do not leave any food outside and clean up after grilling. Our dogs patrol the property at night during quiet time to help reduce the number of wild animals entering the area. Please plan accordingly. We request that you limit outside activities during quiet time hours.
16. For safety, please do not share any passcodes with anyone who is not staying on the property.
17. Please wear green bracelets during your visit to help us identify guests. These will be provided in your welcome package upon arrival.
18. At no time should a minor be unaccompanied by any of the water features.
19. At no time should any minor utilize the gyn facility.
20. At no time should you enter the main house facility or grounds. If unsure, please ask and contact the owner.

- "From the beginning when we first booked, and throughout our entire stay, our hostess communicated with us perfectly. She is quick to respond and answer any questions that we may have had. I could not speak highly enough about this property. From the moment your drive through the gate and enter the beautiful grounds, you will feel the peacefulness of your stay unfold. There is ample room to relax and enjoy yourselves both inside and out. The workout room, gameroom, and pond with paddle boat kept everyone entertained. I can honestly say this property did not lack for anything. We only come to Tennessee every other year, and will always book Giselles property if available. I should also add that we had 8 adults and two youngsters with more than enough sleeping space. We even had unoccupied beds. Thank you again for a wonderful vacation."
