This is our knotty pine cabin. Brand new to the property and very comfortable. The bathhouse is located near by with an additional shower house right next door. We have 50 acres to explore as well as rafting and disc golf. Come relax with us and let life's stress melt away.

This brand new cabin in the woods will be complete April 1,2024. One bedroom one bath 585 sq ft cabin tucked into the woods less that 1/2 mile from the public river access. Full size appliances and washer /dryer.Just a few miles from Mammoth Spring Park as well as many attractions and restaurants. No pets, smoking , vaping ect due to extreme allergies . This property is not suitable for children and not suitable for guests who have issues with stairs as the path that leads to the cabin ( approx 40 steps has stairs. However this is the perfect retreat for a couple or two friends traveling together as there is a king size bed in the bedroom, and the couch in the living room is very comfortable to sleep on. We provide , a full size coffee maker, a French press, and a tea kettle. We want our guest to feel pampered, so we provide high threadcount sheets, fluffy towels, and nonstick cookware. we also provide basic spices for the kitchen. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathroom, as well as two beach towels, if you choose to go to the river.Laundry detergent and fabric sheets for your stay. We have been five star hosts since we began our business a few years ago and love what we do.

He provided me access to the property quickly, and was open to any questions that I had. On the day I traveled to the property, I decided to stop off at the store and the host was able to communicate with me what thing I might need at the property which prevented an unnecessary stop at the store again. Once I arrived at the property I will say that the listing was accurate. NO children or people with mobility concerns should book this property. There are several large steps that drop down the property with gravel driveway and rocks. One plus side is that at night there are lights that light up your path down to the property. I would advise you leave the light on out back as that provides enough light to see the smart lock on the door. As far as the inside goes, it was very well decorated. Loved the bar/tabletop eating area and power reclining sofa was very comfy. The bathroom has the laundry machines inside of it that can utilized if needed. The Wi-Fi worked great after I got the updated password. The bed was very comfortable, and had lots of support. I will say that the A/C unit in the room works well if you like it cool, but I would suggest you turn off the display using the provided remote as we found it kind of bright at night. In the morning you are greeted by some natural lighting from the big window over the top of the bed. Overall I would stay here again!"

The Hideawa loft apartment is situated in the upstairs of a historic 1905 brick building right on main street (Apt B). It has a newly renovated floor plan with high ceilings, crown molding, stylish touches throughout & a central location. Because of its location on main street, you are just steps away from shopping, famous restaurants, historic buildings and museums, Mammoth Spring State Park and of course, Spring River. This property is one of two loft apartments (check out brickhaven loft). There are stairs leading up to the property and this is the back apartment, so the views out of the window are of the back of the building not main street. There is a deck and staircase on the back with a grill and seating :)

The futon was dirty but they provided sheets when I asked. They provided a hospitality basket which was very nice.
