- "Myself and my grandson were in town for a sleepover and pick up of auction stuff the following day. I did phone ahead to make sure that I would be able to get a room focused to the lobby or at least closest to the elevators if I was up on the second third or fourth floor. I was greeted and received a room close to the lobby. Couple of complaints I have. Are the eggs that had too much water in them. I was not aware until I got there that I would be charged a hundred dollar security deposit. I'm okay with that. However, I believe that should have been provided prior to my arrival after driving two and a half hours."

Common area has a wall of glass with 3 doors opening onto deck, sunken living room, large fully-equipped kitchen, riverfront dining room with seating for 8 plus seating for 4 at the kitchen island, cozy, crackling wood-burning fireplace. Four beautifully decorated bedrooms all have queen beds. One also has a daybed with trundle. One also has a futon, double-high queen aerobed (upon request). All bathrooms have showers, one has shower/tub combo, liquid soap, shampoo, hairdryers, and fresh towels.

The yard has ample space for setting up games. Cornhole, giant Jenga, giant Connect Four, indoor Shuffleboard, foosball and multiple board games/cards are included in rental. There is garage parking for 2 cars and driveway parking for 3-4 additional cars. No street parking is allowed. This is a peaceful get-away-from-it-all place to grill out on the deck as you watch the sun set, or relax with a drink and a good book down on the dock where you may spot a blue heron or hear the evening call of the loon. The dock has a kayak launch pad (bring your own kayaks) and you are welcome to tie your boat at the dock.

Our renovated 1950's bungalow is approximately 1 minute from I-65. Only 9 miles from downtown Louisville - easy to get to Churchill Downs, the fairgrounds, the YUM! Center, fine dining and everything else a big city has to offer.

The quiet and safe neighborhood is close enough to EVERYTHING without a lot of noise and congestion. Located directly off the highway with quick access to shopping, restaurants, Churchill Downs and Horseshoe Hotel & Casino.

An older, well lived in house with lots of charm that has recently been completely renovated with all new tile floors, HVAC and windows. There are 3 bedrooms; One with a queen, one with a full and one with a twin bed. All with fresh comfy beds & linens.

The house is a great place to relax after spending the day exploring the area. The living room contains a large, sleepable couch, loveseat, comfy chair with ottoman and a 4k smart TV. The dining area seats four.

The partially fenced in backyard is a great area for your fur babies. It also makes a great retreat when the weather permits. You can enjoy a fire and there is a large glass patio table. The onsite garage was converted to a living space, and may be occupied during your stay, so the backyard is a shared space.

Our cozy home, set in a quiet neighborhood with safe streets for walking/running, is located just two miles from Fuzzy Zoeller's Covered Bridge Golf Club and a 15-minute drive from downtown Louisville. With a full kitchen, dining room, and spacious living room, this three-bedroom home is great for families, couples, or groups of friends to stay comfortably! Our spacious living room provides seating for seven with a couch, loveseat, recliner, and soft chair.
The full kitchen has a large refrigerator/freezer, an electric range with double oven, a dishwasher, a drip coffee maker and Keurig machine, an electric hot-water pot for tea, a toaster, knives and silverware, pots and pans, dishes and glasses.
The dining room table is complete with six chairs.
Our master bedroom has a queen bed with NEW pillow-top mattress, a recliner (with heat and massage options), TV with Roku, electric fireplace, and private bathroom.
The second bedroom has a queen bed with NEW pillow-top mattress, dresser, TV with DVD player, drawers full of DVDs for guest use, and closet.
The third bedroom has bunk beds with a double bed on the bottom and twin bed on top, a dresser with bookshelves, children's books and board games, a child rocking chair, and closet.
The main bathroom has a shower and bathtub and includes soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for guest use.
We now have a brand new four-seasons room and deck in the backyard for guest use! Fire up the BBQ grill and eat dinner on the deck, then enjoy a relaxing evening around the outdoor fire table or in the four-seasons room. House rules:

—Quiet hours 10:00 pm to 8:00 am
—Only 3 vehicles on property
—No trailers on property
