The staff is very friendly and helpful. Take the half board. The food is good and it's very convenient. The shared cabin we had was small. No shower in bathroom but a great jacuzzi tub. The cabin we were in had very short doorways between the bedroom and bathroom and at the entrance. I'm 6'5" so there were a couple of head bangs. The rooms are very well insulated for sound from the adjoining room, and the location is very quiet. We slept with the window open. Be aware that the drive up is a narrow dirt road with hairpin turns, but very navigable. Highly recommended."

The food usually consists of four courses with a choice of four different dishes within each course, these are prepared and cooked to an extremely high standard using fresh ingredients. - "I just completed a stay at the Bellevue Hotel from Dec 20-26. What a great experience! It was my first time in Italy and didn't disappoint. Hotel was clean and inviting. Staff and owners were friendly and helpful and the location had easy access to the ski lift. The only complaint I would have is poor internet connection (wifi). However, it seemed to be poor wherever I went in Champoluc, so I don't think it was isolated to the Bellevue. Overall, loved it and will definitely stay again!"

- " We stayed one week at Hotel Forne and was extremely dissapoined. The hotel seems like a two star hotel - not a four star hotel. The worst thing is the food. I have never in my life had so bad food. It tasted horribel and most of it could not even be eaten. It seems as if the chef has no idea of how to cook. When you ask for basic things such as a lasagne they did do not have anymore and they kept running of out basic foods such as tomatoes, yougurt and egg. The wifi was not working at all. An easy thing to fix, so strange that the hotel does not fix it. The rooms needs a makeover - especially the bathrooms, which are quite old. Most of the staff was nice, but seemed stressed and it was difficult to get their attention because they were too few people at work. Furthermore, the hotel is situated at quite isolated place, so its difficult to go anywhere else in the evening. Overall, we cannot recommed this hotel."

All the traditional charm of a 17th century Italian "rascard" (farmhouse) with modern comforts. Champlan is a small hamlet above Champoluc with a bus outside the door during Winter and Summer season. 5 mins to the town with excellent restaurants and access to three ski lifts which operate for biking and walking in the Summer.

- "A cosy apartment, our teens (15 and 17) slept on the 2 big sofa beds in lounge and were perfectly happy and comfy. Views of the trees and village from the huge window were lovely. Shutter on main bedroom window blocked out light fully when down so this was perfect for us. Boys liked to keep main room window clear to look out even at night. Very quiet, didn’t hear neighbours at all until Easter weekend when it was busier everywhere. We had a car but just walked to the lift or bus stop as it was just a short walk. An easy wander in to village in the evening for a nice choice of places to eat/ drink. Not a real negative but we never found the mentioned DVD player - to be fair we didn’t look very hard as it wasn’t needed and didn’t even turn tv on! There’s some small games on the bookshelves and we enjoyed these. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. It was also a lovely and warm apartment too, never felt too hot or cold, beds were really comfy and we all slept well. Wi-Fi would be a great addition but with mobile data these days it really wasn’t an essential. Giovanni was a really great host and answered any queries quickly and efficiently before and during our stay. We’d definitely stay here again, it’s a great little base for a fabulous ski week so thank you so much for a fabulous holiday!"

Fantastic location in the centre of Champoluc next to all the shops and restaurants. You only have to cross the road to get to the slopes. The apartment is newly renovated with a cosy log burning fire, a large kitchen and comfy beds with warm white duvets. The 2 bathrooms will help everyone get to the slopes on time. No need for a car, the shops and restaurants are on your doorstep. The private driveway makes the apartment nice calm and there is free parking outside your door.

The apartment is approximately 70m2. It sleeps a maximum of 6 people in 3 bedrooms.

It is located opposite Crest (the main cablecar) in the heart of Champoluc village. There is a private barrier to the property. You can park your car directly outside the apartment. As the apartment is just off th main road it is peaceful and calm. In the summer there are large open fields opposite the apartment for children to play in.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms (2 doubles and one with 2 single rooms). There are 2 good sized bathrooms. One bathroom has a bath/shower, a sink and a toilet. The second bathroom has a shower, a sink and a toilet. Bedding, towels and hairdryers are provided.

There is free Wifi connection throughout the apartment. In the lounge there is a television, and an Iphone docking station. There is also a cosy log burning fireplace.

The village is picture perfect antique with a former school house, a communal house, a bread baking house, a chapel and three fresh water sources and its basins all connected with winding small paths and no dissonant modernities. One of the old houses has turned into a three room hotel and small restaurant. It's the best starting point for hiking to several mountain tops in summer and for skiing ski-in / ski-out in winter. Accommodation in a small condominium on the ground floor, central but in a quiet location, a short distance (10 min. on foot or via a convenient free shuttle with a stop adjacent to the accommodation) from the Crest cable car of the Monterosa Ski area and from the Monterosa Thermal Baths. Located near the church with shops, bars and restaurants close at hand. Enclosed communal garden available and private terrace. Private covered parking. Cellar for storing skis and boots and bicycles in summer.

The accommodation is easy to access because it is on the ground floor; It is composed of a living room with a double sofa bed and a private terrace, a kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with window. Suitable for 4 people, but with the possible availability of an adjacent studio apartment door to door for another 3 people.

Equipped with a covered parking space in the basement of the condominium with the possibility of an internal staircase for direct access to the accommodation. Also in the basement there is the cellar for storing skis, boots and bicycles

I will be available by mobile phone, but there will be a person on site to take care of check-in and any other needs.

Through the free shuttle (convenient stop at the accommodation) you can also quickly reach the ski slopes of Antagnod, an excellent alternative in case of bad weather or strong wind on the higher lifts of the Monterosa Ski area.
The shuttle is also available in summer to take full advantage of the wide availability of excursions and walks.

- Animals ( accepted only in summer ) cannot be left alone inside the lodge
- The availability of the reserved parking space must be checked at the time of booking as it can be associated with both this apartment and the studio apartment mentioned above. In any case, free parking spaces are available outside the building

- please wash used pots, plates, glasses and cutlery before leaving the accommodation

This property is unique in its kind due to the fact that it is NOT accessible by car! In fact, we will accompany you for about 1km on a snow-covered road with an off-road vehicle or snowmobile!

Perfect for isolating yourself from the world and for an unforgettable New Year! The wi-fi connection allows smart working and the pure mountain air regenerates body and mind.

The Antagnod slopes are 500 m away and can be reached on skis!

Space
The hut is developed on 2 floors. On the ground floor there is the living room with 2 sofas and 32 "flat screen TV, wi-fi connection, kitchenette and bathroom with sink, bidet, shower and washing machine.

Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms consisting of a double bed and 3 single pull-out beds, for a total of 8 beds.

Heating with pellet stove.

The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary equipment for cooking. It consists of a refrigerator with freezer, oven and gas hob. On request we can provide the equipment for the bourguignonne.

The hut will be at the complete disposal of the guests.

The hut is located at 2000 meters above sea level, 1.5km from the town of Mandriou and near the Antagnod ski lifts, which can be reached directly with skis on.

The farm road leading to the hut is often covered with snow in winter. It is therefore very likely that it cannot be reached by car.

For this reason, we will accompany guests with an off-road vehicle or snowmobile!

Getting around the area
Considering the distance of the hut from the paved road, it is good to be aware that moving to reach the car park means traveling 1km on foot or on skis, for a total of about 100 meters in altitude.

It will be possible to use the home shopping service with an extra payment.

From the hut it is possible to leave for magnificent walks in the middle of unspoiled nature!

In case of need (e.g. if the boiler should go on the blink), it may be necessary to allow quick access to the inhabitants of the neighbouring flat for restarting. However, this space is well organised and practical for those who wish to have their vehicles close at hand and sheltered.
