- "My husband and I needed to get away from the city for some days so we drove from Geneva to the Grand Hotel Billia. The drive is absolutely gorgeous and it was very nice to reach the hotel with such great/attentive service. Our room overlooked the mountain and although it was cold and rainy it all made up for a very cozy environment. There are a number of ski slopes around, reachable by car or gondola (just make sure you have snow tires/chains) which make for a perfect day trip. The spa is great, a lot bigger than we expected. There are several inside/outside pools, hammams, sauna, etc and we even splurged with a nice relaxing massage. The restaurant is also very nice - we ended up eating there both nights just so we would have a chance to try different things in the menu. Excellent food and a good selection of wines to pair it with. Highly recommended if you're looking to spend a weekend away with your partner, or perhaps a nice family vacation. It must also be very beautiful in the summer! "

It’s about 4 euro a night and the garage is about a 5 minute walk. I loved this hotel so much! Room was clean with dayly cleaning and staff were nice and helpfull. I found it relative easy to reach ski centers and visited cervinia&valldorance(30min) and motorway pila(25min) and la thoule(50min) with car. I could stay here second time."

We stayed two nights, the air con initially wasn’t working and once the lovely gentleman got it working it was almost non existent. The air con unit was full of dust, I doubt it had been serviced for years and barely worked the first night and on the second night it didn’t work at all, I got no sleep as I was so hot. On the positive side the location is amazing, the breakfast was lovely and the lady who worked in the restaurant was amazing and couldn’t do enough for you. "
