The Potter Cottage is a 1600 square foot home that was completely renovated in 2019 and sits on 4.6 acres. Stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and a tile shower are just a few of the amazing features of this home! A 50 inch television in the family room and three additional 40 inch television in the all three bedrooms add to the amenities. The home has three bedrooms, two full baths and an additional shower in the basement, the basement also has a game area and queen murphy bed to accommodate the entire family! A tankless water heater adds to the amenities (never run out of hot water)! It offers beautiful views overlooking the lake. Enjoy fishing and the beautiful views! The home has two decks to enjoy the rustic feel of this property.

- "5 stars however a few comments from someone to stays at a lot of vrbos. One issue is the shower pressure in the main floor bathroom is subpar, perhaps it needs to be looked at. Also I don’t think it’s fair to list this as 4 bedrooms. We had our 3 adult children with their families use the 3 bedrooms and my husband and I stayed on the Murphy bed in the basement which is not a bedroom. Extremely noisy down there from a/c, anytime water is run, and just noise from above. Also lights are either on or off down there would be nice to have some nightstands to set glasses, phones and a small lamp on. Nothing to set anything on, also pull out couch is broken. With that being said everything else was wonderful. Beautiful yard with a tether ball! Plenty of seating indoors. Kitchen has everything you need. BBQ was great for dinners. Very clean. Will consider staying for our next visit!"

The upstairs apartment is a One bedroom/one bath with a King size bed, and a comfortable futon and a double size bed in the living room, that will sleep an additional 4 people, a roll around single cot and a single air bed, to sleep 8 total upstairs, Full kitchen with everything you will need for basic meals. A table with seating for four and bar seating for 2. Large front and back decks with outdoor seating for 8 , and charcoal grill.

Nice cozy beds, and comfortable setting are the best things about this place! This apt. is also nice for a couples get away, solo adventurers, Girls Trips, business travelers, and families (with kids). This apartment can be combined with the downstairs apartment to sleep 15 people.

- "This property was perfect for our family of 16! (6 adults, 10 kids ages 4-16) We spent two days at Holiday World and Splashing Safari, we closed the park both nights, this property was easy to locate after dark, easy unloading. One thing is the keypad lock for the second floor is on the rear door, be sure to turn on your phones flashlight! There was enough beds with kids sharing for all of us, ours off the kitchen of the first floor had a very comfy pillow top, maybe all the beds do, I didn’t check. Cold water stocked in the frigs was welcome after a hot day! The only reason I gave this unit a 4 star for cleanliness was two dead inch worms in the lower bathroom, pest control must have sprayed, and we had several flies after unloading, found out the next morning the dumpster was due to be emptied, hence the flies. The host was very prompt in answering a couple questions and with our reservation! Thank you Trish! We will def stay again!"

This beautifully remodeled 3-bedroom cottage sits on one acre just outside of Santa Claus. It has all the cozy touches of home as well as plenty of outdoor space including the comfy front porch, fire pit, and gas grilling area. Surrounded by fields and forest, it is the perfect place to unwind in the country. It includes a laundry room and all consumables outside of shower toiletries.

"Around the Corner" is truly, around the corner from everything that Santa Claus has to offer. This 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath property has a large family room, outdoor grilling space, eat-In kitchen, and in-unit washer and dryer. The primary bedroom offers a large King Sized bed with upgraded linens and mattress along with an attached full bathroom. The second bedroom hosts a Queen bed with a Full Size trundle bed. In the Living Room, there is a pull-out sofa bed, a Queen Size air mattress and pack-n-play for all of your sleeping needs. The outdoor patio area provides seating and grilling space, where a gas grill has been provided. This unit can accommodate up to 11 guests. There is private parking for 2 vehicles in the shared driveway and additional, overflow parking on the South side of the Street. We have strived to make "Around the Corner" feel like a home away from home. We provide all bedding, pillows, blankets, towels, wash cloths, dishwashing detergent, dish cloths, utensils, pots/pans, cooking utensils and in unit laundry facilities (including detergent). We provide the basic amenities for a 2-3 day stay including two spare rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and one spare roll of paper towels. Starter coffee packs are included for your first morning (Keurig). If you are looking for convenience, you have found it, as we are within walking distance of Holiday World, the grocery store, Dollar Store, restaurants, liquor store and more. Close by, you can visit Lincoln State Park and Lincoln Boyhood National Memorial and learn about how Abraham Lincoln spent his formative years here in Spencer County. There you will find a lake, picnic areas, and even a living farm that replicates how Abe would have had to live and farm using only items from that time period. Lincoln State Park also hosts live music at their outdoor Amphitheater. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located property.

Another Oasis is a 3 bedroom 2 bath ranch home with a large family room addition. My goal with this space is to be family friendly and inviting to all ages. There is plenty of space inside for 10-12 people. The outside oasis is priceless.

Gentryville is 6 miles from Holiday World. It is a small town with 1 caution light. You will travel through Lincoln State and Federal Parks on your way to the house.

Our town is known for Santa Claus as it is called. Santa Claus Land now Holiday World was founded in 1946 and continues to grow and employ alot of neighboring high school kids. We are a small community known to help one another and to be friendly to guests.
Holiday World, Lincoln State Park, Santa Claus Museum,Santa's Candy Castle, The Christmas Store, and the famous Santa Claus Post Office(Santa Letters come there to be answered) are just a few of our close by attactions. We also have a Dollar General and grocery store for your conveience. No public transportation but new walking and biking trails are available.

The Gingerbread House is located right across the road from the front entrance of Holiday World & Splashin' Safari. It is right in the middle of town with access to restaurants, groceries, and shopping. The Gingerbread House is private, comfortable and very spacious. The rental fee includes all towels and linens.

Our home is located just outside of the town of Santa Claus which features Holiday World/Spashin Safari, Santa's Candy Castle, SantaClaus Museum, and Santa Claus Christmas Store. We also have a grocery store and Dollar General about a mile down the road for your convenience.
Getting around the town is easy by vehicle and you even have the opportunity to take a stroll on our new walking/bike trails

This tiny home sits in the countryside where many deer and turkey can be seen. Relax at your campfire and sit and watch the fireflies while the kids run in the large yard. It is set up with one queen bed with one pull out couch. After a long day at Holiday World you can be at your doorstep in 1.5 miles.

We havea Dollar General, Santa Claus Indiana Post Office ( Santa Letters come here), family owned grocery (Holiday Foods), hardware store, 2 gas stations and a liquor store (My husband and I own it) located right down the road. We can always been contacted by phone or by stopping by the store for help.

This apartment has a full size kitchen with full size appliances, seating for 7, and a sectional sofa for relaxing and watching Neflix on the TV.

I also have a roll out cot and a twin air mattress for 2 extra people. This apartment sleeps 8 total, Full kitchen with everything you will need for basic meals. A table with seating for four and bar seating for 2. Large front and back decks with outdoor seating for 8 and charcoal grill.
